Also back to tracking down the Yotei six after taking a detour to play through Bloodborne and The Old Hunter’s dlc. I was surprised to see Orphan of Kos so high on FromSoft boss difficulty lists, it really didn’t trouble all that much and I’m far from gud at these games.
Will likely finish Yotei soon and then probably on to Dark Souls Remastered or MGS Delta. Enjoy the weekend everyone.

Originally planned on picking up MGS Delta and Gears but I’m going to wait on decent sales for both. Started Shinobi yesterday, excited to play through it after really enjoying the demo. This will keep me busy until Ghost of Yotei.

@JonnyAces Go for it. As a completely offline player I always have fun with it any year I buy it, the hardcore fanbase will bellyache no matter what so I tend to ignore the “discourse.”

Almost through Chapter 8 of Lies of P which I picked up after beating Khazan. Running a tech build but switched from a dagger to the booster glaive with bonecutting saw and having a blast.
Will set aside a couple hours to start Clair Obscur, had my eye on it for a while so glad it turned out well.
Have a great weekend everyone.

Finished both DS3 DLCs so back to RDR2. Although I must be a glutton for punishment because also playing and really enjoying the First Berserker Khazan demo. Grabbed Split Fiction to hopefully play with a friend but will settle for random person on internet if I have to. Unfortunately my wife’s gaming skills just aren’t there for us to play together.

RDR2 - Fully upgraded my satchel, hunted lots of legendary animals, and have found a good chunk of elixirs so I’ll start slowly wrapping up missions of Act 2. Finished the game when originally released but been amazing playing on ps5 & a nicer tv/speaker setup.

Dark Souls 3 - Avoided these games until falling in love with Elden Ring. Already beat Demon’s Souls so grabbed DS3 on sale the other day. Still haven’t “got gud” (ugh) at these but enjoying DS3 so far despite finding it to be the hardest FromSoft game I’ve played so far.

Hoping for an Eagles super bowl win on Sunday. Enjoy the weekend everyone.

Finished Shadow of the Erdtree and went back into base game to get another ending (Elden Beast still sucks btw) for my first and probably only platinum, generally don’t care about those trophies at all but figured what the hell it was so close. Will dive back in to Robocop then hope Prince of Persia or Stellar Blade get discounted soon. Have a great weekend everyone.

Finally beat the last story boss in the Elden Ring DLC last night after about 3-4 hours of attempts. Had to respec multiple times which I don’t love honestly, to me any type of build should be viable especially since Larval Tears are relatively limited. Was not as disappointed in this final boss as I was in the Elden Beast but I agree that it’s second phase felt more unfair than difficult. Will watch the Euros during the day and probably jump back into Robocop which I grabbed recently when it was 50% off. Hoping Stellar Blade gets a little discount soon as I would like to play that before some Fall releases I’m looking forward to.

Finished FF16 last night after completing the hunt board still didn’t get me to Level 50 I decided to wrap things up. Enjoyed the ending but overall the highs of the game while high were too few and far between for me to place in that top tier.
Like others I’ll be starting Jedi Survivor which I’m really excited for. Liked but didn’t love the original so I’m glad to hear this apparently improves on many of the weak points.
Football on the TV all day tomorrow. David Moyes Derby, Arsenal v Liverpool, Madrid Derby, and the big Juve v Inter match in Serie A.
Have a great weekend everyone 😊
