That's some bull. If you just take your time to polish the game, you can release it on physical. They just want to skip the physical part to save on money so they can maximize their profits

PS2 was quick, PS3 was like a trumpet sound, don't remember PS4 and PS5 because I always had them in rest mode so yeah. PS1 was more iconic because of the sound. Reminds me of THX/the sound you hear in movie theaters

Graphics in videogames are too good anyways compared to PS2 and PS3 era. Best to do 60fps for a smooth gameplay

most likely worth it because you can't really buy the arcade versions of the beat em ups (you can spend a pretty penny on that mini arcade cabinet but not on eshop, psn store, etc.)
