The battlepass seems pretty sloppy, imo, and could definitely use some better direction. Other than that, I'm enjoying the Malignant a lot. Hit 60 on my hardcore necromancer and made a mockery of the Butcher. Looking forward to torment difficulty 😈

I've been thinking of giving it a try. Played one game years ago and didn't enjoy the building aspect at all, but seems like they've done away with that or something?

Seemed things were getting back on track after the pandy, now the strike 😟 Like season 2 of a show I like called 'Sweet Tooth' (what a coincidence with Twisted Metal lol) came out in April, season 1 came out two years before that. As it says in the article, hopefully it gets resolved

The huge backlash is coming from how many people? That reddit has posts complaining about the patch... can't find one with more than 2k upvotes. Not that those are the only ones, but it sure seems like the people complaining don't come close to even 10% of daily active players, but they'll say "everyone hates this" "you don't listen to us" "many have said" 🙄.

Probably the same people who complained about getting ganked in vanilla WoW because they picked to play on a pvp server. And instead of going to a normal server, they cried until pvp servers were made pvp-less. Man, I'm still bitter about that 😂

I didn't pay much attention at all to video games last gen, but whatever happened to Halo? It feels like that ip was among the giants, and now I don't hear about it at all.

Really need a boxing game like Fight Night again. I've been following Undisputed (formerly eSports Boxing Club), which is in early access on Steam, and from what I can gather it could be great by the time it's fully released.

It's unfortunate that Kobe played at a time when the NBA's playoff ratings dropped by almost 50% after Jordan and the NBA decided to go full pro wrestling and control who played who, and who would win. So I'll be interested to hear how these "Kobe moments" play out.

Only time I used twitter was to get alerts on PS5 stock back in January 2021 when it was a little rough finding one lol. Less than a week later I got it, and it was good 😇

They straight up apologized for their last remasters, promised to fix them, and haven't. Hope these won't be another dumpster fire though.

If I still enjoy a game I paid full price for after a year, I'll definitely spend some money for it's bp or something to show my support. Or in Hades case, buying the PS5 physical copy after playing the heck out of it on steam.

I think that's awesome. I don't expect to see one drop for me, but knowing that there's a miniscule chance for one to is really freaking cool imo. Hopefully I can even make it to 85, playing with (hell) fire as a hardcore player right now haha

@Ken_Kaniff It's definitely strange lol. I was 5 when we got Favre, so I've been spoiled since I was just barely starting to understand the game. Meanwhile the Bears have gone through almost 40 QBs 😂

@Ken_Kaniff FF is for Final Fantasy. I'm definitely excited to see how Jordan looks this year. Keep telling myself that Aaron went 6-10 his first year, so I hope he just stays healthy and learns a lot.

Also, I played a ton of the first Splatoon and had a freaking riot. An absolute blast to play casually, and deep enough to get really good if you want. Kind of like Chivalry 2 where you can jump in and have fun just swinging away, or learn how be Inigo Montoya and take on multiple people at once. Can really play it as you wish.

I have Chivalry on PC and it's an absolute blast. I'd suggest playing with some friends, unless you want to roleplay The Knights Who Say "Ni!".

Scooped Devil May Cry 5 off of the golden week sale. Haven't played any of them until now, and wow, it's a hog bonking great freaking time!

I went to purchase Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition last night for $20 (thank you golden week sale article!), and saw that it was included with plus extra. For $30 I could've upgraded my sub until 1/29 next year. Checked out the catalog again and saw some ones I'd like to get to, but then double checked my backlog. Over 15 great games that I will play, with a few open world. I don't know how long it will take to get through, but it's well beyond 1/29/24. Plus Final Fantasy, Diablo, and essential free games every once in a while. Decided to just buy DMC and skip the sub upgrade.

One thing I'm really looking forward to is the music because in Genshin it's on a different level imo.

Played a little Chivalry 2 on pc and had an absolute blast

Genshin is fantastic. After playing it for like a year and a half and not making a single purchase, I recently spent $30 on it just to show a lil appreciation. It's really a tremendous game.

Also, there is not a game with better music.

The price I'm looking at for a unlocked phone with a proper display and a controller is $200-250. Obviously no adaptive triggers, but you have a phone too
