A third Silent Hill game was announced during this evening's Silent Hill livestream, currently named Silent Hill F. Just like Silent Hill: Townfall, the reveal is very vague and lacks any platforms or a targetted release window. Instead, we have the trailer embedded above to watch. Interestingly, the story is being written by Higurashi When They Cry writer Ryukishi07.

Motoi Okamoto is producing, with Neobards Entertainment leading development. That's the same team co-developing Resident Evil Re: Verse, so Silent Hill F marks quite the departure from the multiplayer action we expect to land next week.

The YouTube description reads: "SILENT HILL f – will be a completely new story set in 1960's Japan featuring a beautiful, yet horrifying world. Written by Ryūkishi07, famed for Japanese visual novels dealing with murder mysteries, psychological and supernatural horror."
