Very glad to hear the map is similar to Origins. Took me right at 50 hours to platinum it and I think that's the sweet spot. Looking forward to seeing gameplay next month

Was really looking forward to this one. Sunk 100's of hours in the first 2 games. Hopefully 3 isn't too too far off.

@__Seraph precisely. The first game I remember buying with my own money was Street Fighter 2 on the SNES for 70 bucks in the early/mid 90s. Compare that to Tekken 8 which I also bought for 70 a couple months ago and the value for dollar is astronomically different.

It's always slightly comical to me when this topic rolls around every year so.

@IslandLogic most of what you listed are totally optional and can be easily avoided. There is so much access to information about games at this ppint that's it's equally optional to buy a game at launch at $70 if you're aware it's broken/"unplayable".

In addition games go on sale shockingly quickly especially on the physical side nowadays, sometimes selling for less than retail before launch.

Super Nintendo games were 70 bucks 30 years ago. It's really not that bad

Closing in on 500 hours and still have fun everytime I play. Hopefully support continues for years to come!

This industry is broken af. I have no clue what the solution is but it seems the whole industry needs some kind of total reboot on the business end.

It's an awesome little device. I'd say 40ish% of my PS5 gaming is on it! Not for everyone of course but I love it!

Tekken games are always easy platinums. Typically an enjoyable experience though without having to veer to far off what you'd do naturally. Look forward to adding this on to the collection!

Do people actually have time to game for 12 hours straight?!! I've never had issues with the dual shock 4 or dualsense battery life personally. 4-8 hours is plenty for one gaming session imo but at least their addressing feedback!

Anyone who's "miffed" needs to grow up. Just because it didn't win anything in what's essentially a popularity contest doesn't take anything away from the game. It was my personal GOTY and in no way does this change that. This game will sell 10s of millions, I'm sure that's probably more important to Insomniac/Sony anyway 🤷🏾‍♂️

Definitely looks better than expected but still a pass. If history has showed us anything this game is gonna come in hot and probably be extremely buggy and broken for the first year or so. Hopefully it comes to Plus in the future

Picked mine up this morning. Not a huge difference but the smaller size is definitely appreciated. Not a fan of the glossy top panels but that's an insignificant gripe.

Hopefully the digital slim goes up for order soon.

Hardly surprising. Even as a member of the 1,000+ hour Destiny club its plain to see they're pretty much out of ideas. We still enjoy it from time to time and i'm excited about the final shape whenever it releases, but I doubt the game will have much of a following in the next few years. Been a great ride but the end is definitely in sight.

Just want to order the thing. They seem to be cutting it a bit close with a 11/10 release date. Hopefully we can get preorders in soon!
