Pretty solid month! Firewall Zero is a fantastic PSVR game. Even though I already own the Bioshock games on other systems, it will be nice to play them in HD on my PS4.
I experienced a few glitches, but overall I loved Days Gone and got a platinum.
The biggest glitch I encountered was when I was entering the cave to fight the Reacher boss - the AI behaved erratically and the horde that was supposed to spawn afterwards never came. Even after several 'exit to menu' did not fix it. I finally turned off my Pro completely and restarted it and it worked perfectly.
I've never enjoyed multiple endings in games anyway - seems I always end up with worst or second worst endings usually and cheap way to lengthen gameplay. I am looking forward to this game and will buy it digitally.
The original game stressed me out so badly back then with the Nemesis Tyrant chasing you non-stop and I am sure the remake will be even worse! Dreading the release! But I will buy and play for sure.
Cowboy Ghost Rider in Mignola art style, with Ron Perlman voice acting... I like the graphics, but the gameplay looks a bit slow paced for a twin stick shooter.
If you haven't checked out the Blacksad graphic novels, you really should. They are excellent - instant classics. English versions are published by Dark Horse.
I am thinking this is a game that you have to experience for yourself and not just watch screen shots and gameplay video to judge. Many of the reviews are avoiding giving too many spoilers.
Nioh has been out for so many years and has been on sale so many times on the Playstation store that I think any people even remotely interested in the game will have owned it by now. Outlast 2 is for a niche audience.
Glad the game is not a cop out. Or else people would rebel.
I am currently playing Mutant Year Zero: Garden to Eden which is also similar type strategy game and having a blast. I will definitely check Rebel Cops out!
@funkyflounder83 The comic is really top tier and has been one of my very favorite titles for a long time. The art - just wow, even though it's animal people. Expressions of the characters, the way they move, the backgrounds, use of colour, everything is so good. It's definitely mature readers though, as there is a panel of sex and nudity sprinkled here and there, and the story lines deal with mature subject matter. I don't often post, but felt I should give Blacksad a big shout out.
I finally bought Nioh Complete this time. I also picked up barebones Spider-Man. For PSVR, I bought Tetris Effect, Doom VFR, Batman VR, and Super Red Hot VR.
For XB1X, Witcher 3, just to see whether the hype about it looking better than PS4 is real. Also got Thronebreaker.
I am currently enjoying the heck out of World War Z and that game did not get great reviews. Other games that didn't score super high but I enjoyed greatly have included the first Kane & Lynch, and Tenchu for the X360. Meanwhile, there are tons of 'masterpieces' that I have tried for a few hours and that I have just never bothered playing again.
Is there four player couch co-op on some of these titles?
EDIT: I just re-read and see that there is for the titles that have them, never mind and thank you!
This really seems to be a copy of an indie comic book character called Barry Ween: Boy Genius created by Judd Winick I used to read (Image Comics). The title character is a little 10 year old evil genius kid with a foul mouth and uses big blasters to destroy his enemies and always comes out on top. It's a black and white comic, but the kid also has blonde hair, red t-shirt, and blue pants.
This game is going to be AWESOME! Trailer just showing how cruel humans are in this game and why it's okay to kill them.
There's lotsa dark content all over these days, Game of Thrones, Walking Dead, etc.
Tonight I watched a crippled woman I care about get beheaded in a newly released video game on PS4. It just sets me up to kill all of the bad enemies without mercy. Hint: it isn't Mario Odyssey.
They could include a single player campaign... people can get to know the characters a bit more through a story mode and also get used to the controls. Then dip their toe into MP when they are ready, similar to what I did with Titanfall 2.
Preordered already with the version with the 'Murder-em-all' BJ figure. Loved the first two, I downloaded them for PS4 so dirt cheap it was almost criminal.
This was such an awesome game when it first came out, I was utterly captivated and played it on the 360. You're climbing and fighting chimeras and griffins, lighting them on fire, so awesome! And deadly lizard men, and goblins, and oh! the fire drake! I was whooping the first time I was finally able to take it down in the forest.
I got stuck briefly and stopped playing. I wish I hadn't, I should have just googled and figured out what to do next. Now, my Xbox Live has long expired so there is no point returning to it if you don't have online access to use your game created pawn.
Also, there was this online elder super dragon that the community had to kill, I never made it that far, but my friend was involved in killing this thing every few days.
You could also unlock costumes that were from the Berserk anime.
I think it should be a 9/10 if you've never played it before.
I will download for my PS4 Pro if it goes under $20.
I hope Lawbreakers will be like Wii U's Splatoon, with constant updates and improvements and growing fanbase. It deserves it, it really is a fun game. Also don't forget it's half price of a full game.
Is the game even necessary? Ken's Rage for the PS3 and its sequel were already quite good beat 'em ups... just how will this game try to differentiate itself other than having Kenshiro serve drinks?

Why would they think someone took a crap in a bag? Seems highly unlikely in a building with washroom facilities.
More likely some dumb prankster brought the poop and set it on the ground, hoping someone would step on it.
