Hopefully MP4 will be a great polished AAA Nintendo in house game.
Let’s see when it releases in December.

And yes I know why there has not been a ND game.
But terrible decisions by Sony the company made us miss out on probably at least one ND game by now.
It’s Sony and the big boys I’m at odds with not the gang on here.
True I forgot Ghost of Yotei, very good production values, got about halfway through and left it for now. As GOT held me until the end and the DLC.
I do sometimes say it is probably my age and gaming for decades has left too much being repeated or to similar nowadays.

Sony big super polished big AAA campaign games, uncharted, GOWR, last of us 2, Spider-Man 2.

Well the drum beat is now set, but will hopefully improve.
One big super Sony studios AAA per year.
My Pro and I are slowly getting bored, maybe it’s my age as well, the PS4 with Sony studios
Shows me how poor this generation has been after the first 2 years of PS5.

Anyway back to MKW, DKB and soon MP4.
And with a splash of OW2 from Xbox studios.

Whenever the next two release next generation the cross generation of games will be longer than PS4 to PS5.
PS5 to PS6 will be even more diminishing returns per pound cost than this generation.

Yes it is better but I finished T and didn’t bother with Y after half way through.
Maybe my age and decades in gaming, but it’s all getting much the same rinse and repeat across the board for me nowadays.

Sonys true console competition is the Switch and Switch 2. Sonys fans always say it is not.
But if the Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 did not exist, then those players would probably buy a PS5. Or even 50% of them for example.
So it is by default competitive. Also that’s is Billions of dollars as Nintendo sell lots and lots.

And leaves Nintendo, as probably the only traditional console king as we used to know it.

I think the PS6 will use FSR4 as Mark said they are working with AMD on it.
Then watch PSSR get ditched.

Yep a good few developers leaving out PSSR now and using the PS5 pro for a higher resolution and maybe a more stable frame rate.
Borderlands 4 did the same, as well.

Conseidering even Mark said they are working with AMD on FSR4 to upgrade the Pro, tells us something.

I get a-bit extreme sometimes, mainly about not being consumer friendly and sucking at our cash even more.
Then again I’ve spent probably about £5k with Sony this year upgrading etc. 🤣
So I guess I feel having a dig at them or £5k worth at least is earned.

Destiny 2 and after about 1.5 years away and playing other FPS. D2 still shines as the best.
Really don’t understand why this game gets digs all the time.

On a side note, just installed my new Sony rear speakers RS5 upgraded from RS3.
What a difference when you give it some.
Sony expensive, but delivering again.
Though got them for £500 instead of £700.
Goes well with the Sony sound bar and subwoofer and of course the 65” A95L.
Let’s not forget the PS5 Pro.

Yes that’s one thing Xbox are good with is the cloud saves. Sonys cloud saves work just as well but they paywall them a bit more and totally to one person only.

It’s also the same with the games structure on Sony console. I don’t have to have my Xbox as my home console for others logged in to play my games or any sharing on, as long as I’m logged in, in the back ground, everyone can play my games.
With PS that console has to be your main shared console.
What Sony are good at is cutting out any loop holes be it cloud saves or game sharing so you all pay some money.
I think Xbox are more, well ok it’s all right and a little more open and relaxed.

I come from the era when we didn’t pay for multiplayer gaming and also cloud saves at the beginning.
I find Sony put more behind paywalls, like I only get cloud saves on my PS essentials account.
On Xbox any one signed in with their account on my series x get the cloud saves as well.
Also with switch 2 as long as I make them family members.
With tight Sony you have to all be a least essential members.

Well let’s see what the first one turns out like next year.
For me after releasing Halo Campaign evolved, they should get on with the new Halo game.

I do get pissed with all developers time taken up with remakes and remasters. I understand halo campaign evolved.

But hey developers let’s have all new games please.

None for me in November I’m afraid.

The wasted money and time these companies miss-manage is almost illegally insane.
You could probably feed the starving of the world.

It’s great that Halo is coming to PS, even if you don’t like the game etc. It’s great games are slowly not becoming tied to one exclusive shoe box under the TV.
Gamers have been held ransom to this for far too long many years.
Business models or not, it’s good news.

Might be bigger issues than that.
With Unreal 5 stuttering fps and visual fizz.
Yay can’t wait.

Would be great if Xbox did drop the paywall for multiplayer.
Then the other two that are just a greedy as Microsoft can hopefully drop it as well.

PS. Resistance and killzone are in my top fav FPS, not my fault Sony don’t want to make them anymore.
Therefore I have to get excited about the halo remake and COD etc.

Let’s be honest Sony chased GAAS and wasted so much developers time and millions in money.
Also they do have a good few studios but compared to the amount Microsoft own now, it must be less, especially staff count wise.

They of course have analysed peoples time on devices. Which of course includes everything.
Years ago it would up against playing in the woods or sport etc.
now it’s more other electronic services.

They failed console wise but it is a bit far fetched to keep blaming other activities all the time.

What I fined strange with Xbox is according to what I have read FH6 will not be day one PS5.
Why do halo and not FH6.
Especially as FH5 did well on PS5.

Doesn’t help for competition though even if it is all their fault.

At the end of the day it’s great other consoles are getting Xbox studios games to play and that’s a good thing.

At the end of the day you can play them on whatever system and pay how you wish, from cash to subscription.

How long and for decades as one video player, one cassette deck, one cd player, one 4K player.
Played all music and films.
I know hope one day it will be just be one console plays all games day one from all studios and stop being so dam right greedy and old fashioned.

Imagine one box all games day one.
Switching from Zelda to God of war to Halo.

So glad all are going to get to play Xbox studio games.
This generation now needs all to do this.

Sony should so put a few games on Xbox now.
They would not lose a single PS5 console sale.
And the PC versions of the games would probably easy convert to series x.

Just for fun, being honest with regards Outerworlds 2 on Pro, the studio should have done what borderlands 4 did. Leave PSSR alone and just let the power of the Pro give sharper and better resolution than all the other consoles and more stable frame rate.
Tflop wise it’s only 12tflops against 16tflops.
Which years ago would have been so much but nowadays doesn’t seem to do that much.

Can’t wait called this since that unreal 5 demo.
Keep your series x gang, will probably play better than even Pro as it’s unreal 5. Only having fun, but maybe true 🤣
Also on GPU day one of course.

It’s down to the studios more than anything.
Assassins Creed shadows had a brilliant PSSR pro patch and ghost of Yotei looks amazing on the pro.
Forza Horizon 5 best on pro and Indy.
Spider-Man 2.
This is console wise by the way.
