Re: Poll: What Review Score Would You Give Battlefield 6?

@Sanquine I single handedly took out 3 tanks on a flag by myself using the engineer class. First one got the landmine treatment, second one was destroyed by rockets, and the final one fell to my trusty repair tool. It was truly a only in battlefield moment. I think the tank team was shocked haha. I gave it a 9 cause it does need aome tweaking but its been a blast.

Re: Battlefield 6 Demolishes Series Records, Sells Over 7 Million Copies in First Three Days

Played around 20 hours now and I must say that we are back boiiiisss. This feels like a sequel to 4 and that is what i was looking for. Loved 1 cause it was something fresh but its good to have a return to just modern form. There is a lot of work they still need to do but the legs are there and if they can actually bring something decent with season 1, I think we got a winner and maybe the first cod dethrone?

@GloriosaDaisy horror and rpgs are both booming again and I'm loving it. We eating good over the past couple of years (re8, silent hill 2 remake, scorn, the bunker, Alan wake 2 etc). There are also non horror games with creepy or weird vibes (dredge, lies of p etc). Still wishing we got Dino Crises Remake, now that would blow my goddamn mind haha.

Re: Just What Is Going on in Capcom's Long-Delayed PS5 Game Pragmata, Then?

Eh, this one didn't grab me like other people. The acting and animations seemed stiff and that child is freaky for some reason (not in a cool horror way either). This was definitely one the lower end of games I'm looking forward to. It has some time in the oven to cook so hopefully they polish polish polish cause I agree with some of the comments about the new MHW and DD2.

Re: Silent Hill F Right Around the Corner, Out on PS5 This September

With the combat it definitely plays better in Silent Hill 2 remake than it looks in trailers (not to say this will play the same that). I dono, the clunky combats works if done right in the silent hill universe. You are a nobody learning to fight, its gonna be awkward and clunky etc. It has to be done right but its something that doesn't translate well with trailers and videos.

Re: PS5 RPG Expedition 33 Has Some of the Highest User Ratings Ever

Well deserved, its such a love letter to turn based rpgs. Hell the world map shocked me when I realized it was channeling Zelda and final fantasy. It reminds me so much of FFX which is one of my favorites. Story, combat, lore, graphics, and especially the soundtrack are superb. I can see why some people may not like the dodge or parry mechanics but it kind of gives a dark souls vibe which I also enjoy.

Re: Sony to Mostly Drop PS4 Games from PS Plus Starting January 2026

I'm ready to drop ps4 compatible versions of ps5 games. It's holding the current console back, look at what devs are saying how the series s is holding back releases for Xbox. Its time to move on from the ps4 guys, it had a good run. You will still have all the games and things which is a lot. I think this is a sign that ps4 support is beginning to end and I'm ready.

Re: My First Gran Turismo Available This Friday for Free on PS5, PS4

@Member_the_game its ridiculous given that the option to do that has been around for almost 2 decades. The worst is when its a story game or something and I reboot it after a year or so and wanna start again to understand that story or controls. Nope you have to pick up where you left off and be confused for hours. No thanks.

Re: Poll: Are You Happy with Your PS Plus Essential Games for December 2024?

@Oz_Who_Dat_Dare first of all I am a therapist and find the mechanic fascinating. Second of all, its a mechanic where you can't use that soldier for a while cause they are getting treatment before they are well enough to go back in the field. Third of all, the army already does this with therapy and soldiers in combat. Its brief therapy for ptsd and trauma and then when they are able to function again enough to complete the mission they are sent out. Its cruel and wrong, but its the truth of how mental illness is handled in the military. I find the honesty of the mechanic interesting and well implemented. Fourth of all, its in a universe that sucks and its tough, plus its a game so chill.

If you have any love for the aliens franchise you should try dark decent. I am not a strategy fan at all (have tried so many and probably like 10 percent of them), but that game is absolutely oozing with atmosphere and fan service. It's honestly one of the games I had the most fun with since baldurs gate 3. To all those that are saying it it is rubbish are not being too honest. If you don't like the franchise then maybe I can see that, but its top notch (your team gets ptsd and they have to see a psychiatrist before you can have them in combat, or welding of doors for a safe zone etc)
