It still requires quite the beefy specs compared to consoles. I wanted to play the game on PS5, it's where I do most of my gaming, but I guess I'll have to go to PC for this one.

The power of MonHun is crazy dude. I was in Tokyo when MonHun 4 came out and you wouldn't believe the lines in front of the shops. It's something that got lost as the years passed.

I really don't like this wishy-washy response. I know that the game is pretty old and by now people have created their own head-cannon, but they (SE) should've just went with one of the girls, it would make for a better romance story, like Tidus and Yuna or Clive and Jill.

This game is pretty great, even though the systems are a bit obtuse for someone who knew nothing of WH40K. I really dug the lore though.
Owlcat makes some pretty good CRPGS, if people liked Rogue Trader I suggest you try Pathfinder Wrath of the Righteous, it's one of the best CRPGs I've played. They're also going to publish "Shadow of the Road" by Another Angle Games, a crpgs set in a ancient Japan inspired fantasy setting, looks pretty great.

Man, Clair Obscur looks so good. Its one of my most anticipated games for this year.

I was amazed at the animation in the game, and then I looked at Metaphor and it seemed like I was playing a PS3 game.

I'm still on the fence. My computer runs the game with everything on High and at 60 fps, but the comfort of playing on the couch in the big screen is something else. The game looked horrible on the PS5 thought, I hope they release a demo before release.

I guess....?! I was overjoyed that we were finally getting a 30 year old as a protagonist for a Final Fantasy (older Noctis was cool as well).
I don't know, I'm really tired of the highschool setting, at least make it college since people are bit more grown up. The highschoolers from japanese settings are often shown as looking and having the mental maturity of 20 year olds anyway.

A friendly reminder for those hoping for 60 fps on PS5 that the game required frame generation just to run at 60 fps 1080p on PC.
It will run like ***** on consoles unfortunately, which bums me out, I'm torn between getting a physical copy or play it on Steam.

Tried the beta on Steam as well as my PS5 and the difference is crazy.

I made a warrior but it's so boring to play, the thing is I cannot reroll 20hs into the game, so I'll have to stick with it.

@evan23 Once again, I can download those games right now to my PC and keep them in a disk forever or until the disk dies, with no issue whatsoever. So preservation is not the right angle to go at this, these games are not in a server that you need to access, the account is just an authentication thing.

@evan23 Those games won't go away, since you have the PS4/5 versions with the disk AND you can find pirated versions without the account requirements for PC anyway.
If you're talking about games like Diablo IV though, games that you need servers to play, that's a whole different story, but the single-player PS games ain't it.

Loved the beta. I was already sold on the game because I'm a MonHun nut, but I was on the fence if I was going to buy it on PS5 since they released the PC specs. I knew it that it wasn't going to run well, but I never knew it would be this bad. That on top of the 9€ per month if you want to play online are kinda pushing me to buy the game on Steam, even though I prefer to play on the couch.

They prioritize PC development over consoles just like in Dragons Dogma 2. The fact that you need Nvidia frame generation to run this thing at 60 fps with medium quality was a dead giveaway that it wouldn't run well on consoles. I'm pretty sure they said not even the PS Pro version will be 60 fps, but I'll need to find the source.

I dropped out from ZZZ cause I was already too invested in Honkai. But dude, the animation work in ZZZ is top compared to their other 2 games.

@Drago201 New monsters. Its all about that. They can go months just showing a new 10 minute hunt with a new monster (they've done this in the past). MonHun fans (myself included) will gobble them all.

Keeps getting better and better. Devora Wilde (Laezel in BG3) also confirmed to be part of the cast, seems they got a lot of talent from BG3.
I hope people really support this game, since it will also be in Gamepass I'm afraid the sales will be light.

@Khayl Adam out here doing god's work!! I wasn't going to get the game because I was going to wait until a comprehensive game was out. It's something that I really dislike in games is having limited time/chances to do things, even though I do love Persona, I've played all the games with a guide to do as much as possible on my first run.
