Following a dead baby's ghost around in the Witcher was freaking wild, but I've started to realize that maybe I don't really dig games with such dark themes as much as I used to now that I'm closer to 40 than 30 lol. I mean, seeing Astro in that Journey outfit was too god damn adorable and sold me a copy right there haha.

Hades ll and maybe Dodgeball Academia off extra before it goes.

Also, going to go hang with my pops for a lil bit and play some Backgammon with him, which is such a fun freaking game. I assumed it be boring af before I first played it, but man, it curb stomps every other board game imo. We don't do the gambling aspect of it tho, just for the "crown" (whoever has the most wins hehe)

Idk about this game, but now I really want to fire up the Wii for some Twilight Princess 😀

The leaker said, "pre-orders will be available right after the reveal". Man, Metal Gear is one of my 3 favorite series ever, but good sweet baby Jesus I can't imagine pre-ordering this.

Thought the gameplay was very fun when I played it before it went mia so I thought about checking it out. Almost immediately said to myself "actually...hell no". I'll need to hear or read an overwhelming amount of positivity about how non scummy a live service game is just to give it a peek. It sucks being asked for money while you're trying to enjoy the time you have while not making it.

Played and beat GTA5 for the first time last year. Wish the single player had more replay value, but I get why they put it in the online mode. I mean, I'd go for all the money too lol.

Also, "There's so much to like about the cheerful, colourful RPG that is Dodgeball Academia" is how the review here for that game starts, and all that I needed to know, cause I'm checking it out this weekend 🤘

@rjejr Idk, there might be a massive difference between companies that create videogames and ones that write articles about them. If there is, could be why the reporting on their business dealings isn't the same.

I think the game will benefit from them chilling out some on the updates, and hopefully the devs will benefit as well.

Personally, I've kinda fallen off the game since the PC player meltdown over the psn requirement. Sure seemed at the time like the most anger came from people not upset about it being delisted in a lot of countries, but that they had to make an account, and now it's obvious that that's what happened as that community appears happy with the outcome. Whole thing just left bad taste in mouth.

That "im frend" story might've cleansed the palate though!

@Silenos Totally agree about the clunkiness. Played GTA5 for the first time last year, and I still have nightmares/chuckles about attempting to ascend a crane. Apparently, my guy thought launching himself off the side of it was the fastest way up. 'Twas not.

I'm one of the few that still hasn't played RDR2 because I've been waiting for a PS5 version lol (unfortunately 60fps is important to me). But apparently my absolutely nothing special PC I bought myself for work last year should get 60 with ease. Wish they'd just put out a freaking PS5 patch already tho.

Also, I can for sure see myself packing the bubbler and checking out the Cat Quests at some point 😺

Maaaan, I really hope it's great. Browsed the negative steam reviews and it seems to me like many of their issues could be addressed in a patch or two, which is very encouraging.

It's great that the athletes are actually getting something, $600 and a copy of the game is a lot better than nothing. Would be cool if the colleges would match that, but they're probably too busy selling all of their students info (all of it) to anyone with $10,000 to spare lol.

Fine by me. Just bought Hades 2 (in early access) on the PC and it rules, with tons of stuff yet to be added. Will be buying the physical PS5 version too as I did with the first one because what I got was worth more than $30. Not bad for a dev of roughly 20 people lol.

Speaking of roguelikes, I really hope I don't find Tsushima 2 to be more repetitive than one like I did with the first game.

Don't delist in those countries, enforce the psn account everywhere else and make them get a ps+ sub on top of it. Would love to see the reaction lol.

I didn't know the story, so I enjoyed the first 2 seasons, but dropped it after 2 episodes into the third. It made me think of season two of The Walking Dead in that you could tell something changed (showrunner was fired, the guy who wrote and directed Shawshank and Green Mile ffs lol) for the worse.

I mean, messing it up for fans of the story, then again for people just trying to be entertained...and it almost seems like they're already trying to pin it on Liam.

I'd take the option to lock the cam to the side like what I believe Forbidden West has over a remake. I really freaking dug the time I spent on Zero Dawn, but unfortunately I couldn't get used to the wandering camera and moved on.

Silly about the collection. When I read that they were fixing the ps plus version so it gets the upgrade too I assumed the collection would also be "fixed". Would be annoyed if I didn't have extra and wanted to play it and didn't get it during the sale because I already "have" it lol.

Just burned out on Tsushima for the final time cause of the repetitiveness so I don't see myself playing another open worlder for a while, but the show might make me wana play it like Shogun on Hulu made me try GoT again lol.

Bought Star Ocean TSSR recently and I'm almost at another free $20, and that absolutely freaking rules. I mean, there's almost always a sale going where $20 can get you a fantastic game outright or most of the way there, and knocking $20 off of a new full price game is the shnibbles. Big fan of the program.

I joined a game in progress last night and saw a tank firing at my team as I was initially dropping in. "Sweet, this will be a badass entrance" I thought, and landed perfectly on the tank, killing it. Just as I was about to jump off the tank, it had a secondary explosion, that absolutely catapulted me about 50 meters up and 100 to the side and into a mountain (somehow wasn't officially dead until the mountain slapped me 😂).

I always have such a freaking riot playing this game that I forget to look around for samples, and I only really play on difficulty 7, so it'll take me some time to get any of these mods. That Enhanced Combustion one with the orbital laser could be huge.

These other companies just aren't saying "f***" enough when talking to the media about how great they are. They'd be so much more badass and cool if they did.

@Muttt The first one is free and is loaded with supercredits, which is the currency you need to purchase another. The rate at which you get supercredits after that slows down a good bit, but the ones you find during missions really add up. The warbonds also don't disappear, so you can take your sweet time getting the one you want. No message ever saying something like "3 days remaining" until it disappears.

Imo, it's perfect for people with limited time, and people who want to have fun! 🙂

Really excited to play ZAU. Became a fan of Abubakar Salim during the pandy after watching the show "Raised by Wolves" (so gd freaking tremendous as Father). Remember finding out he voiced Bayek in Assassin's Creed and got why it seemed like people really liked the character. Hope ZAU is great!

Played it a bit yesterday. Got to the part where a bunch of ants attack at once and it tells you to hit barrels into them, which was a clunky af, no fun time for me lol, and quit shortly after that.

Although it may not be for me, I can absolutely see it being for others, and I hope they have a blast!

Hopefully it'll take next to no effort for devs to implement, cause I can definitely see myself using it a bunch.

Played about an hour and a half of the demo yesterday and had no choice but to buy it. I think the style is seriously beautiful and really freaking cool (said "holy f***" out loud in approval when I first saw it yesterday), I dig the combat, and every system that was introduced made me want it more and more. Can't wait to get going on it tonight!

What an absolutely beautiful thing. He can move the cursor very well, quickly and with precision. I mean, it's like watching someone use a mouse with their hand...not their mind! Just wonderful.

Cheers to people buying one. Looking forward to seeing what it does and I hope it's great, but I'll be slapping in a new gpu in the pc instead while I wait for the PS6.

I think TES 6 is guaranteed to be a good game on the PC, just not sure if it will be a great one. Honestly don't know if I can actually say I loved Skyrim because there is no way I would play it without mods. I would've needed to be paid to play that game with an unmodded inventory and a controller. Freaking cheers to people that were able to.

Trying to understand... from what I gather, the main problem here is how cagey Capcom was before today (release day) about these. Then to add insult to injury, they're for things you would find in a f2p mobile game. I believe these two things are undeniable, and why the people who are upset have reason to be.

I suppose I don't understand why there are people who have no issue with this don't understand why others do. Oh well I guess

Looking forward to seeing how the patch is received. Glad they're attempting to fix the issues that magically do not exist for some.
