9 PS Plus Extra, Premium Games for December 2025 Announced

I almost bought Mirage in the last sale, but something inside me yelled “Hold!” and lo and behold here we are.

Wo Long is an excellent game!

Tip, to beat the first proper boss you MUST parry. It's a Parrying tutorial in disguise really, once you do it they are easy peasy.

Omg.... another two games on my to buy list. That's pushing bought games out, as I would rather utilise my ps plus membership and not have to buy the games

I tried the Wo Long demo before the game came out and decided it wasn't for me (it may be a skill issue but I found it frustrating).
I already own Mirage.
But - there are usually some smaller cool games in these updates so I'm looking forward to that (also this month is already good with Skate Story)

Honestly they have been cooking with the extra cataloge all year.

Very happy with Wo Long. I’m actually just on my first playthrough of Nioh (I know, late to the party) and loving it, so this has come at a very good time!

Wo-long was a fairly easy, straightforward completion, just a repetitive one at that. It was a bit too “arcadey” for my liking, and the UI is atrocious, though they’re kind of known for copying their formulas into every one of their titles till they’re barely discernible. Haven’t been interested in AC in years, same with SC. None for me, but arguably solid additions for anyone interested.

2 games i had in my "inevitably coming to ps+" list. Very happy with those 2 alone, but if the filler titles are as good as last months it will be a banger of a month.

That is a solid month. I always wanted to play Wo Long but ended up forgetting about it and Mirage looks interesting but not enough to buy it.

Great set up so far - Mirage looked fun but too much of a retread to buy, and Wo Long I was scared to buy incase I was crap at it, but I’ll definitely give both a bash

I can't parry to save my life in Soulsborne games, so I found Wo Long tricky.

For anyone worried about approaching it, you can equip items/armour that make your parry window larger, and easier to hit the timing.

Mirage is on game pass & is ok if you like the series. However also having access on PS5 isn't anything for me to be excited for and no reason to replay it on a different platform.

Tried Wo Lang when it was on game pass and it's not something I enjoyed. No interest in fighting games so Soul Calibur isn't exciting for me either.

@Voltan same here. I'm just too old and slow for these games. Really wish they'd put easier difficulties as an option, but that conversation has been done a million times before!!!!!

If wo long is a party focused game then il give it a shot where winds meet has taught me to parry playing it recently while fighting frames at the same time

Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty has been on my radar for some time now so it’s good if this is true. I’ll probably end up playing it.

Ive come close to pulling the trigger on Mirage a few times. For once I've managed to hold my nerve and it's paid off.

Mirage is a nice pull. I’ve almost bought that game numerous times but never did. I’m happy to see that my patience has paid off.

Wo Long is a decent grab for anyone who has not yet played it. It never managed to reach the same level as Nioh for quality but was enjoyable in its own right.

My only issues with the game was the final boss in the final DLC is overtuned to hell as its designed assuming you are on NG2 with the equivalent gear.

Nothing you play more than an hour but still cool to check out

Been wanting to replay Soulcalibur III for ages now, hope the save-destroying bug is left out!

Hell yeah, I'd been holding out for Wo Long. Figured that with their next big title (Nioh 3) coming out super soon they'd start thinking of putting the previous one on the service.

Mirage is a bit more surprising since they just had that free Saudi Arabia DLC if I remember right. Typically a big free DLC is used to incentivize a boost in base game purchases, and being added to Plus kind of runs contrary to that. Works for me, though.

Why is lego horizons there?

The double dip on Horizon Adventures in the same month is odd, but Assassin’s Creed and Wo Long balance it out and then some.

Cat Quest 3! Platted the other two games. Ill guess this will be my final plat for 2025.

I’m looking forward to trying Granblue Fantasy Relink and the wife will be thrilled about some Cat Quest 3 co op

Decent for Extra, except for the pointless inclusion of Lego Horizon in the same month as Essential (shows Sony are struggling to get more games on there).

Premium is abysmal, however, for a Christmas drop. Last year we had three classics for the year’s end.

I had a good time with Wo Long on GamePass when it came out. Those who haven’t played it are in for a treat.

Rest of the line up doesn’t do much for me (already own Mirage). But it’s not a bad month.

Happy with mirage, wo long and planet coaster 2. More than enough to satisfy me and make it a good strong month.

Adding Lego horizon after offering it on essential is fine if it feels like an extra addition, It doesnt really feel like that here though looking at the numbers. Using skate story too as a title for this month when its a last month title adds to the feeling like they are just looking to artificially boost numbers this month.

So glad I cancelled premium and stuck with extra

Wow I get to play Mirage without having to support the PIF. That’s a bonus I guess.

Lego Horizons is a bit lame since everyone with Plus got that on the lowest tier. Rest of the line-up is pretty good though. Happy with Mirage, Wo Long, Granblue and Planet Coaster 2.

Decent month overall, Car Quest 3 and AC Mirage for me. Also highly recommend Granblue Fantasy Relink, excellent game.

LEGO Horizon Adventures being in there 😆😆😂☠️☠️

I'll probably try Relink too, then!

Happy about AC: Mirage and Soul Calibur 3!! Every needs to try Granblue Fantasy Relink, it’s an underrated gem!

@4fold because it's not worth it when they only add one game a month. Don't care about most the stuff they added to premium this year. If I see something I want I'll just buy and own it.

If I still had extra this would be amazing. I'd immediately get into wo long and granblue
