"Woke" is one of those terms that has just lost all meaning. Nowadays anybody who uses it is just applying that word to anything that they don't like regardless of content. That and they say "woke" to anything that has women in the lead, minorities, or lgbt themes. Because apparently the mere existence of those is political.

Imagine being so insecure and narrow brained that you can't play a game with colors in it. You will be wondering why your kids won't want anything to do with you in a few years.

A very beautiful game. Highly recommend especially since I recall picking it up in a sale for next to nothing.

Fortnite isn't exactly the most demanding of games to run to begin with, pretty much any cheap graphics card from like post 2012 can achieve running it at 60 fps with the right settings tweaks, so adding some fancy effects on top of it I doubt is really that taxing on PS5 hardware.

I never watch these awards, couldn't care less; I just go on Youtube and see what games were announced the morning after.

Hard disagree even if you know nothing about the source material the trailer clearly establishes there is a lot more story and character at the heart of it than the Walking Dead ever had. 90 percent of the Walking Dead screentime I swear is just characters walking through a forest which is why I tapped out several years ago.

I really liked this trailer but for as much as I love 80s music, Take on Me is one of the most overused songs of all time.

I've never understood this so can someone please explain like I'm five why TV's in Europe and North America output at different Hz? You would think the technology would be uniform.

PS4 did have a demo section, I would know I used it.

It uses a dynamic resolution because it's still running on PS4 Pro code. Only thing the patch did was uncap the framerate. It is still very much the PS4 version.

These developers seem to heavily be in bed with Microsoft. Hence the last Amnesia got a 60fps rerelease for the Series consoles but no PS5 update for example. Similar to Psychonauts 2 never getting a native PS5 release.

Saw a video where a guy said his performance was okay on a 1060 which is a bit less powerful than a PS5 so I guess It's just very poor optimization on the console side.

Does anybody know if trophies carry over to this version, I don't have time to replay the entire game from the beginning.

Wasn't this a similar case with Guardians of the Galaxy? Either there is some lackluster optimization going on or is the graphics engine the game is using just not ideal for this current generation of gaming? Couldn't be it uses UE4 which is tried and tested.

There is some major bangers on here, Panzer Dragoon remake, Murdered Soul Suspect, both Styx games, and Outcast are all hidden gems.

Why would you punish people who have absolutely nothing to do with what is going in Ukraine and are just trying to feed their families? Were you boycotting American video games when our military was committing atrocities in the Middle East post 9/11? Probably not.

I have never been outright scared by anything horror but Alien Isolation was one of the most tense games I have ever played and I want more of that please.

And that is more than enough for me to be happy with, it's a free update they didn't even have to do this. It was a really demanding game for PC's that cost twice what PS4's did back then to begin with so if it's equivalent to PC settings that is enough for me.

It looks almost like Singularity and Far Cry had a love child. I am okay with this.

Only two I missed were the Yakuza and Tekken questions. Back when Skyrim first released It had a ridiculously high metacritic score of I believe 95.

Much preferred the home screen of PS4, easier to navigate and understand and just looked very aesthetically pleasing, this has more in common with Xbox home screens which tend to be overly convoluted.

When I said "your" I meant the Japanese legal system. Everything you just described sounds like a total nightmare and not in any way a fair system. So basically, you have no right to an attorney, no means to defend yourself and there is no chance of fighting back even if you are extremely wealthy? How is that not a dystopia? Also as someone who has worked in law enforcement in the deep southern U.S our conviction rate I can tell you for a fact is nowhere close to 100 percent.

Would be all over this as I like pretty much anything WW2 but I suck at RTS.

The plot pretty much writes itself they just have to get the tone right.

The original PC port of Soul Reaver also wasn't very good. It had clunky controls, texture issues, and had a 30 fps cap (because they pretty much just dumped the PS1 code and called it a day without any real optimizing) when the Dreamcast version ran at 60.

Wouldn't switching your TV's output setting down to 1080p instead of 4K solve the resolution output issue?

There are music apps you can run in the background on PS4 and PS5 while playing games, most games even mute the background music automatically when you do it. I believe it's the same on Xbox.

Games like Moss are played with a fixed camera which makes for a relatively easy experience. Now traditional third person like say Uncharted in VR, nope you will lose your lunch.

Outside of Japan and some parts of South America the Master System flopped hard compared to the NES so Sega doesn't seem to want nor care about a Master System special. There's a reason why in comparison the Genesis/Mega Drive have had many collections and that's because it (and the Dreamcast to a small extent) is the only Sega system the west really remembers.
