Re: Hardcore PlayStation Fans Seem Dead Against a Horizon Zero Dawn Remake or Remaster

QBGaming12

People do realize that this remake/remaster is for people that haven't played the game yet, similar to how The Last of Us Part 1 is for newcomers and to coincide with the TV show. I'm excited to see how it turns out and for people to try Horizon out.

I'll even try it out if Sony doesn't make it $70, it should be $30-$40 tops. I can understand people's frustrations but this is for newcomers and for the Netflix show.

Re: Leaked Sony Document Supposedly Sheds Light on PS5's Portfolio

QBGaming12

Firesprite is actually one of Sony's bigger studio's with over 250 employees, so them having multiple games in the oven isn't very surprising.

People just need to relax and wait and see what Sony has instore for us. Some of these games actually appeal to me that are supposedly in this document so I'm not worried about the future of the PS5. Just be patient.

Re: Talking Point: We Need to Discuss This Horizon Zero Dawn PS5 Remaster

QBGaming12

I don't get why people are that surprised or are complaining about this. Depending on the price of this I'd be interested(I wouldn't buy it asap since I beat the game this year) but if they add new features, update the graphics, and add the accessibility options its worth $30-$40. Now if Sony makes it $70 that's a big no.

I'm not that surprised, don't be surprised to see The Last of Us Part II, Ghost of Tsushima probably and maybe some surprise game to get remake/remaster. Their is a market for these things, just not at $70. Hopefully Sony realized the backlash they received for The Last of Us Part 1's $70 price tag and make the games $30-$40.

Re: PS Plus Extra, Premium PS5, PS4 Games for August 2022 Announced

QBGaming12

@Would_you_kindly oh I think Extra is perfect. I got Premium hoping that the streaming would be worth it but my Internet or just the streaming in general(My Area or whatever else) is awful lol.

The trial's are worth it if you get access to them. I mean Rollerdrome next week is going to be great to try out.

I would like some classic PS2 games(Battlefront 2, Sly, etc) but that might take ages. If they would just let you download the classics and stream games to play as long as you have your premium subscription that would be perfect. I know that's what everybody wants.

Re: PS Plus Extra, Premium PS5, PS4 Games for August 2022 Announced

QBGaming12

@RudeAnimat0r that's what I mean when it comes to Classics. I feel like Sony just tacked them into the new PS Plus because people kept complaining about not being able to play their old games on their newer systems(or because they don't have the old systems). So when they complain about them not updating the list frequently Sony is probably like " I mean your getting them as they come, not a big priority to us".

Also I mentioned last gen(PS4, even throw in PS3) and new games as stuff people mainly play now. I mean I might play the few PS2 games I own a few times a year and I have them on my PS3 or PS4/PS5(Rogue Galaxy). I never sit down on my PS5/PS4 and say "Oh I'd love to play a PS1 game". But to each their own.

Re: PS Plus Extra, Premium PS5, PS4 Games for August 2022 Announced

QBGaming12

@RudeAnimat0r I was mainly referring to not seeing the point in playing those old games nowadays when you have last gen and new gen games coming out constantly.

I do realize it's for Nostalgia's sake but I feel like Sony is like "Yeah their old games so we'll release a couple every few months".

Now if the streaming was actually consistent that would be perfect but it's terrible, depending on when and if your internet is good enough.

Re: PS Plus Extra, Premium PS5, PS4 Games for August 2022 Announced

QBGaming12

Those are some good games for PS Extra. I get that people want to play PS1,PS2 games but I don't see the point of playing those games(unless their updated) on a PS4/PS5. Playing dated games just doesn't seem fun to me.

I do love that Rogue Galaxy is part of this though, even though I bought that game years and years ago.

Re: God of War Ragnarok's PS5, PS4 Release Date Reveal Was Delayed from Today

QBGaming12

I don't get why people can't just be patient and wait for them to reveal this game. Cory Barlog isn't even the Director of the game and he has to come out and tell people to chill out.

Just let Eric Williams and his team take their time and make the game as perfect as we all hope it should be. Also let Cory relax and work on whatever he's working on.

It will be worth the wait.

Re: Reminder: Final Fantasy 7 and Dragon's Dogma Events Are Happening at the Same Time Today

QBGaming12

@tallythwack even with a following that doesn't amount to enough sales to warrant a second game. If it gets announced it all depends on when it comes out and what it's competing with.

Sony might be in the process of buying the Silent Hill IP but it's all up Konami and the weird way that they manage their games.

I do hope that they make a second Dragon's Dogma, I never got into the first one enough(even though I played the original a bit and then got Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen on sale years ago). Just hoping it's worth the full $60 or $70 and looks good/plays good.

Re: Here's What the Card-Based Combat of Marvel's Midnight Suns Looks Like

QBGaming12

I am interested in this and Gotham Knights(to a lesser extent lol) but I feel like(75% sure) that both games will be half off by Black Friday just like Guardian's was so I can wait till then to get them.

Also I feel like both of these games coming out the same month might effect each other sales wise or one just won't be as good as the other game wise(Gotham Knights just feels off to me for some reason).

Re: Rumour: God of War Ragnarok Delayed into 2023, Say European Sources

QBGaming12

If it gets pushed back to next year than fine. Let Sony Santa Monica take their time and make this game as great as we all hope it will be, don't rush it out and put it out when it's nowhere near ready. People just need to be patient.

The coronavirus definitely affected the production of this game like many others so let them take their time.

Also Cory Barlog and whatever game he's supposedly working on which will probably be awesome.

Re: Dragon Age: Dreadwolf Is the Official Name of BioWare's Fourth Entry

QBGaming12

I'm so excited for this game and have been waiting for years since I beat Inquisition to play it. I do hope EA announces a Legendary Edition(Like Mass Effect) for Dragon Age 1, 2 and maybe you throw Inquisition in their(All DLC and Awakenting for all 3 games included). I think it would sell well and be perfect before the media rollout for Dragon Age 4 starts.

Re: State of Play Showcase for Thursday Confirmed, PSVR2 Games Included

QBGaming12

I'm excited to finally see some PSVR2 and the Third Party Stuff could be interesting whether it's Final Fantasy, Little Devil Inside, Stray or something we haven't heard from in a while or seen yet. So it's definitely something to look forward too.

People just need to be patient when it comes to the first party games. When they have stuff ready to show they will show it. If they showed something for a game and it was too soon or they rush it to release then the same people will complain that they should have waited to show the game.

Just be patient and wait to see the First Party games because we know they won't disappoint(God of War, Last of Us, Astro Bot, some surprises, etc).

Re: PS1 Games Scrub Up Well on PS5, PS4, But Many Are PAL 50Hz

QBGaming12

I mean I'm not surprised the PS1 games differ in quality. I'm excited about the new PS Plus but I'm not that excited to play old PS1 games, PS2 yes if it's Persona and a few others(Rogue Galaxy, etc) but PS1 I'm not really concerned about due to how old the games are. I'm excited about the PS5/PS4/PS3 and some PS2 games mainly.

The games they have so far seem pretty good so I'm excited to see what the US gets in June if their are any differences.

Re: Sony Shares First Look at PS Plus Extra, Premium Games

QBGaming12

This is a good list so far. Also Ghost Director's Cut being on their is awesome. One of my favorite PS2 games ever Rogue Galaxy always stays around and I love it(I still have the original strategy guide for it). Also not having to pay for Ghost Stranding Director's Cut is awesome.

@Rob_230 Also I'd love if Sony ended up buying Square and putting all of the old FF games and everything else on their.

Also can everyone just chill with their reaction to the classics. This is nowhere near the full list, just a couple games. Just relax and be patient.

Re: EA's Lineup for 2023 Includes an Unannounced Remake, a 'Major IP', and More

QBGaming12

I really want EA to announce a Dragon Age Legendary Edition just like Mass Effect and have it come out early next year. Put Dragon Age 1, Awakening, and 2 together, maybe even Inquisition if they want. Also all of the DLC just like Mass Effect Legendary Edition. It just makes so much sense with Dragon Age 4 coming out soon, and with how well Mass Effect Legendary Edition did.

I honestly think it would sell really well. Plus all of that DLC would be awesome to play again.

Re: Poll: What Did You Think of Sony's Latest State of Play?

QBGaming12

So Forspoken looked pretty awesome in that trailer, you can tell that they have been working on it.

DioField Chronicles even with the weird name, looks amazing.

Trek to Yomi looked awesome as usual.

TMNT has that nostalgia factor that people will love.

Valkyrie Elysium looks cool but might need a bit more work.

The Returnal update looked badass.

Ghostwire looks cool as usual. The other games in their looked interesting as well. If your not a fan of Japanese games you might not like this State of Play but it was one of the better ones they've done in a while for me.

JoJo looked amazing as well.

Re: Hands On: Tiny Tina's Wonderlands Feels Like the Tightest, Most Polished Borderlands Yet

QBGaming12

@Tasuki they have 6 set classes of characters you can play as. BRR-Zerker, Clawbringer, Graveborn, Spellshot, Spore Warden and Stabbomancer. The last and first one being the most corny/cringe names of the group.

The classes do seem cool. I'm just hoping for good skills and a character who has a companion like Gaige(Mr.Deathtrap was the best), and FL4k. Those are usually my go too classes.

Re: Hands On: Tiny Tina's Wonderlands Feels Like the Tightest, Most Polished Borderlands Yet

QBGaming12

@Tasuki that's the reason why I fell off of BL3 because although I got near the end of the game, I just didn't care much for the characters.

I beat BL2 twice with Gaige who is probably the best character in the series for me and she was DLC. Gearbox not making any DLC characters for BL3 if I remember through people off and caused quite a uproar. Especially when Gaige was in the Hammerlock DLC and you couldn't play as her lol.

Also when it comes to Tiny Tina being playable, yes I know she's the DM of the D&D game but your talking about the same company that put a copy of Handsome Jack as a character in the Pre-Sequel. Anything can happen.

Ever since BL2 I've always wondered why Tina, Moxxi, Hammerlock and even Tanis have never been playable. I feel like their skills would actually be pretty fun or funny(In Moxxi and Tanis's case).

Re: Hands On: Tiny Tina's Wonderlands Feels Like the Tightest, Most Polished Borderlands Yet

QBGaming12

@TheCollector316 Unless it was on sale their is no way I'm paying all that money for BL3 DLC but I get what your saying about them.

Also on the point of Tiny Tina being playable, it only makes sense. I mean it's always seemed weird to me how most of the Crimson Raiders you've been able to play as except for Tina, Tanis, Moxxi, and Hammerlock. You could probably make a interesting game or DLC series with them as playable characters if I'm being honest.

I wouldn't be surprised if Gearbox does something with them for this game, especially since it seems like BL4 might be a whole different set of characters. I don't think they can keep stretching these characters out for anymore games.

Also Ava is a character I wanted to see as a DLC character in BL3. She's cool.

Re: Hands On: Tiny Tina's Wonderlands Feels Like the Tightest, Most Polished Borderlands Yet

QBGaming12

@TheCollector316 I beat BL2 with Gaige twice. She's probably the best character in Borderlands for me. She's in the Hammerlock DLC in BL3 but you can't play as her.

I kind of hope Gearbox finally lets people play as Tina, Moxxi and Hammerlock. I mean it does seem really weird that you can't play as Tiny Tina in her own game lol.

Also the DLC in BL3 never seemed interesting enough for me to pay for it. I got the DLC for BL2 for free with the Handsome Collection when it was PS Plus.
