As others have said, because of the amazing support and free content this game has had over the years, I’ll 100% buy this in support of them. Brilliant game. One of PS5’s best and one of the best VR games ever made.

I absolutely love the Dead Rising games so this is great news. Might boot up Dead Rising 4: Frank’s Big Package for some Christmas violence. Hahaha.

Highly recommend both, but if you only have time for one, Star Wars was surprisingly good. Throwing and catching a lightsaber Mjolnir style is awesome. Haha.

Echoing what has already been said. Artful Escape was awesome and the soundtrack was outstanding. I’m really looking forward to this, I’ll be there day one for sure.

Really looking forward to Yas Marina in PSVR2. All the tracks look amazing in VR and Yas Marina at night is going to be awesome.

I played a bit of Tsushima again just before Yotei, just to remind myself of the game. I’m glad I did because Yotei feels better in almost every way. But I wonder if I hadn’t, would my mind have said, this is just more of the same. Probably.

Ah, damn. I predicted the last week of October. Big shame, but I still wouldn’t be surprised if it slipped again. Until I have it installed, I won’t believe it. Haha.

They just need to give us a GTA IV remaster to tide us over.

I started this the day it came out and really enjoyed it. But then Ghost came out and I haven’t been back since. I really need to get back into it. Might try and spend a few hours on it this weekend.

Really looking forward to their Flatout VR, hope it’s not too far away.

@get2sammyb I saw this and did think it looked cool. I’ve never touched Fortnite but I saw I get Fortnite Crew with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Just had a quick look at what that is and none of it really made and sense. Haha. I’m guessing it’s all cross progression? If I start on Xbox I can use this Crew thing and continue on other platforms?

It’s an amazing device, works flawlessly and feels great to use. I’ve got two, white and 30th anniversary.

I had no idea the female protagonist was the issue. I hadn’t seen that anywhere. I thought it was both sides angry about that tweet, one side for saying it, one side for being fired over it.

Preordered it anyway. Great game and it’s getting more and more engaging as I progress.

I still need to go back to the first one and get those 5 gold medals. Just need those for the Platinum.

Great game to just chill and listen to podcasts and music. Really good fun in VR too. Wish they would bring it to PSVR2.

@Jrs1 Same here, Fast & Furious: Arcade Edition for me and Wreckreation the week after. Decent couple of weeks for arcade racing games.

Playing on PS5 Pro in Ray Tracing Pro mode. Haven’t had a single crash… yet haha. The only thing that has glitched on me was one time I needed to press diagonal up-left and jump to continues climbing and it just wouldn’t recognise I was pressing it. Had to reload to last checkpoint and it worked fine after that.

I need to go back to this at some point. I enjoyed what I played, can’t remember what game I dropped it for. Looks like I have quite a bit of the DLC to buy. Year 1, 2 and 3. Haha.

I’m looking forward to it. 7-8 years is more than enough time for a generation. I’ll be there day one.

@naruball @Ainu20 I don’t know what they are doing. All these old light gun games are perfect for VR. Have you seen On Point for VR (not coming to PSVR2 as far as I know). They obviously thought the same too. Release all the old arcade shooters in VR!

Day one games, 5 in the past 4/5 weeks. Metal Gear Solid Delta Deluxe Edition, Everybody’s Golf, Borderlands 4 Super Deluxe Edition, Sonic Racing Crossworlds and Ghost of Yotei. I typically buy and preorder everything I want to play day one, regardless of if I’m going to play it straight away, to show support to the developers.

I also buy random stuff in the sales most weeks.

Oh also bought the Mario Galaxy games on Switch 2 at the weekend.

@Jayphex I had the same issue with Chrome. I commented earlier but deleted, because I fixed it.

I just used a different browser (safari) and it worked. I got past that screen which ironically takes you to the next screen which asks for your date of birth. Haha

Borderlands 4.

Only about 4 hours in, but it’s brilliant so far. Visually stunning. That opening reminded me how good the opening of Tsushima was. Looking forward to getting into it properly at the weekend.

It’s just an opinion piece, published because they know it will wind everyone up and get them tons of engagement.

My personal opinion is that I don’t agree at all. I’ve enjoyed all the games mentioned. While they have similar themes in theory, I’ve never felt I’m playing through the same story.

This would be awesome, I really want to play through both again before the last part comes out, so this will be a massive help. I’ll just smash through and enjoy refreshing my memory on the story.

Borderlands 4 and Sonic Crossworlds.

Ooh, I might get on this. But this also reminded me I have 3 games ordered from Red Art and completely forgot about them. It’s been a long long time.

@Ken_Kaniff Yeah, while I’ll still play them both to completion, it’s a nice little extra to get a Platinum for some of your old favourites. Especially considering most of us have finished them multiple times already. I just wish Namco and Capcom would get on board with the trophy side of the classics.

Awesome news and not long to wait! 2026 is getting more and more stacked. I’ll play it on Game Pass and then all over again on PlayStation. Love it.

@Nyne11Tyme I haven’t had any issues either. My only annoyance has been the small amount of dialogue each character has, that just gets repeated over and over.

Everybody’s Golf Hot Shots

Only played a bit of World Tour and Stroke play so far, but it’s exactly what I want. Great classic Everybody’s Golf gameplay. Only downside, the characters seem to have 2 different lines of dialogue, so after 20 minutes, you’ve had enough of them. Haha.

Also cleaning up Death Stranding 2 for the Platinum.

Loved the game. Gameplay was simply amazing. Didn’t plan on going for the Platinum but I did it because I didn’t want to stop playing. Easily one of the generations best games.

Preordered the Super Deluxe Edition the moment it went live. I can’t wait, this is one of my most anticipated games this year.

I don’t think anyone thought they would. It’s a shame, I’d like to get some platinums for some of the Capcom and Namco classics.

Cruis’n Blast is probably one of my favourite Switch games and I’ll definitely be getting this in October. Yet another day one game for this year. So much to play.

I loved Street Fighter X Tekken. I’ve got it on PS3, Xbox 360 and Vita and for some reason put the most time in the Vita version. No idea why. Haha.

I was only thinking about Tekken X Street Fighter the other day. I’d love to see how far they got.
