@Tyrii I have been playing Pathfinder wotr and the previous kingmaker. The controls work really well.
I'm looking forward to this. I played the pen and paper 40k once and I liked the lore. Owlcat does have a few technical issues with there games, but they support it with continuous fixes.
Sometimes it's just too much talking, I'm looking at you Plague Tale Requiem. I'm all for hint options or even press R3 for a hint, but having the puzzle all but solved can be annoying.
Only a third through and left for other games, but I will be back. Loved the sound track. Low Roar has become a permanent stay on my Playlist. Sadly Low Roars front man, ryan karazija, has past away recently. His melodic voice with great writing will be missed.
@Ward_ting play the extra games and when finished the new games should be on sale. Might be hard if you have FOMO and your friends are playing the new games. Great way to save money though, usually my route.
Curious why games breaking street dates have different rules than books. If a retailer breaks a street date on a book, most of the time if another retailer can prove it, then they in turn can sell the item early.
Looks fun. I'm not a big fan of the pallet choice. It could just be the level of course. It reminded me alot of fallout 3 Era, where many games used the brown pallet tone.
Nice! I'm still working my way through act 2. I'm enjoying it. The battles are fantastic. Just reached level 7 and im now able to ride my wolf animal companion. Adding more to this great game is great news. I will pick it up once I finish my first play through...or maybe second.
I said good as it is better than meh, but really not quite good yet. Anytime you get the ability to earn free money it is above meh. The biggest change that needs to happen is to move it directly to the ps5. I'd almost consider this the beta as they work out the kinks, see what people are striving for and adjust accordingly when it launches on the console itself.
@BritneyfR_ee ouch that's rough. Sorry to hear it didn't work out for you. I think I had a crash or two, but that was about it. If you have a ps5, maybe give it another go? Haven't played it yet on ps5. The hardware may help with that I would hope.
@Titntin hope you get a chance to play it. Quite fun. I'm sure it's very cheap now too.
@Titntin not sure if you played Lego Worlds, but that is just an open sandbox for you. My daughter and I I used to play it for hours, exploring, unlocking new legos, and discovering what each random world had to offer.
Great review! I would add that the difficulty is so flexible, anyone can play even with its complexities. You just might not understand why things work or don't on extreme easy, just happy they do.
@Gamer_Guy I'm about 15 hours in and it is very similar to Kingmaker. This WOTR doesn't have the horrible must be @ point a by point b time or game over system that knigmaker had. I true win.
Was able to join, but quite the hassle. It often just stayed grayed out when I tried to continue. Also said a couple times that I am not eligible, but then went through. I saw an asterisk saying could take up to 2 months to join. As of now I'm in. Level 1. Won't go up much this year, but nice to have a chance at free stuff. Good luck signing up all.
@kyleforrester87 @ErrantRob Since they didn't limit character creation there are some poor choices of created characters for the Wotr campaign. I recommend looking up guides at least for what not to make. Noting this, I will say at least on normal so far you can get through it even with broken characters. There are huge amounts of difficulty adjustments that you can make to suit your needs. Plus there are a plethora of build guides to help on YouTube, reddit and such. I know pathfinder the tabletop quite well so if you have questions please ask as well. Anxious to hear what you both make.
I'm enjoying it quite a bit even though my Main is terrible so far. I made an oracle taking a curse that staggers me the first round of every fight, but gives me uncanny dodge the rest of the fight. So basically I can't move at first, use a crossbow that I'm terrible with, and by the time I get there to help I miss half the time with my melee lol.
Just started. Going full oracle probably angel path. Enjoying it so far. Never quite sure when to use my spells as I don't know what is around the next corner. Not bugs yet.
I have been intrigued by it, but not enough to buy it at full price or a slight discount. I was hoping this would drop to 30 or 40% off by now. All I ever see is the deluxe edition on sale. From the gameplay I have watched I hope new iterations include more spells and melee options.
Will be a fun deep sale purchase. I like the style, but Graphics look dated a bit. Also the enemies appear to just stand around simular to Dynasty Warrior games. That being said It looks fun enough for a cheap purchase
This looks fantastic. Curious on the story. My hope would be chose a daimyo to follow and help unite the land through what looks like fantastic gameplay.
Guess on games presented? I'm curious how many of the games are next year vs what you can get by end of this year. Also how many psvr2 games? Will the price be announced?
@playstation1995 it will be interesting to see the how the QB does this year for the steelers. For myself Im interested in seeing how my Packers do w/o Davante Adams.
I'm currently playing Lou2. It's been awhile since I have played a Naughty Dog game. They really are great storytellers. I'm also performing badly in the GT7 Pushsquare @render challenges, but having a blast doing it.
@BritneyfR_ee Not sure on this game, but I enjoyed lego worlds. My daughter and I had many hours of fun finding hidden treasures and building new cities in Lego Worlds.

I recall reading their ceo stated they will make games to make money not necessarily the best games. We will see what that means on quality.

Doesn't look souls like. More akin to immortals phoenix rising. A pick up at a deep sale for me.

@Perturbator I really liked Code Vein. Some simular enemies to be sure, but I really enjoyed the weapon and build system.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 446
Playing Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous. It is fantastic so far. Only had one minor glitch where dialogue slowed down during a cut scene.
Re: CRPG Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous Begins Its Console Crusade on PS4
@brazzios_84 running on my ps5 no bugs yet. Only a couple hours in though.
@MUG3NHC the camera is not fixed. You can lock in rotate or panning move. Also can zoom in and out a bit.
