I never made it past the first hour or so of the first game - is it worth going back to ahead of this?

Gutted about Syndicate - it’s the only AC I want to play. Assuming I can play it on my PS5, it’s just a buggy PS4 version right? Be odd if it’s literally non-playable.

Very happy about Vice City but if they’ve completely given up with classics they really ought to announce that Premium will be removed and merged with Extra..

This makes sense. First game suffered major criticism quite rightly but is now very popular so rather than spend time on a bad product, create a new product with its name to make up the bad first game and keep the user base.

I’m behind it and will preorder as I imagine it’ll be everything the first game should have been.

We need a new person at the very top.

@LiamCroft - Do you know what, after all this time I think I have misunderstood Live Service. I thought it automatically meant Multiplayer. Didn’t realise it was in line with the Hitman games.

I take it back, SOCOM WOULD work perfectly.

By far one of the worst Far Cry games. Held my attention for 2 hours.

As above, I would just scrap commentary altogether. It’s never ever been rich enough; constantly repeated lines.

Not going to be hard for it to be better than the Walking Dead these days but that trailer is magnificent and I can’t wait.

Although, not to be super picky but after ‘save who can you save’, there’s a really awkward transition. See better transitions in my A Level Film Studies haha. Still looks super though.

This looks incredible and the clickers look SO GOOD.

Very much looking real. Given its early development footage, looking great. Bit concerned some mechanics are looking too cut and paste baring in mind it’s next gen though..

Surely a lot of it has to do with COVID still - there was a lot of back up on development because of it.

It’s a similar ‘issue’ with the film industry.

They can’t afford to just give us an out and out crap State of Play though. Literally haven’t heard from them in months.

Yeah, got similar comments to those above. I will give it the benefit of the doubt through patches though. If it’s not much better in two months shame on them.

@themightyant Ah fair enough but yes, they need to fully flesh out that feature for sure. Also, on the games that do allow you to jump in when there’s multiple modes available (such as a sports game - F1 for instance) it often doesn’t display all modes so it’s really hit and miss what you can jump into.

I mean, can anyone be genuinely surprised by this news? They want to get away from the sh**show as fast possible and quite rightly too.

I am however looking forward to playing the game again at somepoint now it's been ironed out somewhat but regardless, emphasis is now surely all on Witcher.

Would like the full Discord announcement to arrive. Also, can’t remember whether it’s hardware related so can’t be changed or they said it could come in the future but will we ever see the ability to ‘rest’ a game while playing another.

Aware you can do it if you stream a game while playing an installed game but streaming is rough. I use wired connection and it’s still laggy.

Yeah I’ll wait for the big PS5 update then. I half played it way back at the start so actually looking forward to waiting a few months and playing the ‘proper’ game.

After all this, wouldn’t be surprised if people are Call of Duty fatigued just by the amount of news on it and its next entries are nowhere near as popular.

@TrickyDicky99 Actually, FPS and resolution can really change a game. Take a look at Last of Us on PS3 vs PS4; in my view that’s a completely different game.

Think the deal will go ahead but maybe our government will do something good and put in some clauses that mean MS have to ensure Sony get all of the games still: might work in our favour this.

I’ve never been a fan of VR but even this PSVR interests me.

And then I think about how much it’s going to end up costing and chuckle to myself.

@Chaotic_Goat - I completely agree. I paid for the more expensive game to get these for free. I was promised story DLC and this just isn’t that. Surprised as Techland normally are good with this type of thing but yeah this is rubbish.

I’ve got faith in Premium - I reckon there’s a reason it’s quiet on classics. They’re closer then we think to PS3 emulator I reckon and it’s about to go tip top for classics.
