Wow. What a sense of pride and accomplishment I could be feeling, if I was a total mark.

I respect it, but I reeeeeeeally don't want to play as one of these kids. I also hope it doesn't do what nearly every other online thing does, and screw over players once numbers go up, and then twice as hard when numbers go down.

I can't maintain hype for that long. I am 43 years old. Therefore, I went with "its looking real good." Insomniac is a great studio. I know I'll be getting this anyway. But, man, THAT IS WHY PEOPLE BUY PLAYSTATIONS, SONY! I hope they come around.

@mac_da_man FC was a series I loved from 1-5, but even I spaced the games out a lot. They just hit too fast, one after another. Avatar had the thing where enemies just psychically knew your position if any of them see you. I can't get down w that.

I wanted to like it. The stealth was just too busted.

I think my 18 year old daughter would love this. Hmmm.

I'm going to have a blast playing this with the kids. I'm not a fan of most anything in the Nolan films, but I'll take an Arkham style LEGO game based on em, sure.
Also, the DC LEGO Villains game is a better Suicide Squad game than the one from Rocksteady. Especially if you play games with kids.

Mostly, I'd like to see a new entry where Kojima is not involved. Nothing specifically against Kojima, but it would be interesting to see someone else helm an MGS game.

It sounds like a whole lot is "coming later," so I will wait on that.

@MFTWrecks MK X changed its in-game, real money store to screw over players after reviews hit. It was reported on sites but the scores were not changed. I still read reviews, but don't take most of them too seriously.

Hopefully people are learning to maybe not buy games from Gearbox.

NG Ragebound. Best side-scrolling arcade action game I have played in a while. Vengeful Guardian Moonrider and Steel Assault didn't do it. I guess maybe since Gravity Circuit or Vernal Edge.
Anyway! It's great and you should play it.

@Dalamar Of all the compliments I'd give A Hat in Time, I don't think the gameplay would be too high on the list. I played it a long time ago though. It was enjoyable, but I got this strange feeling like the environments were made for a different game.

Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart. I still believe the PS2 R&C games are beautiful, but Rift Apart legitimately looks like a top-tier animated film. It's a tough call between Rift Apart and Demon's Souls though.

@4fold I'm not sure why this seems so conspiratorial. Either they released a game, then went back and changed content because of pressure from authority or they didn't do that. I have a feeling CDPR can say what they want, but reptilians may have infiltrated the studio.

@Rich33 I set it to 1080p, 30fps target, and unfortunately it's still pretty messy. It wasn't so bad that I got nauseous. But the real issue is that running it at 4k targeting 60 seemed just as rough as 1080 30. Very, very annoying. The world is so cool. Guess I might as well put it down and hope they can finish the work eventually.
