This is the least appealing one yet.

Edit: The best one so far is the final fantasy xvi controller in my opinion.

Amazing to think that a few years ago, Sony did an absolutely brilliant Death Stranding Pad and the Spiderman 2 design. How things have fallen off from those heights. I think the last pad that I wanted was the Astro Bot one, but since then it’s gotten pretty poor.

I can make this myself by "accidentally" spilling fruit punch all over my white controller and let it sink into the plastic for a bit

I still see 30th anniversary Controllers and Portals at Walmart. If I need a new controller I'll go for that.

They could have at least put the white sticks on it, they have them from the astrobot controller. Other than that it does look better than the one that came with my GOW PS4 pro, that one was really lame 😒

Did the artist in charge of this design forget to produce one and had to cobble together something during their commute to work?

Nice looking controller - much better than the garish designs you see so much of these days. This is one controller I wouldn’t feel embarrassed by every time I used it.

it needs matching white sticks, in my opinion, like the Astrobot one had.

I know this one has got a lot of flack, but I don't dislike it (aside from the sticks) personally. I dig the minimalism and how it hasn't got some garish "God of War 20th Anniversary" logo on it., which they could have easily done.

They should've done a controller in the style of the art they put on the pottery in Greece. Could've literally taken the design on the vase that Kratos smashed from GoW 2018, and it would've fit perfectly for the 20th anniversary theme

@j2c A white stick is definitely needed if you pay £75 for that.

This is supposed to celebrate the 20 years anniversary for one of the most important and iconic PS franchises... how disappointing.

Happy with my 30th anniversary controller but thanks anyway Sony.

Thanks but, uh, I have a nice red Sharpie and some white controllers so I can do this myself. But between this and the new 'rewards' program, Sony sure is knocking the cover off the ball lately! 🙄🤦🏽🤣

design laziness is screaming very loudly.
I can not pretend that, it is a good design.

Preferred the blue Ragnorak one with the wolf on the touch pad I missed out on a few years ago. Won't be getting this. Just got the 30th anniversary one to go with my white, Spiderman, and astro one so don't need any more

After seeing the level of design and customisation that the Astro Bot, PS 30th anniversary edition, and the ghost of Yotei controllers have had, this is a big downgrade.
