@Theamazing1 See, it's talking like this that make people feel like they have no power. No, not everyone will betray their morals. Many people who never cared in the first place will keep buying, plenty who said they won't will stick to not buying any more EA games.
Believe in yourselves, people. Stick to your stand. Others are quietly doing the same.
So Sony didn't need to up console prices. The could have taken a little hit and still made billions.
Why is it that only us "consumers/poors/loyal customers" who have to tighten our belts and have less, but the big scumbag companies are making more money than anyone needs?
Why does everything need to be AAA? Nintendo has an attractive line-up of franchises because it has a wide range of types of games. Some are big sellers, like Zelda or Mario, and others are smaller, but still important for variety, such as Rhythm Heaven or Warioware.
They knew their product was broken and unfinished, but still chose to release it to scam customers. It was also never properly fixed on PS4, so I don't really trust them anymore.
"Only available for PS5 (unlike the digital versions which are PS4 as well), the physical copy includes both Retro Roundup and Toy Story 3 together as a double pack."
I agree these are stupid designs for actual armour, but nobody would blink if these were in an anime style game, so I'm not sure why Push Square is having such an issue with them.
EDIT: Although the developers' stance on women being in anything other than skimpy outfits is hugely problematic.
This is why I don't buy games digitally on Sony's systems very often. I simply don't trust them to not screw it up with a glitch. It's happened too many times.
I think many devs should feel betrayed for being sold a lie by Sony. They released the PSVR2 and then immediately abandoned it, leaving multiple small teams with games on it to fail to find an audience, because Sony refused to even attempt to try to bring in customers for it.
@Alps_Stranger Yeah, I've noticed that on this site too. Virtually every review is the Pro version of a game, and therefore useless to the majority of readers.

Re: Reminder: The PS5 Release Schedule Is About to Become the Busiest It's Ever Been
I'll get the Toy Story Collection on PS4, assuming ig reviews well. Castlevania and Silent Hill will depend on reviews. That's about it.

I'm pretty certain Microsoft is pushing AI too...
Re: Poll: Did You Buy Halo: Campaign Evolved on PS5?
@Raffles Astro Bot and Horizon were both really good, and I loved Ape Escape back in the day. These days, it's more the third party support.
Re: Japan Studio Couldn't Keep Up with Sony's Push for Games That Would 'Drive Hardware Sales'

Re: Poll: Did You Buy Halo: Campaign Evolved on PS5?
No interest in a game-key disc or anything from Microsoft, really.
Re: There's No Doubt About It, Wolverine PS5 Looks Awesome
I'm still not convinced. The gameplay trailer shown before looked very by the numbers.
Re: Call of Duty: Black Ops (PS5) - One Big Rip-Off
Enjoy your digital-only future, with no price competition.
Re: 50+ Digital PS3, PS Vita Games to Buy Before It's Too Late
@Oram77 It closed. And now there's plenty of games you can't get any more.
Re: PlayStation Consoles to Stop Getting Disc-Based Physical Releases in 2028
Well f*** people who paid more for a PS5 with a disc drive, I guess.
At least I have a solid date for when I stop buying PlayStation games, as I refuse to buy digital.
Re: GTA 6 Not Expected to Run at 60fps on Any PS5 Console
Oh noooo, my poor eyessss. How can I possibly enjoy the game nowww?? /s
Re: GTA 6 PS5 Disc Hopes Seemingly Dashed by Rockstar Source
No disc, no sale. It's that simple.
Re: UK GTA 6 Buyers Pleasantly Surprised by No PS5 Pre-Order Price Hike
"Only" £70.
And not even a disc.
Re: The Witcher 4 Can't Be Another Cyberpunk 2077, and CD Projekt Red Knows It
They knew their product was broken and unfinished, but still chose to release it to scam customers. It was also never properly fixed on PS4, so I don't really trust them anymore.

@For-Kier *"Despite people with morals not wanting our environment destroyed and lives made worse."
FIFY
Re: Crazy Taxi: World Tour Revives an Arcade Classic in 2027, But There's a Catch
@DadJKP Yeah, we should just accept all our lives being made worse and the planet being destroyed.
Re: Stellar Blade: Blood Rain's Reveal Is Allegedly Riddled with Generative AI
Companies are making it so easy to not buy their games this gen.
Re: Poll: How Would You Rate Summer Game Fest 2026?
Yep, felt like E3! Mostly CGI trailers of people with guns, with very little gameplay, and almost nothing interesting shown.
Re: All the Best Toy Story Games Are Coming Back with Retro Revivals on PS5
"Only available for PS5 (unlike the digital versions which are PS4 as well), the physical copy includes both Retro Roundup and Toy Story 3 together as a double pack."
This is wrong. There's a physical coming to PS4 too. https://atari.com/products/toy-story-retro-roundup-physical?variant=47858633048229
Re: Overlooked PS5 Action RPG Scarlet Nexus Tops 2 Million Sales, Sparking Sequel Talk
I mean, it was also on PS4, but that console doesn't seem to exist anymore, according to PushSquare.

Nice coaster!
Re: No PS5, PS4 Trophies for Time Crisis as Bandai Namco Continues Its Classics Losing Streak
You really, really don't need trophies to enjoy a game. It's pretty sad that this is even an article at all.
Re: Overseas Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter Sales Propel Falcom Profits to Insane Heights
If the physical ever drops below £50, I'll get it.
Re: Lords of the Fallen 2's Idea of Female Armour Is Downright Embarrassing
I agree these are stupid designs for actual armour, but nobody would blink if these were in an anime style game, so I'm not sure why Push Square is having such an issue with them.

Re: PS5's NTE Makes Back One-Third of Its Budget in Just One Day
Probably just from Sammy, given how much he talks about it! 😆
Re: Assassin's Creed Fans Furious as Physical Copies of Black Flag's PS5 Remake Will Require Internet
@twick87 I didn't buy Shadows, didn't buy the Hogwarts game when Warner Bros. pulled the same crap, and I won't be buying this either. It's easy.
Re: Assassin's Creed Fans Furious as Physical Copies of Black Flag's PS5 Remake Will Require Internet
Just like Shadows. No sale!
Re: Poll: Are You Sold on Assassin's Creed: Black Flag's PS5 Remake?
I saw the dreaded "Internet Required To Install Game" on the game case. Now it's a definite no-buy.

Re: 'You'll Experience a Noticeable Leap in Visuals': Genshin Impact Outlines Big Graphical Improvements as It Waves Goodbye to PS4
No, I'm not really interested in gacha crap.
Re: Are We Ready to Admit Horizon's Online Co-Op PS5 Game Looks Good Yet?
No, and I also don't use that social media site, so I won't be clicking on any of those videos.

Colour me intrigued.

At what point did that trailer look "superb"?
Re: Another Always Online, Live Service PS5 Gacha Is Getting a Deluxe Physical Release
Game key card behaviour.
Re: As PSVR2 Dies a Slow Death, One of Its Best Devs Confirms Mass Layoffs
I think many devs should feel betrayed for being sold a lie by Sony. They released the PSVR2 and then immediately abandoned it, leaving multiple small teams with games on it to fail to find an audience, because Sony refused to even attempt to try to bring in customers for it.

Gosh, so many companies are making it easy to not buy their games this gen. My wallet is very thankful.

Scum always floats to the top.
Re: Poll: Has PS5's Dynamic Pricing Debacle Changed Your Relationship with the PS Store at All?
I very rarely buy digital games anymore, so it makes little difference to me.
Re: 'No One Is Buying This on PS5': PC Port Begging Already Unbearable as Sony Switches Strategy
Are they going to campaign to Nintendo to put the next Mario game on PC? No? So just the usual, whiny PC players being whiners then.
Re: Ghost of Yotei Nearly Stole One of Breath of the Wild's Most Distinctive Features
Pretty certain BotW didn't invent rock climbing. Climbing anything has been a staple of Assassin's Creed for years before it, for example.
Re: 'We're Discussing Ways to Improve': Marathon Dev Tweaking Monetisation and Difficulty as FPS Fails to Blow Up
Didn't this only come out last week? Seems a bit early to judge how it's doing. Also:
"We want to ensure that when you spend in Marathon you feel like you are getting great value"
Maybe not pricing skins at $10 would be a good start?
Re: This Is the Next PS5 Gacha That's Going to Eat Up All Your Time
Thankfully not. I don't waste my time with this gacha crap.
Re: Here's Why Shawn Layden Thinks Sony 'Can't Get Away' with Making PS6 Digital Only
I'd definitely be out. Not only do I buy physical games, but I'm loving that I can now buy 4K Blu-rays to play on my PS5.
Re: Opinion: The Euphoric Reaction to PS6's Rumoured Delay Really Confuses Me
Seems a bit out of touch with this site's readership.
