Whoa whoa whoa, hold on a sec...was it always possible to buy 1, 2, or 3 of this collection separately? I'm looking at Snake Eater on sale for $15.99 on the PS store right now...

Played the MW3 trial this past weekend and I came away thinking the same as I did with the last two games which is that I wouldn't pay more than $30 for it. Hopefully there will be a great COD again, but it sure doesn't seem headed in that direction at all 🙁

It's such a fantastic bundle. I think I'm going to also get a physical copy, which I'm seeing is crazy cheap on Amazon ($20) and Best Buy ($16.50) if anyone else was thinking the same

The preview over on G.I. painted a pretty clear picture to me. Open world game with some Mass Effect type choices that lead to "one of several endings", soulslike so "combat revolves around studying and learning enemy patterns gleaned after repeated failures" and "it still punishes death in the same Soulslike fashion, where players must retrieve fallen experience points".

If Team Ninja wasn't making this I'd have no interest, but their games just click for me. Hopefully this one will too 🙂

Love my PS5 and I feel like games have only just started to properly utilize it's power. I'll be fine until the next gen is here.

Instead of going to the base of a staircase to ascend it, I climbed the side of it. The animation carried my character off to the other side of it...which was off of the entire building. All good though, I've always wanted those sweet clunky GTA V style deaths in a team shooter

I think it's fantastic how spread out the poll is looking. Something for everyone 🙂

Light No Fire absolutely blew me away. I can't remember being more excited to see how a game will turn out.

Also SUPER pumped for the Warframe update because cross platform save is coming with it! Haven't played it on PS5 because I put so much time in it on PC and didn't want to start over. I think the game is a freaking blast and can't wait to play it again.

With 5, it looked pretty, but I was shocked by how incredibly shallow the world, and really the game in general, was while lacking the fun of Vice and SA. I can't think of a game that was so critically acclaimed that I found absolutely skippable after finishing. The trailer for 6 looks pretty too, so that's nice, but pretty meaningless. Also "all the social media references in the latest title’s trailer" was an instant turnoff. The wait for me will be the PS6 version when it goes on a heavy sale

I recently started my first playthrough, and a few days ago the ad for Mirage popped up when opening the map for the first time. I said out loud "seriously, dude?" not just cause it's ridiculous, but the same ad popped up (and had to be dismissed to continue) after the title screen.

Sounds interesting and I'd like to see how it would be implemented. The points needing to be "manually flagged by developers" sounds like chapter or mission select, so maybe it could make it easier for devs to have that feature.

@DonkeyFantasy I have that issue as well, but nothing has truly worked to stop it from randomly deciding to go hog bonkers on me. It's so odd.

About to finish the FF7 Remake for the first time, and I think I'll just play it again after I do. It's just so amazingly PlayStationy and I love it 🙂

Should be around when I'll want to watch The Wire, Deadwood, Six Feet Under, and Sopranos again, so I'll wait to sub til then

I tried a few times to get into it, but just couldn't, despite it sounding like it was right up my alley.

I was unaware ppl don't have access to stuff they paid for, that's upsetting. And apparently some of it's necessary stuff to make sense of the story?...so it craps on the dedicated players, and new players don't know what's going on. Idk, probably not the strategy I'd pick, and I'm a dummy lol.

Finally playing the Final Fantasy 7 remake and I'm absolutely loving it. So much so that I'm preordering Rebirth, joining Breath of the Wild as the only games I've preordered in the last decade 🙂

So...the climax of a recent story trailer with 13m views on PlayStation's YouTube channel is Venom, just watched a "gameplay overview" video narrated by the senior creative director for Insomniac and the thumbnail for it was Venom (who wasn't mentioned in it once). My question is...'sup with that?

Looks like it'll be great. Personally though, my interest in it went from 0 to 100 with Venom seemingly being teased as playable in the trailer from SDCC. Appears like he's not, so my interest is back to 0 😔

I bought the game during a recent sale, but I just started Witcher 3 for the first time, and I'm hooked. Really looking forward to getting to it though, sure I'll scoop this expansion

After recently playing Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age - Definitive Edition, I'm kind of hyped for Infinity Strash: Dragon Quest The Adventure of Dai. And I absolutely can't wait for DQ 12, as well as how long it's title eventually becomes 😂

My main problem with Overwatch 2 is the switch to 5v5. Imo, the game was built for 6v6, so maps and characters feel off now, and kind of just not fun.

Diablo 4. My Necro has had some close calls since going into torment difficulty on hardcore mode and needs gear upgrades pretty much all around. Having a lot of fun with it 🙂 Also really want to start Death's Door from ps plus. Was on my wishlist, so I'm thrilled to have it for free. Hope you folks have a lovely weekend 🤘

@mckracken I'd have to say that people have loved to be influenced since long before the internet. I think I could make some fairly accurate comparisons to a couple thousand years ago, honestly.

It's interesting seeing people say that society has fallen so low. As opposed to when, is what I'd like to know.

"Bosses above Level 60 will have more health" odd thing to be happy about, but I am lol. The bosses in nightmare dungeons have definitely been a bit on the squishy side imo.

@deathaxe Different cables, routers, even a different isp (switched for other reasons), randomly disconnects and reconnects. Tried other possible safe mode fixes as well lol. But yeah, wifi works without a hiccup.

@RobN Fortunately, searching "lan cable randomly disconnects ps5" turned up many results. Unfortunately, none of them seem to really work 😟 lol. My wifi rules, but I'd feel a lot better hardlined. Oh well I guess
