@GKO900 in the end whether that Taboo company wants it or not same w that Taboo company’s fans THAT company is competing for the interest of the consumer. They want you to be interested in buying into thier ecosystem, thier games, etc.

Will they ever drop consoles? Well hope THAT console flops and THAT Taboo company loses lots of money and then they may have to consider it.

My feel is if I want the best platform I’d sell my soul to the PCMR...

Do I hate any of the 3 Console Manufacturers? No. 2 of the 3 give me a reason to care for thier platforms & Console gaming in general. And the 3rd one I’ll root for it to do well as competition still matters in this industry and while I understand your want of everything on one platform I’d rather no monopolies come forth.

@GKO900 who knows I have an idea what they may be doing it’s actually similar to what Sony was doing w the beginning of PS4. Work on games & let what third parties they have release stuff if willing. What do I believe I could nod w that one article Push Square once did a while ago asking if THAT TABOO company should no longer make consoles and bring thier games to all other platforms including PS4 & such but hmm I’m always in wonder what justifies this company in making gaming hardware? I’d like that company to speak with results what is thier justification in making gaming hardware when you can question why are they even doing so when there’s 3 other options & one of them being PlayStation. (And before anyone tells me thier latest numbers let’s wait another 4 years and see what at the bare minimum 5 years this console from THAT company can sell)

@NintendoFan4Lyf tbh idc w the storage I mean heck even 500GB on PS4 doesn’t seem to cut it anymore and as we jump into the world of 4K only or go into 8K; Systems will have to be 2-10TB+.

@NintendoFan4Lyf Mega Man X Legacy Collection 1+2 is 2 discs on PS4 and THAT OTHER platform where THAT version has the caveat of one collection (the second X Collection) will cost you precious space on THAT console which is only 32 GB initially without Micro SD Cards.

I only use it for MHW... although I go for the yearly thing...

Monster Hunter World to me was a bit of a disappointment but that’s due to certain design decisions overall... like I ‘ll still play it but I’m like in that minority that’s more excited for that other MH game coming to that wierd system due to particular reasons.

@wiiware you may come to either like or dislike Shigeru Miyamoto (since he got lots of strings at Nintendo.) Genuinely you might as well not bother anymore cus the day the Kyoto based company gives a dang about Story is the day you see a official M rating on a Mario game.

@wiiware I wonder if that means Sony will be essentially going after the PC Market as well w such power. Is it possible to even make this console for a time more powerful than even the top level Gaming Rigs out there today and can PS5 even be future proofed for 8K Gaming?!

I feel if Sony cared all they’d have to do is court exclusivity if they want the Japanese to get at the PS4/PS5 But because of the West & the fact Sony currently has more PS4s sold in Japan than Switch & all Japanese devs have to dev something for PlayStation as much as Nintendo systems if anything moreso. Sony can just relax & focus outside of Japan. I can see Ghosts of Tsushima selling in Japan possibly.

A: Get Monster Hunter & Dragon Quest & other popular franchises in Japan that Nintendo doesn’t own as exclusives in like a exclusive deal so Yokai Watch also would help. But it doesn’t look like Sony completely cares since rn they still making bank in the West/all of Europe & other places around the World!

B: Jump back into Handhelds which everyone & thier gaming mommas know... WONT HAPPEN.

I believe Sony is fine as is... Gamers care about the games and some care for Sony’s exclusives & Single Player Games only which this only affects Online Multiplayer games

I wonder if Sony can get away w charging those who want to Cross Console Play w thier platform $10+ basically PS+ cost... Sony can make a fortune off of it may be anti-consumer but they make more revenue, the consumer gets thier Cross Console Play that they so wanted & you can even free your 3rd Party accounts possibly too so long as you’re a subscriber.
