We were reasonably big fans of last season's UEFA Champions League app on PlayStation 4, so it's nice to hear that the thoughtful little download is getting an update. For those out of the loop, this free app primarily lets you keep track of Champions League scores, fixtures, and tables. You can also have it running in the background while you play games, so that you can keep up to date with live radio broadcasts and goal alerts. Simply put, it's a pretty handy little extra if you're big into European football.

That notifications for goal is pretty handy, now if only they'd release a Europa League one for us United supporters
A Premier League one would be handy too just for the goal alerts.
Good timing. Bring up the Madrid game on the laptop whilst playing Bloodborne and have all the scores come in as I continuously fall to Vicar Amelia. Downloading now.
Does it work in USA too? It's not like I don't have updates running for Bayern Munich anyways but this could be handy.

@vegeta11 It's just EU as far as I know, although you may be able to download it from the EU store and use it on your US account? Might be worth a try.
@itshoggie you can still have radio commentary of Europa League/Premier League/FA Cup/League Cup/international fixtures playing over your games (providing they are on TalkSport or Five Live), I did it all last season. Or La Liga matches if you can understand the lingo. It's not just match days, either. The radio stations are always there to be switched on. It's just that you will only get notifications for Champions League teams

@MinerWilly in the app it's under Videos, where it says Radio and Podcasts. After getting back from OT I'll stick it one of them on and have the angry phone in playing over whatever I'm playing. Or it's handy to have Five Live news and weather playing in the morning (on the rare occasion that I try acting like a grown up).
