Soulslikes are dime a dozen these days, but this Chinese effort does genuinely appear to have spirit. If you're getting withdrawal symptoms from the lack of single player FromSoftware efforts on the release schedule, then this may be worth a look.
Fallen Feathers is a soulslike, action RPG set in the land of Shu during the dark and tumultuous late Ming Dynasty, plagued with warring factions and a mysterious illness spawning monstrous creatures.
Mafia: The Old Country - 8th August
A scaled-back, story-first revival of 2K’s legendary Mafia franchise will take players back to turn-of-the-century Sicily, as protagonist Enzo Favara transitions from the sulphur mines to a life of crime with in the Torrisi crime family.
Fight to survive in a dangerous and unforgiving era, with action brought to life with the authentic realism and rich storytelling that the critically acclaimed Mafia series is known for.
Authenticity is at the heart of the Mafia franchise, and Mafia: The Old Country will have fully localised voice acting in Sicilian to match the setting and time period.
Gears of War Reloaded - 22nd August
An all-time Xbox classic makes its PS5 debut in this refreshed version of Epic’s iconic third-person shooter, complete with the original campaign and full online multiplayer suite.
14 years after an invasion of ruthless subterranean monsters, the planet lies in ruin. An inmate named Marcus Fenix – once left to die – is freed by his best friend and former squadmate, Dominic Santiago. Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater - 28th August
