@Shepherd_Tallon according to NHK World Japan Sony hike the PS5 price because of rising costs of its parts also due to the Japanese Yen being weak at 24 Year Low against US Dollar and you know Global Inflation too.

@UltimateOtaku91 because video games in Japan is a big market and Sony have its own Factory their including those robotic arms that are assembling PS4s with only few persons monitoring it if there’s no supply shortage of PS5 internal parts Sony can maybe reprogram their robot factory to make a lot of PS5 Consoles.

This is some of the reasons Japanese Yen is weak right now also the suppliers hike the parts and raw materials for manufacturing the PS5 Console. Jim Ryan should have add this on his announcement.

@Trebore you can just wait for a PS5 Slim when it comes if Sony plan to make it maybe that time inflation will ease and by that time PS5 will have a lot video games to offer you can also buy some of their first party like Horizon Forbidden West at cheaper price if you’re willing to wait that long at the end of the day Sony is not forcing us to buy their now expensive PS5 and it’s up to us consumers if we buy now or wait a few years for a discounted PS5.

Seriously it feels like Sony is helping Valve Corporation to promote their Steam Deck instead of making another PlayStation Portable or a PS Vita 2 or a PlayStation Hybrid Console. I wish Sony have a Hybrid Console like the Nintendo Switch.

Sony could or should have combine the feature to the upcoming PlayStation Stars then maybe more PS5 owners will probably use it.

I’m not surprised that Sony decided it is time to shut down those games servers because they are preparing for their Live Service Games maybe next year Sony will release one or two of their 10+live service games.

Well if we can see all the characters different emotions with the PS5 speedy SSD almost an instant loading time.Unless Capcom mandates it.

@rjejr I think Sony did that to save some money 💵 instead of doing a separate ad for the 2 Spider Man games they add those 2 on their State of Play.though I don’t like what they did too and maybe we should accept it now because the next time they will do another SoP they could do it again too.

@get2sammyb Can you ask Sony if we can still use the Cheat on the first Wild Arms unlimited items using the controller I remember it on the PS1 version you need all the characters with you use the item heal twice and then transfer the item you want to cheat.

I hope his not talking about the Directors Cut but the Sequel and what if it’s Silent Hills instead of Death Stranding 2.
