I like the idea of this game, altering where gravity is, but I the enemies and ways to attack look like they get repetitive fast. It could be just early videos though. I may get it later down the line.on a sale
Not sure if supply will ever catch up to demand here. At least to the point where prices come back down to pre -crazy levels. An add just popped up on Amazon for 2tb seagate that I bought for $139 in dec of '24. Now it's selling at $399. Crazy.
Crimson Desert. Number 1 for me. Have not played Res. Or Bond, but based on watching gameplay i think CD would still be at the top. It is the largest most dynamic open world sandbox that has brought me pure joy. It also looks amazing. the detail in the distance, just wow. It has its flaws sure, but to many amazing things in that game out weigh that for me. To top it off they keep updating it weekly. They actually listen to players. No pet names. Fixed. Not enough pets. Fixed Crazy control mapping. Fixed. To hard. To easy. Fixed. Nothing else to fight. Fixed. On and on. My number 1
@Ricksta that is why I like crimson desert. I can put it on easy and be able to enjoy the game in short bursts and not have to remember all the crazy buttons
Might be a good time to jump back in. I never finished as I triggered the ending way under leveled. At least I think it was the end. Hopefully I have an old enough save to jump back in before the boss fight and take on the dark arise challenges.
@Swandivetotheasphalt I agree. As a D&D player/DM the gelatinous cube made me smile. I also like the idea of animate ribbons and not the sword. I am curious on their backstory. Im looking forward to the game.
Just started Absolum. Having a great time with it playing solo. Looking at the $50 credit i have and deciding on what next to buy from the sale. Im leaning Monster Hunter Wilds. I never played any as I play 95% solo games. This looks decent to solo though. Deathstranding 2 is another possibility, but I never finished the first so may understand less. Third option is Dynasty warriors origins. Lol to many to choose from.
Sony is not tracking well lately with consumers in my opinion. Price hikes across the board and some questionable decision making. I understand the cost of tech, but I think the increase is a bit extreme and seems money grabby. Yes "money grabby" is a professional term.😁 This is why I don't expect a banger of a State of Play. However it should be to bring the audience back.
I feel like I get my values worth from psplus. I would love to see more ps2 games on premium and someday ps3 perhaps? Dare I wish for Champions of Norrath?
Wow move over Vin Diesel, the updates are fast and furious. So many I can't keep track. I just realized I can name pets now. Im not sure when that was patched in. I like the change of difficulty options too. It's now easier to come back to after Saros, drop the difficulty for a bit to get used to again and then back up. Truly an amazing game.
@StrickenBiged I played about 2 hours every night for simular reasons. Im loving it. It can be a chill game if don't mind not mainlining the story. Depends what your into as well. Not trying to push the game onto you, I'm trying to say keep an eye on it, you may change your mind.
Im loving the game. Playing on base ps5 balanced mode. I had the map glitch issue. They fixed that. Otherwise minor pop in. Everything else has been gravy. A big caveat is I have not fought any major bosses where the skill levels must be more precise. The exploration in this world is amazing. The regular fights are varied and so many moves to choose from. The learning fighting moves mechanic is fantastic. It looks gorgeous even on base ps5. I may be more forgiving on glitches as I disagree with some lower scores. Hopefully they keep up the excellent work of patching so more will jump in and enjoy.
I enjoyed BDO on my ps4, yes it was worse than PC. It had lots of pop in, a little glitch here and there, but was still quite fun. If this is even equal too that on base ps5 I'm good.
Just bought my first physical pa5 game recently. That was a used wholesale for cheap. For me its generally cheaper for digital and just being lazy to change discs.
Decent month. I'll play all but eso. ESO was awesome years ago. Then they went to level scaling most zones. Completely ruined the immersion. I'll try the others for a bit.
