Pretty certain BotW didn't invent rock climbing. Climbing anything has been a staple of Assassin's Creed for years before it, for example.

Still enjoying my "crusty old" PS4 no problem. This sentiment says more about people's attention spans than anything else, I think.

That's incredibly disingenuous. It's the entire 2-player that was advertised as being a core part of the game. You'd expect a Mario game or any other 2D platformer that advertises multiplayer to have it out of the box. And it's not even the main game, it's a challenge mode. But the advertising srrms to make little mention of this.

Just my two cents. I wasn't buying it anyway.

Well it worked for me! I finally bought the Ghost of Yotei gold PS5, with Astro Bot, Expedition 33, and Final Fantasy VI for a cool £454 in total.

Nice for Japanese players. I've finally succumbed and bought the gold Ghost of Yotei PS5 console plus a copy Astro Bot in a Black Friday deal from Argos! There are actually some really good deals in the UK this year!

Reminds me of being a Nintendo fan during the Wii U era when they simply abandoned it and put games on mobile and ported a load of its exclusives to 3DS.

That's enough of a problem too. Old games I want to try on these consoles, I cannot buy. They are completely unavailable if they don't have proper, physical copies. And there's nothing to say Nintendo won't suddenly remove the ability to redownload purchases on a whim.

Nintendo have already closed down the Wii's, Wii U's, DSi's, and 3DS's eShops. And recently Miyamoto stated he feels games are simply products to be sold, not art to be preserved. Nintendo WILL close down the Switch 2 eShop and keycards WILL become useless plastic. I won't be buying any.

Ape Escape trilogy on Switch, please. Thank you, Sony.
