I never played the original, robo-ninja-raiden doesn't really excite me.

Im not super sure this matters. PS4 is a beast worldwide. And Splatoon is doing awesome in Japan moving consoles(I personally love it), that probably has something to do with the dip in ps4s.

@get2sammyb Personally, this is an argument I was happy to be wrong about. I loved the first uncharted so much I was afraid the multiplayer would somehow dilute the single player campaign. Which after playing uncharted 2, I found nothing could be further from the truth. That said, once uncharted 4 releases I'm sure the multiplayer will dry up on the previous releases.

@TOMBOY25 Agreed(I'm assuming the conversion to dollars is around $40). Uncharted is one of my favorite franchises, but I don't need them again sans multiplayer for $59.99. It'll go on sale for sure.

The font hasn't been too bad, but I have been playing up close to my old 40" Samsung in the man cave. That's cool that they are responding to feedback, I already love the wild hunt, but if they keep improving it all the better!

@JaxonH the controls do seem a little off, but not to the point of being a deal breaker. The Witcher has so much else going for it that it's easy to look past.

I just killed the first big monster. So far I am really enjoying the choice available. Unfortunately I have work and a family so I haven't had a marathon session yet, that will change tomorrow night.

@ShogunRok Awesome! I'm guilty of reading the score and synopsis only (I want to avoid spoilers). I value the pushsquare opinion and that is great validation for my non-refundable preloaded digital purchase of the witcher.

@get2sammyb I finally broke down and bought it. It is very fun, too bad the whole ps+ fiasco kept me from playing it sooner. Here in the states it is only $20 new at gamestop now so you really can't beat it. Drive club has a way of turning a half hour play session into a 3 hour play session.

I am super excited. I personally like the lack of single player. I would rather have that time spent on developing the multiplayer instead of a battlefield-esque campaign that feels tacked on (and that I never get around to playing anyway). Plus I absolutely love Star Wars (have a tattoo of yoda), so this is looking like a great year!

I would if it only had Netflix. I'm over it tho, I feel like it is going to be in the clearance aisle along with the vita shortly. I hate to say it, but I think Sony may quit the handheld market after the ps vita debacle. I loved my Vita, I wish a few million other people did too.

I should have listened to the review. The matches typically play out in just a few minutes very disappointing.

I went Military Veteran, since I'm a military between. Ha! So far so good! This game is awesome. The only game I've played in the (series?) is demon souls, so it's been a while. I have to say I am loving Bloodborne so far!

Looking forward to hotshots golf. I don't believe I've missed one since ps2. What ever happened to the witness by Jonathan Blow? Haven't heard about that in a while.

I've been waiting for this since the 80s when I played a giant vr headset game at disney world. However, I agree wholeheartedly this may be too costly to garner a large install base thus leaving it dead on arrival. I hope against all odds it does well, but it has been painful being an early adopter as of late.

I like reviews to help make a informed purchase. I usually only take note of the reviews from push square, nintendolife, ign, game informer and kotaku though and still make my own desiscion if I think my opinion may differ.

I hope you are right Sammy and they are waiting to give the whole game to us as a ps+ game. That would definitely appease the folks who feel burned. However that is kind of a slap in the face to those who bought the game.

I must say I am surprised by the review. I have heard mostly positive things about this game up until now. Also, it seems like somehow the negativity surrounding the Order somehow affected this review(the first paragraph goes on about replayability and what not). I will be picking this up this weekend to play with my group of friends so we shall see how it goes.

As a kid I loved going to the mall. There were arcades and pet stores and playgrounds and movies. Now they are either deserted or full of clothing stores. Sad.

I find reviews helpful, I find the scores to be a hinderence to the gaming industry. As soon as companies started hitching bonuses to metacritic scores I began to dislike the idea of review scores. I dig kotakus whole "should you play this?" approach that 86s metacritic.

I don't need cosmetic updates tho, my friends all bought bacon camos and such for call of duty but I don't see the point so it doesn't affect me.

I am still pleasantly shocked that these big games are coming out in the first quarter. Maybe the new business model will be new IP in the first quarter/regurgitate franchises in the 4th quarter. Maybe the successful launch(sales wise) of watchdogs last year turned some corporate heads.

Everything I have read has been very positive. I loved left 4 dead as well and it's nice to see someone doing something new. I think this will be very good.

I played demon souls and loved it. I felt like the combat had way more depth than any other game I've played with swords. However, I never played either of the dark souls games. They look less like medieval fantasy and more like horror games.

There is a Mila Kunis interview over on ign right now where she totally nerds out about the new Star Wars, Star Trek and world of Warcraft. She is kinda awesome.

Sony already tried to ape Nintendo with Playstation Allstars. That didn't work out, I think this would fall into the same trap.

I am so excited about this. I am especially glad to hear the enemies don't scale. I've always felt that defeated the purpose of leveling your own character.

WOW!!!! This has been at the top of my want list since I saw the trailer where they were hanging the "witch" and Geralt opened a can. The gameplay looks fantastic and from what I hear the Witcher games have great storylines. 2015 is looking better and better.
