@Octane...... On a more Reality note...... Is Ray tracing another graphics hype gimmick for charging us more for extra transistors on G cards........

Reason I am asking is that, the comparisons you are making in the 2 x photos seem only confined to gaming graphics........ What I mean is that, if I was walking down the street on the 2 x photos, I would hardly recognize or realize the reflection of the buildings on the puddles of water, that is in real life the left Pic without puddle reflection seems realistic........ Whereas the Ray traced photo on the right seems more like what you would see on a paiting and the reflection and lighting seem way over compensated.......

@djlard.... I was pulling my hair(almost threw the controller) while waiting on the loads screens and the forced ads and asked myself if the game was still downloading additional content only to find out its just the 4 minute load screen for a 30 second fight......... They really knockednthe taste for the franchise.

I just hope that with the recent changes in the street fighter lead team as done by Capcom recently, I hope they reboot the franchise on the the gens.....

@PeterN80...... Oh my man RDR 2 is my jam, the game is so good I actually play it slowly intentionally caused I actually don't want it to end cause it's that good........ The other game I like is GTA San Andreas as for that is the greatest game ever made because of its contextual story and narrative and the contextual world design and world interactivity.......... I was running the game the other day......... And in the game I just decided to hang in a car listen to Radio Los Santos banging West Coast Gangsta Rap and ad I was sitting and listen to the jams, an Npc came and high jacked my car.... For a game released in 2004/2005...... Most modern games have not reached GTA SA leve........ Which is why I do wonder if Cyberpunk will be slightly overrated as it being billed as this detailed but what it's trying to do in terms of world design was already done by Rock* in the Ps2 Era......... The only thing that will be ground breaking about Cp2077 is the weaponry and combat...........

Anyway back to the Witcher I think my problem was playing it at pace, so I will try it at a slower pace and see how it goes........

@djlard.... Dude I have also downloaded Street Fighter 5 from PS+, My God what has Capcom done to the Franchise........ I mean essentially 95 to 98% of the fighter roster is unplayable and lock behind the paywall and grindwall............. Street Fighter is essentially a mobile game and really has no longer any business carrying the legendary Street Fighter franchise name........ Is Capcom trying to kill the franchise or what........ It is the worst beat em Up/ fighting game of this generation....

@Gmork___ Clearly you have not played Assassins Creed Odyssey or Horizon Zero Dawn or The Witcher 3, those 3 games alone screen for a UI with this Quick Center Future............... Trust this is the new place you will be spending most of the time.............. You just don't know it yet............. It will be like rumble before it was introduced to the ps1 controller, before it seemed like a gimmick... But once it was included into the DualShock1 controller........ Games that did not use it seem less immersive and a bit outdated.............. A lot of gaming in next Gen will be about speed................... And this UI is geared towards that.................

@Athrum....... Out of everything in life why do humans always look on the negative side of things............. You comment comes off as someone who has not played any game in the last 14 years..... The last console Sony developed in-house (in terms of technical design) was the ps3............ For the Ps4 and Ps5 Sony literally ask the devs what they wanted and designed exactly what devs wanted.......... What makes you thinks devs won't bother to integrate this QC into their games

I keep on hearing the Witcher 3 is the rpg of rpgs and I have it in my library, yet it's the least game I like to play cause to me it has not been as ground breaking as I keep on hearing about it....

So maybe you can help me get into it..... What is so awesome about the game....... Just so you know I am a story driven and narrative driven gamer..... Like I found Detroit Become Human to be amazing..... But the Witcher just can't reel me in with its story............

@TrolleyProblems.... And just because something it useful for you does not mean it's useful for everyone...... There is a reason the saying "Another man's meat is another man's poison" exists. Also all your examples for the benefit of th feature is for online gaming........ So this feature is useful to you as you game online and you game with your friends online hence your constant mention that you will need it when your friends messages you to join them in a game online.............. I co-op offline(i.e. Football games and beat em ups) and game with my friends online........ So don't game with anyone online nor do I want to hence I don't want knor will accept any invites to join a game online...... Which means the feature to me is pointless and useless................

For example I have just come out of an RDR2 18 hour play session and after that I have been playing Pes 2020 since yesterday and a such for someone who games like I do......... Quick resume is pointless but will be useful for those who prefer it.....

So how does that now make me a fan boy because from what has been shown about the feature........ I have not been impress by it by one bit......

@BionicDodo....... This is not a general must have feature but a preference (I prefer this, or this is convenient for me) feature..... You say autosave are great feature and I say unlimited and u barred save is awesome....... E. G. Assassins Creed Oddysy and MGSV have autosave and save fuatures where game state or progress is contastly save but as soon as you enter a battle that auto save becomes useless....... Whereas in Fallout 4 they have unlimited save feature where I can save that state of the game even in battle...... So when I get to a part of the battle that is going to hard......can quickly save so when I die I can continue from where I was in a battle which is amazing for me...... whereas in Odyssey and MGV5 I will have to start the battle from scratch which is annoying.........

So it's all about what each gamer prefers....... Personally for me it's just a marketing Bullet point

If am playing sackboy and my friends want a round of Ghosts Of Tsushima than I have to eject Sackboy from the Ps5, put it back in its case, take GoT from its case, put it in the Ps5 and start the game........ This quick resume is really is not as awesome some people make it out to be................

@Richnj..... Your theory does not hold and its full of cracks..... The Ps1 was a massive success and I never once sense Sony being arrogant about it....... You must read up on your Playstation history before going on internet rampages as spreading false information...... Sony were never arrogant during the Ps4 Era..... What happened was that the Ps2 technically was supposed to release in 2008 and not 2006 and only release it on 2006 because the 360 was already out due to the fact that Ms was far richer than Nintendo and Sega so Sony would not have been able to have the Ps2 compete with the 360 like the ps1 competed with the N64 and the Dreamcast(ps1 was actually compete ting with 2 Gens of consoles with the 64bit N64 and the 128bit Dreamcast, they could not do that with the Ps2 because of MS deep pockets).... So the problem with the ps3 was that Sony spent so much time on the hardware that they literary paid little attention to the software side until too late.....resulting in the system being a nightmare to work because of the little time they spent on the software side of the system(i.e. Developing the system tools in conjunction with the devs like they did with the Ps4 and are doing with the Ps5) and hence this resulted in the system taking time to get to grips with to be able to develop games for.

The biggest bug in modern times is journalist or media only working for click baits...... Does push square really pay people to sit around the whole day and write articles that are essentially saying "Water is wet"..... How do I get a job at push square....cause I am definitely in the wrong job if people get paid for this............. So I guess we will be getting an article about whether the Ps5 comes with a manual included inside the box........

Not gonna lie.... Absolutely love Milla and each time see her I wish for a new FIFTH ELEMENT Movie including Chris Tucker.....

This makes one scared for the Uncharted movie........ Is there no director in Hollywood who can adapt a game into a decent movie.........

I mean every single movie adaptation of a game has been borderline shyte......... Street Fighter, Resident Evil(although commercially profitable and just brainless fun when u watch it) Hitman, Need for Speed, Max Payne, etc, you can name anyone.............

Maybe we should give these game movies adaptations to Francis Coppola and Martin Scorsese type of directors, Joker is better that all the DC and Marvel movies combined in terms of narrative, story and characterisation, those movies only Excell with the action/set pieces......and I think that's what Hollywood see in games, just mindless action, hence why they give the game adaptation movies to sci-fi movie directors (and bad ones at that) ........ These Sci-fi movies directors cannot give game movie adaptations justice..........

Somebody needs to give Martin Scorsese the Hitman scrip so we can finally get a true agent 47 story and movie.....

Hey guys please me..... How do you play the NBA games............ It just downloaded the NBA 2k22 game and game play or Co trol wise it is garbage....... I mean you cannot mark or block the ball or steal the ball from A. I. players, you cannot stop opposition players from making clean runs through to the basket and when you attack and try to score, the game delays your shots with its stupid meter shot meter...... I mean even when I am close to the hoop if I don't shoot according to the shot meet the ball does not go in 95% of the time whereas the A. I. does not have the same shot delay.......

Please help, Am I playing this game incorrect or do I not understand Basketball.........

@get2sammyb...... The cross-Gen games are not the same quality on Ps4 and PS5........... Are the pictures you used for the article taken from the Ps5 or Ps4 version.....

Reason I am asking is that I have downloaded NBA 2k21 on the Ps4 and graphically speaking I have not seen the same detail as are in the pics on the article........ The sweat is not noticeable and the player models do not look high quality or high Details....actually the player models in Pes2021 and Fifa2021 are better than the player models in NBA 2k21.... So are the photos of the game taken from the Ps5 version cause the Ps4 version is the same as NBA 2k18 on the Ps4......

@clvr...... Well everything you mentioned about RD2 is as modern as game development gets..... Maybe the other devs should catch up to R*........ After playing RD2 most games and especially open world games are not cut from the same cloth as RDR 2........ The game is one of the games of the generation for a reason.......

Are all video game journalists Fifa fan boys? ....... The entire review reeks with fanboyism for the game... The reviewer is making up stuff up out of thin air to same something good about the game..... Anyone who is a neutral or not a fifa fan boy or not getting something from EA sports, knows this game is the same garbage that has released for the past 6 years........ I mean EA remove the match Sim mode for a couple of years and brings it back for 20 and this become the best thing since sliced bread......

So maybe this guy's jobs is one's this I mentioned which will most likely give home enough time to actually spend time gaming and getting 1000 trophies per month......... It's actually surprising that most gamers are surprised as to how he can achieve this while having a job........ @SirAngry...... Yep that is true and weird cause it's EA and surprising they are not trying to milk a game this time....... I have a suspicion with regards to EA and the Starwise licnec / franchise for this generation....... I think somehow for the release of the games after Battlefront 2, the license contract may also be tied to any post content profit made on the game and I think they ready to run down the remaining years of the license contract and they do not look like they are interested with probably reneit...... It was surprising from last year that Jedi Fallen Order was even a fully fledged single player game released by EA and now its surprising for Squadrons as you says its was game with a lot of potential as a GAAS.....

It's really strange to say that EA are not acting their usual greedy self....

@ILikeStake... Sammy is correct... Don't blame him for buying non future proof tech.... The tech in your projector is no longer being persuide...... It's like the multiple angle view thing that was the "in thing" on DVD players when they entered the market in the early 2000's, it was there but no benefit to use it...... Chasing raw hardware techniques or performance for advancing visual or graphics in games was last Gen engineering....... Heck even the industry graphics card leader Nvidia are moving way from raw hardware engineering with the DLSS tech cause it's old school and waste of resources ....... Kinda like how you can get a 4 cylinder 1.6l or 2.0l engine car outputting the same power as a 60's to 80's v8 engine car......

@JJ2..... It's dope the Japanese Youtubers enjoyed it....... I am black dude from South Africa and in my country the Afrikaans language is spoken by white Afrikanner folk.. Yet I was over the moon when the soldiers in Kenya in Metal Gear Solid 5 were speaking Afrikaans...... It meant the absolute world... It meant as a game community from South Africa and Africa we are recognize by the general game dev community... That is a big deal...... So you can I image how the Japanese are feeling right now and how it would have felt if Sony decided hands on first to western or worldwide...... It would potentially give the whole Jap market to Nintendo as the community in Japan would have felt Sony to have shifted from being Japanese routed to being western specificatllly American..... Liam was responding to @thefourfoldroot when he said that "Sony should not have done this event", which is bonkers cause the event was exactly as announced and its part of the overall "communication" we are all not so pleased Sony is handling they way they have been, hence his "doomed when they do or when they don't" comment as this is the Japanese part of the overall "communication" which Sony clearly said it would be as it the event went.

Then you came in with "... Not what people asked for" in an event that went as it was announced which is shear entitlesm(not even sure that's a word)...... This was just a hands on for the Japan market and that's what it was and how it went but you are projecting the overall dissatisfaction of the general worldwide communication on this event which has nothing to do with the west. That is why everyone who is seeing the event as exactly what Sony said it would be has respond to you in this section comment. Not to shut your opinion down but to alert you that u are overreacting to the wrong event.

Sony will showcase the PS5 worldwide before release and anyone with sense of kind knows this....... Cause there is no way a Multi billion dollar international company with freaking investes would not do a porn presentation of their upcoming heavily researched and invested product to wet everyone's eppetite to part with their cash in their wallets.... Everyone else is just throwing theirs toys out of the court.....

@RBMango Sony you want a billion dollar organization to only cater to you....... And stuff everybody else even their own people in Japan has it occurred to you that they wanted to do a game play showcase to drive more PS5 communication in Japan before going full blow worldwide...... Everyone has seen what was shown that is most likely a given.... But with these same games we have seen they were specifically communicating the features and feel of the console directly to the Japan gamers so why is it a problem to you......
