@Sam_ATLUS Honestly I think it's not that they gave up with exclusives but rather they got upset at 16 and Rebirth so gave up with Playstation exclusives. I bet we'll be seeing a handful of Switch 2 exclusives in the future lol

Don't forget we still lack TWEWY on anything other than DS and Switch and FF13 ports dispite them putting effort into the Xbox back compatible versions beyond the 'enable back compat switch' (they even fixed 60fps bugs from the pc version for Xbox)

Every other day some dude at Square says PS5 is great than they call it weak but praise Switch, than say Xbox is good but than the nest day say PC is best. Like they just try to appeal to the shills of every platform, sure it's all marketing babble but it makes them look silly.

Being challenging, being poorly designed being obtuse and toxic gatekeeping are all different things and we won't know what one this is until release.

Considering the small scale of these remakes, it's clear 8 will only ever get remastered and not remade what is a shame but at least these games get more then just remasters, FF1-3 could have easily gotten remakes too instead of the horrible remasters that looks worse and removed content.

The games have potential but suffer from stories designed to never end and be bloated over decades to come until EOS

Early Hi3rd had great characters and writing but things fall apart when you mandate 100 characters all lazily built of the same 3 character models

Games still has unplayable performance and stuttering but this is a start

If it wasn't for GTA 6 looming in, I think they would have bothered with at LEAST a basic remaster instead of a basic port of a basic port.

It's not the best generation ever but people blame too much on Microsoft and Sony. This generation is only bad because bad optimization and bad games in general from 3rd parties.

It could be, after all anything branded Valve does well even if it sucks. I'm not buying one though, after all the harassment and problems I've had with Steam and their staff, they ain't seeing my money anytime soon.

As a PC player this doesn't bother me but the hypocrisy does.

No game that has a marketplace should cost that much. Marketplaces shouldn't exist or the game should be free.

I own 2020 and despite ownership the premium edition it still begged me to rebuy the marketplace versions of airports I already brought officially

Expedition 33 is ruined by the unnecessary blur they add.

Even at dlaa 1.78x 4K with post processing disabled it looks blurry.

Black Myth Wukong is just a bad looking game with that generic use look though the opening scene what was real time looked pretty cool

@DennisReynolds People call it an AC clone however it is much closer to the new AC games than the old ones and it actually predates the new AC games.

I've been tired out by all those fake remakes what are just rebranded remasters. A true ground up remake is what I need.

Weird to compare to DMC and say you don't come to LSA for the story when everyone has been calling this a fantasy inspired game.

I didn't come to FFXV for the combat and the same would have applied to Versus XIII.

I'm not disappointed because I came to this conclusion ages ago but it was only a few weeks ago fans of this game kept trying to convince me that this is the Versus 13 remake everyone wanted.

It's probably not going to be terrible on consoles since I'm sure as a Sony backed game they would be pushing them for it to run at least ok

@Rich33 Jedi Survivor and Hogwarts are also UE4 but run like total garbage on PC and took multiple patches to run ok on console
