Not a fan of this practice at all. Hopefully America does some suing to put this in the limelight and its over very quickly

I think fans will take this with a pinch of salt now to be honest.
A lot of people feel stung by false promises previously so won't have particularly high expectations

I'd give it ago but I think it's just too much of a risk for myself. I can't justify dropping alot of money on a game that I may or may not play.
It seems very heavy on the multiplayer side of things which isn't necessarily bad. It just doesn't always work for me playing on me lonesome

@get2sammyb Good point. Its the peoples jobs and livelihoods that are the real casualties in these scenarios. Hopefully they can move on to new and better projects.
Hate to see anyone lose their jobs to higher management poor decision making. Oh no I got all deep after all 🤣

I know there's a development period of games and they've probably increased somewhat since the introduction of new technology but I just can't understand all these studios haemorrhaging money only to get shut down and release nothing in the end. Is what they were making that bad or did PS not like the original idea years down the line? Do they not see this kind of stuff from the earlier days before it goes into some sort of production?
It really is odd decision making in buying all these studios, them doing nothing and then being shut down.
Just my take on it all really... nothing too deep!

God they really are stinging the fans who supported this game at every angle.
first the Vbucks or whatever theyre called and now removing more game modes.
i could never get into fortnite so its not something i can support really.

brilliant game. now's the time to get it if you can. i would say its better than the sequel to be honest too! more unlockable and DLC.
hopefully its here to stay and its going nowhere!

Is it open world? Is is linear? Does it have fighting arena style maps? etc etc...

Love the entire franchise. unfortunately they've gotten to realms of too scary to play for me haha! But, I do love watching other youtubers playing them.

I tried to play Resi 2 remake but i was rubbish at that old school back n forth dodging

Been keeping an eye on this one. Seems right up my street with the arcade racers. I loved Inertial Drift so there's a very good chance this will be for me

From what i understand, theres loads to do on this game. Can PushSquare possibly and positively review this fairly with how many hours it will take to see most, if not all this game has to offer too!

This game is such a hot topic! Its wild!!!
Everything about it has been crazy!
Heres hoping the devs can support, patch and continue to work on it.
It genuinely baffles me that its considered "disappointing" or mainly negative yet seems to be doing well in the world of reviews. Yeah its not a 10/10 or a A++ / S+ / SSS+ rank game but not everything has to be too!

Always a shame when these things don't work out. Glad that they are returning to those who supported them.

I'm thinking the SNES and Genesis can be considered retro. Anything with a cartridge i guess too. But not PS3!
I'm getting so old. This is why the idea of PS6 sounds crazy too. 5 years from now we'll be looking at PS4 being retro!

Would like to see more tracks being added firstly. Characters can come at a steadily pace. Its the tracks that bring you back mostly.

False promises are the worst! I honestly didnt understand their "back to basics" quote i think they said?
seems like they've ruined some of the combo routes and reduced air juggling which in itself can be objectively good or bad depending. Tekken 8 team have been damned if they do and damned if they dont from a day 1 though. Cant please everyone! Memes will be good though

definitely been meaning to give this a try. last time i took the plates off it popped off so suddenly i scratched the plastic under the plates. ever since, just been so nervous taking it apart again.

Tekken8 community has always been a funny one. It seems the reception to this new patch is mostly negative. I'd have to try it for myself. I recently deleted Tekken8 when I thought I hit my limit in ability. Might just try this out... but then again... might just avoid this and watch for the giggles

@Yor-sama have you noticed any fan noise or the PS5 fan getting loud?
I getting worried thinkin' mine will break if it gets too hot.
I was playing Space Marine 2 the other week and I got a pop saying it got too hot!
I worry if these more taxing games on the PS5 will melt them eventually

Would love to see them revive X-Men Legends games. Those were pretty good on Xbox!

Not surprising really. So many games release like this nowadays. Makes you wonder which hard copy of games you'd be able to play if servers shut down tomorrow.
