Re: Days Gone Patch 1.61 Reduces the Game's File Size

I experienced a few glitches, but overall I loved Days Gone and got a platinum.

The biggest glitch I encountered was when I was entering the cave to fight the Reacher boss - the AI behaved erratically and the horde that was supposed to spawn afterwards never came. Even after several 'exit to menu' did not fix it. I finally turned off my Pro completely and restarted it and it worked perfectly.

@funkyflounder83 The comic is really top tier and has been one of my very favorite titles for a long time. The art - just wow, even though it's animal people. Expressions of the characters, the way they move, the backgrounds, use of colour, everything is so good. It's definitely mature readers though, as there is a panel of sex and nudity sprinkled here and there, and the story lines deal with mature subject matter. I don't often post, but felt I should give Blacksad a big shout out.

Re: Soapbox: 7/10 Is a Bad Review Score? The World's Gone Mad

I am currently enjoying the heck out of World War Z and that game did not get great reviews. Other games that didn't score super high but I enjoyed greatly have included the first Kane & Lynch, and Tenchu for the X360. Meanwhile, there are tons of 'masterpieces' that I have tried for a few hours and that I have just never bothered playing again.

This really seems to be a copy of an indie comic book character called Barry Ween: Boy Genius created by Judd Winick I used to read (Image Comics). The title character is a little 10 year old evil genius kid with a foul mouth and uses big blasters to destroy his enemies and always comes out on top. It's a black and white comic, but the kid also has blonde hair, red t-shirt, and blue pants.

This game is going to be AWESOME! Trailer just showing how cruel humans are in this game and why it's okay to kill them.

There's lotsa dark content all over these days, Game of Thrones, Walking Dead, etc.

Tonight I watched a crippled woman I care about get beheaded in a newly released video game on PS4. It just sets me up to kill all of the bad enemies without mercy. Hint: it isn't Mario Odyssey.

Re: Review: Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen (PS4)

This was such an awesome game when it first came out, I was utterly captivated and played it on the 360. You're climbing and fighting chimeras and griffins, lighting them on fire, so awesome! And deadly lizard men, and goblins, and oh! the fire drake! I was whooping the first time I was finally able to take it down in the forest.

I got stuck briefly and stopped playing. I wish I hadn't, I should have just googled and figured out what to do next. Now, my Xbox Live has long expired so there is no point returning to it if you don't have online access to use your game created pawn.

Also, there was this online elder super dragon that the community had to kill, I never made it that far, but my friend was involved in killing this thing every few days.

You could also unlock costumes that were from the Berserk anime.

I think it should be a 9/10 if you've never played it before.

I will download for my PS4 Pro if it goes under $20.
