The original was average at best , so even if this remake us 20% better its still better over all. I am really looking forward to it, that and Alan wake 2 should make a good halloween playlist

What is with people and this game and the blinders they put on about it?
It was super repetitive, combat was apparently amazing ? No it was nothing new, and only used 1weapon type,.2.if you want to be specific, Rise of the Ronins combat was far superior, in Ghost 1 was just a matter of switching stance and plough through people, even later the duels could wipe out half a camp. The game was good looked beautiful and great setting , but not this godly game it's made out to be, and I think Ghost 2 will suffer FF7 Pt2/Horizon sequel problem...they'll add a truck ton of side bore
Final note..I do actually like Ghost 1 👍

@alex8329 yup ive had 2 with drift and 1 dead battery and my red one currently has about 20mins battery life, the worse thing is throwing them out when they are useless,
Literal money in the bin because sony are cheap, I mean stick drift has been really evident since ps5 first release,
And the hall effect has been around since what..1890 or something...

So your forcing people to buy after market, used, etc because current prices are daylight robbery, considering your guaranteed together stick drift or battery become dreadful after some time and only lasts 40mins before needing a charge,

@Cloud39472 but if you remember the original disc 3 for people who didn't care it was basically the northern crater and then finished, however if you wanted 100% back then, it was soooo many hours, and the weapons..(Ruby, diamond, ultimate,) etc
Then collecting all the characters ultimate weapons, all summons, golden chocobo. But yeah I'd say like Feb/March 2027

After TLOU tv show, this by far the best game to tv/movie I've watched, very funny,.decent acting fun action scenes and the teaser at the end of season 1 makes season 2 look brilliant

@Gaia093 I think the negativity is due to some irritating and unnecessarily difficult mini games,
Personally the only one I struggled with was the stupid cactaurs, when your forced to use Aerith, i don't like her playstyle at all,.so I was mad 🤣
But it also seems people.has less and less time these days, so maybe just don't want 40hrs of mini games

It would be a very quiet tv show, and would be absolutely only for the gamers, Fallout and last of us tv series done well because of great actors, dialogue, and the story's are some what relatable, elden ring would be some medieval fantasy of craziness, would need 5 episodes alone just to explain the world, the "lead character" the enemies..and of course..why??

@ear_wig they've made souls games for many years now and never once made an easy mode, no matter how much people whine and moan. So I don't expect elden ring to get it, I mean Elden Ring is already very accessible in comparison, still some challenge, I at least found definitely the easiest

It's been ages since final fantasy had a good and interesting protagonist, it was fairly refreshing,.fantastic game, loved the combat, love the cutscene summon battles, I hope they continue to move FF forward with such greatness

So many people look forward to trophies, also as a sense of accomplishment, and sometimes they add a degree of fun/difficulty, playing how you wouldn't sometimes, it's a fact that trophy hunting is massive in gaming, whether you like it or not,
Amazing as the game looks, I am one that will not buy it at launch because of no trophies, I will eventually but some point down the line for 60% less or so,
I mean it couldn't have been too hard to add 5 or 6 trophies right, literally would have made a huge difference

Gamers entitlement, it's no wonder the gaming community is seen as group of whiney children, this right here is a great example,.. bunch of idiots
