I know Clive will age but of course through Main Quest and not traveling back and forth.

It has to be an almost instant fast travel otherwise all immersion will be gone. But the fast travel needs an an in world explanation why it exists. Otherwise again broken immersion.

I think its a supirior story than Part 1. The very predictible father daughter bonding story... but Part I is important for the emotional investment otherwise we wouldnt feel the rage we feel in Part 2.

Sony does not market their games as heavily as before.

And why?
Again, simple. The ABK Deal. They want to look smaller and less competitive so the deal crashlands.

Marketing will pick up strongly once the Deal is done and there is nothing to hide for anymore.
