CDPR used to be trustworhty. But nowadays they really can't be. Lies, excuses left and right.

Tomizawa seem like a overall really good guy, listening to the fans and caring about Tales (and the other titles he work on). And making a sequel wouldn't sit well with most fans. And im glad he's still sticking with it.
Not all games needs a sequel just because its successful.

Well, it does have a physical release. But Switch and Asia only (so far)

But yeah. The fact there's no EU/NA physical is a real deal breaker honestly.

The yearly price isn't as bad as I thought it would be. But their currency conversion is HORRIBLE as per usual.

If those prices turn out to be correct, its not terrible. But it REALLY needs to live up the cost and keep at it. Also still really hope Crunchyroll gets added into the mix. That would definitely seal the deal for me.

That said: I don't believe this is being announced next week. We've seen it for way to long, and it never happened. It was also rumoured to be announced during last State Of Play, and look. Nothing there either.

Returned yeah. And almost "beat" it on my first try. So not super difficult. But its fun to play the game again. Still one of my favorites from last year.

I do hope they patch it though. Sometimes you enter a new area only to have a ridiculous enemy, or mini-boss spawn right next to you, which doesn't really seem totally fair. But other then that, its brilliant.

I get what you are saying but also, has to say you are not correct.

Souls games, and Elden Ring HAS a story. But its hidden, and you need to SEARCH for it. You need to connect the pieces yourself. The story doesn't get shoved in your face. It's fair if that's not yours, or anyone elses cup of tea. But saying it has no story, really isn't fair, or correct.

Obviously not played Ghostwire yet, so can't comment the review is correct on that part.

Also this review seem to be one of the lower ones, while the rest are between 7-8s. So can take that as you will. 6 is still decent though. Don't get how people say how this "bombed". Nowadays anything below 9 means a game is garbage apparently.

Bummer. Game looked really good. And I mean 6 is good, but still expected a bit better. Still gonna pick it up though. The art-style alone does it for me.

This seem to happen quiet often. You would think at this point they would have learned to avoid it. But nope.

This was definitely a huge surprise. Glad to see they didn't just abandon the game. Hopefully the tower really kicks up the difficulty! And Co-op was a nice surprise. Bit sad you can't co-op the tower though.

Its a 10 for me, even with the performance issues.

Best souls-like game? Absolutely. However Bloodborne still has the best WORLD setting imo.

Hold on. FREE upgrades? Good for them. And seeing 7 being part of that is fantastic.

Its cool and all. But also bad seeing as they already said 80% of Funimation/Wakanim's library is only coming over. Not to forget, we now have to pay DOUBLE what we paid with Funi/Wakanim..

Like Leon_93 asked, how's the FPS on Ps5? Nobody seem to cover that which is honestly pretty important.

Edit: After some Youtube comment digging (What a horrible thing to do fyi), it seem the game is actually once again, 30 FPS on PS5. Koei is so lazy, its insane.

Who and why does anyone even look at Metacritic...? Just don't. The site is horrible, and they have done nothing to address this review bomb issue that has been going on for years.

Absolutely love the Jin and Alloy art. Looks incredible.

Dont really play DbD anymore, but seeing Sadako in it, and how she walks around is actually really well done.

The fact that Godfall Trial Edition went through even after all the backlash was a horrible sign. And then this? Yeah. This is really not looking good. Considering the cost of PS+, we should get some higher priced/praised games. Giving a Trial Edition, and then a cheap DLC, even if its good really isn't okay.

Cheaper games are fine to give away IF the quality is justified for it. And while Tiny Tina may be good, like mentioned, it's been part of The Handsome Edition before. But again, its a flipping DLC. Good marketing for Gearbox though with the upcoming game. But really, really poor look on Sony.

Planet Coaster is cool to see.
But Tiny Tina? A DLC, turned standalone? That's almost as ridiculous as Godfall Trial Edition. OH well. Glad I don't have PS+ for the time being.

I know this whole PC deal is pissing people off, but I honestly think its fantastic to see.

Not all games need to do the jump to PC. But some of the better ones that sells really well, God of War, Returnal, Ghost, Spiderman, Uncharted, The Last of Us etc? Sure. Give them to PC a year or more after console release.

Fantastic updates. Freelancer mode sound great. And Elusive Arcade sound fun too. Always good to see more content to an already incredible game. Super excited!

Knew it was BS what he said. Timing was extremely odd to begin with. Felt like he just wanted to try and stir attention away from Ghost towards Days instead, which is a horrible thing to do.

I love my PSVR, and do want them to go all in or not at all with PSVR2. Just don't want to see it end up with a fate similar to PSVita.

Strikes has just been on sale and almost bought it. Glad I waited now.

I am a bit interested, but also against it. It also need content to back it up. Especially if the price goes up with it, as im suspecting. You can't just add 10-15 games, then wait months before changing them (this goes for PS1/2/3/PSP as well). Playstation Plus Collection was released with PS5 and it still has the same games. Nothing has changed there, which is what im honestly afraid of this new service is gonna do as well.
Hopefully they are doing tiers.

That said, I probably won't get it myself cause I don't like the whole Game Pass thing. Prefer owning my games and not just renting them. But its fair do to the people who don't care.

It was bound to happen. But where's the catch? It's Sony, so there has to be one. Only releasing in a few select countries? Content varies per region (like Netflix)?

Also phasing out Now is a really good call seeing as its not even available everywhere.

Said it before, and i'll say it again: Glorified PAID demo. Disgusting honestly.

So we are getting 2 glorified demos of the same game for 2 consoles. Meanwhile one of the best one Mortal Shell is PS4 only. That is just ridiculous and honestly feels like a new low. Glad I didn't renew my PS+ last week now.

Always sad to see them shut down like that. Both were fantastic games for the Vita.

I would be all for Returnal DLC. Been wanting some ever since I finished the game. Paid? Free? Doesn't matter to me.

Who would had thought releasing a game with basically no coverage, marketing etc would make the game go under the radar, thus causing poor sales.

It's a real shame cause its actually a really good game, with a incredible soundtrack to boot. But this is all on Square Enix themselves. They screwed up.

If this turns out to be true.. I literally told a friend watch me buy Godfall (2 days ago) dirt cheap and it'll become PS+ in December...

Not surprised in the slightest sadly. It's been a big issue in the industry for a long time. /: It's just a matter of time before the same thing happens with Nintendo or Microsoft, or well.. Any other big publisher/developer.

I used to care about the site when the devs/publishers actually interacted with the comments section. Now it feels like a toxic wasteland. Like you said yourself in the article, it as become way to corporate. Site is just sort of there, and that's that.

And on top of it all, ever since EU/NA website was made into one the entire layout has become pretty horrible imo, and the articles very confusing (timezones, dates etc)

Not sure if you are just looking at the nominees posted here, but there are more.
I mean Cyberpunk as Best RPG? Absolutely no. And SMTV as well, which has been out 4 days? Not saying SMTV is bad, as its in my top 3 games this year. But that seem really weird to me. But meh. Again, Don't care about these awards so people can have it however they want

Guess i'll pick this up when its either cheap (and issues are fixed), or when all the Chapters are out.

Hopefully it sticks with being a Switch exclusive for a year or two. After that? Sure. Let Playstation and PC have it as well. Bringing it to those platforms would definitely benefit it with how rough the framerate and the look is on Switch. (it feels like its pushing the Switch to its very limits)

So this is basically just a lazy port/remaster as per usual when it comes from Koei Tecmo. What a surprise.
