Re: Poll: Did You Buy Horizon Forbidden West?

@TheRedComet

The first one did not interest me at all. I played it for about 8-10 hours and I just wasn’t having fun. I am not a fan of the tribal type of characters and robots while cool, makes me wish they were real dinosaurs/animals. Just little personal preferences is all.

Also, I am still playing Dying Light 2 and won’t be done with that any time soon. Elden Ring is my next purchase too.

@fR_eeBritney I disagree. The games length was perfect. It is also subjective too because people play differently. Took me almost 12 hours to beat Village.

These games don’t need to overstay their welcome. It’s what makes them great. They’re quality, focused games.

Re: Naughty Dog's Multiplayer Game Described as Cinematic Experience Between Players

So, awhile ago, when the OG Last of Us came out. I had an idea for expanding TLOU multiplayer mode. It went like this…

During the “lobby” you are essentially in a horde mode within your teams community. So, you might be editing your load outs, character, etc. and occasionally you’ll have infected try and invade your base. So it is essentially an interactive lobby system.

Then, when your supplies begin to slow down, you get lobbied up into an actual match against other factions. This is where you will compete to gain more resources for your community. If a team loses they can do a final raid on your community. However, if they fail again then they significantly lose even more resources.

This idea was to blend sort of an in-game story within multiplayer. Obviously little details would be worked out, but this is just a broad, general description.

Re: Maybe Don't Get Your Hopes Up for Future Bethesda Games on PS5

Microsoft would be stupid to release it on PlayStation. You don’t spend 7.5 billion and place well know AAA titles on the competitors system.

This is what breeds great products, competition. This type of moves makes me actually want to invest in a Xbox series X/S.

Sony needs to look at this and evaluate their stance. Not necessarily go buy some studio but just figure out to get in front and prove they’re still the best.

Re: Don't Worry, Dying Light 2 Is Still in Active Development

I remember the first dying light was also suppose to be cross-gen with PS3/PS4. They eventually scrapped the last gen version in favor of the newer systems.

I wonder if they’re experiencing the same scenario with Dying Light 2. Either way, I’m very much looking forward to it. Absolutely loved the first one.
