Clock block

The clocks are changing here in the UK, which means that life's about to get approximately 3.23 per cent more depressing starting Saturday evening. It's a good thing that there's PlayStation to keep us pre-occupied from the miserable mire that this existence involves, eh?

I've been yanked back into the real world of late, but I'm looking forward to returning to my virtual vacation soon – life's much less complicated in PlayStation VR anyway. I've still got a slew of games that I need to review, so I'm going to try and polish those off over the next few days.

I'm partying like it's 2011 this weekend, as I'll be starting The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim for... the eighth time? Maybe the ninth? I don't know, I don't keep track, but what I do know is that by this point, Skyrim is like a second home to me, and I'm weirdly happy to be playing it all over again on PlayStation 4. Can't beat a good bit of Bethesda jank coated in luxurious God rays.

I've been away from my wonderful PlayStation VR for a couple days now, so in between watching a spate of spooky Hallowe'en movies, I'll probably be sending some time with a number of my VR titles.

This weekend, while I'm not busy writing PlayStation VR reviews, I'll be revisiting Skyrim on the PS4, and I can't wait. It's a shame weekends aren't longer – about 200 hours long would be nice.

What are you playing this weekend? Titanfall 2, Battlefield 1, PlayStation VR? There's no shortage of options.
