I have the trilogy for Vita. That and J&D should've been better ports, but it's still worth playing there. I love the series.
Also wondering how many people will be saying "wait...these games ran at 60fps???"

I wish other devs targeted this kind of performance and fidelity. The game is still gorgeous. No idea why they aren't sticking with the Red Engine.

Crimson Desert kind of ate this game's lunch. And this game ate my disc drive. It got stuck one day, I used the manual eject screw, and the drive just stopped working. So it's personal.

Yeah, I dunno, I am not a fan of Naughty Dog's "auteur" phase.

I waited this out because I did not think it would all be there at launch. A lot of people forget that Geralt was borked at launch. From the previews, this looked to have similar issues.

Yeah I hope there's something for everyone. I am enjoying going through the backlog. The Evercade is a treat.
I just don't feel much with the firehose that is current gaming. Consume product then move on to next product, etc. Honestly, rn I'm most looking forward to the Alien Breed collection, Sprawl Zero, and a bunch of homebrews. I can't tell if I have ascended or regressed anymore. Thanks 2026.

@AhmadSumadi I appreciate the response. That stuff usually does not bother me. I think I've settled (mostly) into the reality that every audience out there gets pandered to in some way. Something like Bayonetta actually grosses me out more than what I am sure is pretty milquetoast in Forbidden West.

I just do not like the characters in these games. They are all so dull imo.

@AI-Generation fidelity doesn't really include framerate. Fidelity is what takes the hit when you choose performance mode for a smoother framerate. Less sharp of an image, less post-pocessing passes, etc.

I might finally play through V? It's all buttoned up and runs at 60. Also, it is not set in current Florida.

Just rerelease the 360. If they did that and started pressing discs again, I would be over the moon.

Oh. I will just take whatever I want for free then.

A fully blown out Costume Quest would be nice.

Here's a video of it happening. It happens when commenting, taking over the whole screen like that, making it so I can't see what I am saying. Pretty egregious.

@Reeneman Sony did E3 one year, at the Paramount theater, in Denver. I lived like six blocks away, so I went to that.

@Zuljaras I wonder if I would take to ot at all. I tried with Diablo 2 recently and was deeply unhappy with it, lol. No shade to fans, I know it is a seriously revered game. I just couldn't do the "hold down button at what you want to die" thing.

Squeenix, one month after KH4 release: Sales were below expectations....

A guy I work with brought up Mafia 3 the other day so I reinstalled it. It's not perfect, but the klan killing is real good.

I am excited for it but I am also betting it will be borked at launch, so I am going to wait and see. Sprawl Zero and maybe Onimusha is my September.

I found that game to be a tough sit through the first time, so absolutely not lol.
