@Marquez I mean, it's Ragnarok. I know that everyone does not know about Norse mythology but Heimdall rallies the troops at the start of Ragnarok by blowing Gjallarhorn.
I usually don't defend game companies (all of them, and I repeat ALL are after your money, I mean this is business, not charity), but for the people that forgot are are the free DLC for Witcher 3: Temerian Armor Set Beard and Hairstyle Set New Quest - 'Contract: Missing Miners' Alternative Look for Yennefer Nilfgaardian Armor Set Elite Crossbow Set New Quest - 'Fool's Gold' Ballad Heroes' Neutral Gwent Card Set New Quest - 'Scavenger Hunt: Wolf School Gear' Alternative Look for Triss New Quest - 'Contract: Skellige's Most Wanted' Skellige Armor Set Alternative Look for Ciri New Quest - 'Where the Cat and Wolf Play...' New Finisher Animations NEW GAME +.
so, hardly anything to write home about. Both the expansions (which is what Phantom Liberty is) cost 20€ (40 if you bought the physical editions with the gwent decks), so I hardly see a difference between the 2 games.
From the discourse I see I think people are getting way to excited for this release. This won't be a remaster, the game will be exactly the same just with 60 fps and maybe some better lighting/shadows, kinda like the PC version.
Wait a sec.....just copying over my comment from Arad Chronicle here......juuuuuust about now...There we go
"Another Korean game that looks too good to be true. I'm still waiting for most of these games to actually come out/be good. So far we got Bright Memory from a Chinese dev and that was a glorified tech demo. Lost Soul Aside, Stellar Blade, Lies of P, Black Wukong, Crimson Desert, they all look gorgeous but none of these has a release date."
Another Korean game that looks too good to be true. I'm still waiting for most of these games to actually come out/be good. So far we got Bright Memory from a Chinese dev and that was a glorified tech demo. Lost Soul Aside, Stellar Blade, Lies of P, Black Wukong, Crimson Desert, they all look gorgeous but none of these has a release date.
Even though I can appreciate Rex's artwork, I really dislike it. I think it worked great in Tearaway but I kinda wish this game looked a lot more like Curse of Monkey Island.
This dude's gonna croak before he finishes the saga. Bet he wrote himself into corners and it's finding it hard to untangle the mess that the plot is atm, plus some of the "mysteries" that the series had were answered in the show and now he's in a "damned in if you, damned if you don't" spot.
I got be honest, as much as I love SH I'm going to skip this one, I want a proper horror game, not a security guard simulator. Seems like I'll have to wait 3 or 4 years until whatever SHf is comes out for that.
@sjbsixpack Because I have a small grasp on how game making works. And sorry if that sounds rude, not trying to be. That game was waaaaaay in concept stage when it was shown to us. Even with Insomniac having 2 teams, the majority of their dev team will be working on Spider-man 2. Plus you won't see 2 Marvel games from the same studio come out close to each other, even if they're different styles. My guess would be SM2 on the later half of 2023, and this one on late 2024.
@johnny30 It's a matter of preference. It's been 2 generations of consoles since they released the first Trails of Cold Steel, they could've improved the graphics or the art style. Japanese rpgs companies tend to do this, I mean we just finally got our first upgraded Tales games, and those games were needing it bad. Same for these.
God, it still looks like a PS3 game. I really liked 1 and 2, but it felt I was playing the same game for 200h. Didn't manage to finish the Cold Steel saga, so I'm not really sure I'll be picking this one up.
I think the way he looks is just horrible, way too caricature-ish for some reason, and he looks old af. This was somehow made even more aparent after getting the RE4 trailer the next day. No bueno.
Ryukishi07 being the writer is kinda cool. I think this is the only interesting thing to come out of that 40 min video. But it's just CG, and studio is kinda nhe..... who know's when this is coming out....probably in 2025.
I really like her, her cover of Dragon Age Inquisition's theme is really awesome, but somehow the way she flails around while playing irks me to no end...
I'm looking forward to it as well, but will probably buy it later this year. It's coming between The Rats of Us 2 and God of War, so I'll have my hands full for now.
Hey look, it's another Pathfinder article and here is "Athrum" to sing praises about this game again. Wrath of the Rightous is an absolute beast of a game, as @Clytorial_Impact (dude, that name) wrote above me, it's one of the best CRPGs since BG2. And don't even get me started on the soundtrack, it's amaaaazing.
The (very dodgy) document is out. Its a remaster, not a remake. So, there's that.
Also, I still don't know why people get upset at this, if you don't like it, don't buy it. You can get the PS4 version for 10 euros.
And if you think that a studio like Guerrila that has....what? 300+ people working there, has everyone working on the remaster, then you really need to learn more about how games are made.
This needs another option for No, because I'm not interested but don't think it is a waste of resources.
First, if you think they're doing this over a sequel for HZFW or DLC you're nuts. Also I doubt it is a remake, probably more of a remaster, and if you have played or own HZD you're not the target audience.
Not defending Sony here, I don't care about what major corps do, but I keep seeing this discourse everywhere as if this is new in the industry. In the meantime Nintendo keep doing this every single generation and there's not even half the articles/posts/etc about it in most media places or twitter or wtv. I mean Skyrim just got a new version a couple weeks ago. How many are those now?
@Blacksmith1985 BY that point alone you wouldn't buy most games, cause they're made in the States, and well.....you know how they are with invasions and whatnot.
Anyway, this game is amazing, I cannot stop singing praises about it, if you like CRPGS this is a must play.
I wonder if the points expire like in the Nintendo eshop. I had around 5€ of points there that took me forever to gather, just to have them expire on me.
I think it starts really strong with a nice story and characters but it totally ***** the bed on the last 2 episodes by going waaaaay over the top, but that's Studio Trigger for you, they're basically the studio that churns shows that look like the parodies you see about anime. Should've gone with studios that are more used to mature stories like Production I.G. or Madhouse.
I'm going to pass on this one. Combat was kinda fun, but the map was just barren, I spent more time breaking crates for crystals than actually fighting.
Don't know why people still think there will be a showcase. If you look at the 1st party studios you can take guesses at where they are with their projects based on industry knowledge alone and most of them have nothing to show unless you would like just CG trailers galore. As for 3rd party, those games have been shown on other game shows already,
So by doing the challenges alone you need 61 days to reach level 55, which is the duration of the battlepass (2 months). So basically if you miss a day, you get the hero locked, I wonder how do you unlock it afterwards, do the old BPs stay available like avengers, or do they rotate out and you need to fork over 20€ or something to unlock the heroes.
The "This is horrible for devs" thing just shows how stupid it is for this industry to be so secretive. If the studios were more open about projects, work in progress and dev diaries we wouldn't have kerfufles like this one (apart from the stolen source code).

Very nice. Now snag the publishing rights for Black Myth Wukong as well.
Re: The Callisto Protocol PS5, PS4 Trophies Will Make You Fight for That Platinum
If Maximum Security is like Dead Space's 2 hardcore difficulty then I won't get the Platinum. That thing wasn't fun.

She's been tweeting gaming related stuff quite a lot lately. Reminds of of Ice-T and his "GAMER TALK" tweets
