@StrickenBiged For a company that never been profitable they have spent billions on acquisition . I don't think they are in any real danger of disappearing, surely apple or Google will buy them or at least the game engine, Google would have to get rid of the ads parts of the company.

@ShowerThoughts the only reason Jedi survivor is getting a non ray tracing version is because they are producing a PS4 version, if that wasn't happening it wouldn't be getting one as to many things would have it be changed to make that happen. And I suspect they lost their game director as a result of EA forcing them to do PS4 mode

@Beerheadgamer82 if it really is as powerful as a ps5 as the rumour suggests then I think we got to say that Nintendo left field move this time is getting back into competing with Sony and Microsoft and releasing as full power console. Perhaps with a add.on switch portable which takes the form of Sony q device.

@Beerheadgamer82 Game development today is slightly easier than back in the ps1 era.

Basically adding all the content they are going to have to create for the PS4 version of the game, as the PS4 version can't do ray tracing, shame the studio has been force to do this by the bosses rather than refine their raytracing code and proceed to the third game.

@NotSoCryptic People think everyone plays online. I don't think that true at all. I just play the single player portion because I like a good shooter. Which is why I wait years before buying COD and pay the cheapest price I can find for it.

@Nem A port we haven't even scene yet. It would be trivial to add in a tunnel like effect when using portals. In fact the trailer for the PC port didn't show the complete transition.

@MasterVGuides Majority will play it on PS5 and if they are coming to the PS4 that console as well.

It should be noted that Sony aren't embargoed and Sony knows who they have been selling or giving development kits to and who they have been helping out behind the scenes.

An that why they didn't release all of the details. They are spacing it out so they keep themselves in the news. @PSme When you look at the details of the deal you realise just how hard Microsoft is trying to lie, bluff and bully their way to get this deal pass regulators.

@PSme considering King is base on the UK and Microsoft apparently threatening to throw it toys out of pram and pull out of the UK because the CMA had the guile to say no them. It seems king isn't that important to there plans anymore.

If I ever do play this game, it will be after all three games and the DLC are release and package together into a single game, an probably heavily modded by the community to turn it into one coherent game.
