I like how some of these categories are broken up, makes more sense than some of the other award shows.

Simple, if there’s no game on the disc then there is no reason to buy it. People need to stand their ground and not purchase this garbage. With the release of new games constantly there is more than enough to play.

I’ve had my eye on this one, guess I will have to buy it now 🫠

Reading this really puts into perspective just how long it will be for us to get anything from them, it’s already been 5 years, what a shame. There was only a couple of years between Shadow of the Colossus and Demons Souls so if we get a new remake from them maybe it’ll be there for the PS6 launch, if it’s something new forget about it.

They could have at least put the white sticks on it, they have them from the astrobot controller. Other than that it does look better than the one that came with my GOW PS4 pro, that one was really lame 😒

Either way they will complain about it not selling to their expectations as usual.

I’m really excited for this, it looks so good. I grew up with He-man and absolutely loved it. I know my Castle Greyskull is still somewhere in my parents garage just waiting to remerge someday.

PSN is so weird sometimes. Hellblade doesn’t show up at all in the search for me in the app, I had to go to the PSN store website. It’s so goofy 🤪

Yes there is definitely a wide variety of choices out there. This game had no marketing and they released it a week before Elden Ring Nightreign, what did they think was going to happen. Nightreign was also released as a budget title and player’s knew what they were getting.

@Frmknst people got to play it for like 30 hours and supposedly it was about 40% of the game. When I read that the other day I instantly went, nope not for me right now

Rhythm games always appeal to me and I suck so bad at them, so I totally just downloaded it and will try it out this weekend 😆

If Nintendo can make portable hardware that matches the PS4's performance, Sony can make a portable to match that of the PS5. Whether they decide to sell it is a whole other story, fingers crossed.

@Oram77 I honestly only played the second game for a few hours. I’ll go back to it again someday when I’m in the mood for it, jumping back and forth between the characters didn’t really jive with me.

He made the right choice and I would have made the same one, my daughter means the world to me.

@gtfan23 @thefourfoldroot1 it would be nice if they could separate the Xbox consoles from the PC versions for cross play in this and all titles. No ones interested in playing with those pc cheaters and risking getting their accounts banned from Xbox or PSN.

Maybe it’s not appealing working on a sports game, but at least they still have a job. It’s also better to look for a new job while you’re still working and not standing in some unemployment line, if they still have those.

I bought it but haven’t played it yet, I think I might have preordered it also. My backlog is way out of control.

While these games were started under Jim Ryan, Hermen Hulst has been the head of first party studios, this is all his doing. This is crazy 🤪 at this point.

As soon as I saw the press release the day before I knew that they were trying to prep us for Elden Rings Erdtree DLC to be nominated for game of the year. I personally feel that dlc should not qualify, remasters shouldn’t qualify either. I do think remakes should qualify, this would also help fix the whole remake/remaster issues. There were discussions last year or the year before about how Cyberpunk was in the live service category for its Liberty City DLC which was absurd. Them constantly having to release updates to fix the game doesn’t qualify for a live service. While I know that there are more prestigious award events for games and developers out there, the game awards can try to be more relevant.

It looked and ran like crap, I finished the first quest and deleted it. I’ll consider checking it out in the future. Talking cats 🐱 are awesome by the way.

By selling the disc drive separately they increase their margins. Both the console and the disc drive have profits baked in, sell them separately and that increases, I personally think it’s really as simple as that.

Either way the game will never meet their sales expectations.

Imagine building it with OLED screens in mind, dark as dark can get. I look forward to seeing more about it in the future.

So I own Doki Doki and Dead Space so for me I answered it as a crap selection because only one counts for me which is a wrestling game I have zero interest in. I really enjoy these polls but would like to see a little more nuance added to them. As someone who buys way too many games that I don’t even have the time to play this happens often with ps plus. It makes answering them quite a challenge, also I clearly I overthink them.

There’s a scientific study that says looking at breast will help you live longer. I say put some breast in the game and we will all live happier healthy lives 😁 together.

While there wasn’t much for me, we got to see Mark Cerny again, I think every game had in engine footage or gameplay and we got quite a few release dates.

I planned on Banishers but all the reviews said the combat wasn’t great so I passed. Jusant is still in my wishlist but I have so many frigging games right now that it can just wait for the foreseeable future.

March 31st might be around the 3.0 update, maybe they have something planned. This is definitely weird though.
