Is it just me or does this year's wrap up feel light on stats? Could have sworn earlier years went into more detail about my playtime.
I got adventurer as I do every year.
Low one this year total hours 96.
Will be interesting to see what switch and Xbox come back with.
But like last year I think PS will be last.
They were top in the first two PS5 release years
And second in year 3. But the big campaign AAA exclusives from Sony dried up a bit since then.
@Nf157 yeah I was thinking that but wondered if it was just me
I haven't played a great deal this year so thought it might've been that but a lot of it wasn't interesting at all. A large chunk of it was adverts for the Pro, new controllers and PS Plus Extra...
Bit disappointing
Note to self: Really need to play less hours in gacha games
Not as impressed with this year’s review, but whatever. 15.4 years as a PlayStation Plus member. Time flies.
@Nf157 Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. I think last year's even broke it down by month.
89 games played
475 total trophies (including 15 plats)
59 PS+ games
8.6 years of PS+
373 hours played (seems low imo)
Thrill-Seeker gaming style (no clue what this means beyond action-adventure)
822 play sessions, making an average session about 27.5 minutes long.
My most played was Minecraft, from when I platinumed the PS5 edition in the spring. Side note, my top 5 games were all because I platinumed them, no competitive multiplayer. I was expecting at least Fortnite to show up.
Only 18 hours different playtime as last year.
Very similar amount of trophies also but a few more plats.
1707 hours played, 98 games total with 1113 trophies. Top played game was Wuthering Waves with 227 hours.
I wish you could compare your stats to prior year stats; like did I play more or less this year, etc?
2200 hours played here tho, not bad for also having a full-time job
Definitely feels like a downgrade from last year. No monthly break downs. Is there any way to save your wrap up? I can’t even see an option to share it. Which is the whole point of these things.
@Nf157 I remember last year, it told you many hours you played each month, what games in each month, etc.
I’ve not looked at mine yet. But I’m sure Elder Scrolls Online will be all over it. Sadly, this will be the final year it shows up in my list. It’s been a good 9-year run.
My top 5 games are:
1. BG3
2. KCD2
3. HFW
4. CO E33
5. Metaphor
1,663hrs played, I'm still a Role Player, RPG guy. Wondering how Metaphor got there and I remembered oh the final boss had me going back making some vital decisions I ignored.
Can you please tell me how to add a screenshot to these forums, @BearsEatBeets...?
495 hours for me. Top games were
1. Silksong
2. Psychonaughts 2
3. Lost Judgement
4. Red Dead Redemption
5. Yooka-Replaylee
2259 hours played.
roleplayer (23%)
most played game: Titan Quest (175 hours) and Death Stranding 2 (147 hours)
2251 trophies (57 platinums)
not bad.
I totalled 217 hours having played 2 games:
121 hours in Days Gone: Remastered
and
96 hours in Ghost of Yotei
As the Xbox is my primary console, I consider two games on my PS6 to be a good year, truth be told as last year, if I remember correctly, there was just one game...
The goal here is to decrease the amount of hours played over the year, proof that you have attempted "life" 😄
@Fiendish-Beaver If you post your images to a website (There are a few, I use postimage.org) then right-click and copy image link.
Then on here type
(img)image link(/img) but swap the ( ) for [ ].
Ctrl+V pastes the link
redeem code for avatar doesn't work :/
Moved over from Nintendo to PlayStation in the summer. I sold my OG switch, 13 games and my switch 2 (which sold for nearly double as was oos new at the time) which paid for a Pro and a LG C4. Very happy with the move !
DS 2 - 110 Hours
Alan Wake 2 - 64 Hours
Control: Ultimate Edition - 46 Hours
Outer Wilds - 35 Hours
SILENT HILL f - 25 hours
All of the games have been extremely memorable experiences, except for silent hill f, looking forward to some of the older games I've missed out on locked to Nintendo. I have Tsushima, God of War, Humanity, Silent Hill 2 and E33 all in the physical collection ready and waiting !
@Nf157 I was thinking the same thing. Not really a lot of interesting info to dig into. Felt the same way about Spotify this year (though they supposedly laid off a whole bunch of people who used to handle the year end wrap and got AI to do most of it).
Your a star! Thank you, @BearsEatBeets...
@roe Yeah that was the other thing: light on interesting stats, and they're trying to sell me stuff on every damned page too. Tacky.
Classic:
The voucher code is incorrect or is no longer valid.
@orvisbean101 ye thats what i remembered, part of the fun was seeing which games took top spot each month.
It looks almost reasonable untill I remember Im playing series X and switch as well. At least when someone asks "what are you doing with your life?" Ive got the stats to prove Im wasting it 🤣
Voucher code was fine for me, but who wants that avatar?
@MasterChiefWiggum is there anything a.i. wont make worse?
Expedition 33 took top spot for me, cyberpunk in second. 150 hours in total but i also got a switch 2. But even counting that im doubtful ill be hitting anywhere near 300, im getting old i guess.
With how much time I spent playing gacha games this year, it feels less like a wrap up and more like a call out.
Not having the monthly stats is super disappointing
Quite how I managed 1,003 play sessions in a year is beyond me.
1. RoadCraft – Rebuild Edition - 278 Hours
2. EVERYBODY'S GOLF HOT SHOTS - 195 Hours
3. Forza Horizon 5 Standard Edition - 172 Hours
4. Kingdom Come: Deliverance - 164 Hours
5. Kingdom Come: Deliverance II Royal Edition - 141 Hours
I think the gaming style part is broken though as it thinks I played mostly platformers which I tend to avoid as I don't like them.
509 hrs for me this year, defo playing less than i was these days, i tend to only play on weekends, rearly in the weekday for some reason. No 1 game was death stranding 66hrs had stardew valley at 3 with 49hrs.
313 hours played total. 40 PS5 games, 37 PS4.
1. Mary Skelter Finale - 91 hours
2. Octopath Traveler - 58 hours
3. Death end re;Quest - 36 hours
4. MindsEye - 16 hours
5. Prey - 12 hours
My PS5 play time took a significant hit this year due to getting a Switch 2 but now the novelty has worn off I've been locking in.
Definitely my lowest PlayStation numbers ever in 2025. I can tell my son played my console far more than I did. Sort of surprised with my top 5 still…
1. Astro Bot
2. Minecraft
3. Death Stranding 2
4. Dreams
5. Puyo Puyo Tetris
I’m legitimately surprised Ghost of Yotei didn’t make the top 5. I definitely played the Switch 2 more and potentially might be the first year in at least a decade where I played more Xbox than PlayStation.
It's that time of the year where you find out who has a wife + kids + job and who plays video games 5+ hours a day.
Lower than usual cause I got my pc this year. Like I hadn't played marvel rivals for like half a year and yet it's my most played game along with the 4 gachas lol. Next year might be even lower but eh, what can ya do besides hope Playstation finally gets it together
I had about 1,200 hours last year and that felt like a step back for me.
351 this year. Been long suspecting it, but gaming feels kinda dead for me personally.
