@Northern_munkey how is Xbox competition when nobody really buying the thing. the ps5 is outselling the Xbox series consoles almost 3 to 1, software sales are also in the toilet for Xbox. it’s time for Microsoft to get out of the console space and stop wasting resources fighting a battle that they’re losing badly.

I’m glad Xbox is pretty much done as console. Phil seem way more happier since Microsoft announced they’re third party plans. Phil doesn’t have to lie and pretend anymore while talking to the gaming media.

Some of you people here acting like Sony got no more games to release or announce this gen 😂. We didn’t even see raw gameplay of Wolverine yet.

I think Microsoft make one more console before moving out of the console market.

Some of you guys who love waiting on all these games to go to PlayStation plus or go on a deep sale are part of the problem. I don’t like Sony live service strategy fully but I get it. Sony spending 300 million dollars on they’re games and barely breaking even meanwhile Nintendo is spending a few million dollars on they’re games and selling 50 million copies each. If you love Sony single player games please for the love of god buy them full price at launch like I do, so we can keep getting them.

@PuppetMaster it take longer to make crossover games than guest character plus guest characters help sell copies of games.

Xbox is pretty much done why would anyone who isn’t a Xbox fanboy buy a Xbox, when most of they’re exclusives getting ported to PlayStation.

Sony have the right to make people sign into psn to play they’re games on pc. if you don’t like it don’t buy it. I hope you pc folks stop buying the pc ports at an alarming rate so Sony can stop making pc ports of they’re games altogether.

I hope Housemarque and bluepoint can now be aaa powerhouse studios that they’re both owned by Sony.

@HonestHick console sales do matter if console Sales didn’t matter Sega would still be making consoles and Microsoft wouldn’t be porting they’re games to the ps5 because Xbox series s/x poor sales.

Trump will banned violet video games next because he use them as an excuse for most of the mass shooting that’s been happened in the states lately.

@InsertUsername I can’t like both single player games and live services games. I have to only play and like the same type of games you like. The ps3 is my favorite gen because it had a good mix of single player games and multiplayer games.

This culture war stuff is really some people wanting to go back to good old days which only good for people that look like them. I don’t take a lot of the anti-woke crowd seriously because once you start talking to them for to long they’re started to say the quiet parts out loud.

I wonder would shift up eventually get acquire by Sony because they’re to buddy buddy with Sony lately. Shift up studio head is going to every PlayStation studio and hanging out with all the PlayStation executives it very unusual.

@Macpac33 I’m listen to what reliable journalist and the rumors are saying. You just seem hurt that Sony buying Kadokawa. I doubt Sony gonna confirm they’re intent to buy Kadokawa to the public and not buy them. This deal is probably almost finished between the two companies.

Fromsoftware games will be exclusive Sony isn’t gonna make the same mistake like they did with budgie.

@Bez87 exactly Microsoft have to release they’re exclusives on PlayStation because nobody really buying Xbox’s like that. bloodborne sold like 8 million copies on ps4 and that’s before the Elden ring popularity. Fromsoftware games will still sell well if they release on PlayStation first and pc later.

Fromsoft games gonna be exclusive to PlayStation. Sony learn they’re lesson from the budgie deal.

Why can’t Sony make both live service and Single player games I want the best of both worlds.

Hopefully Sony give Bungie and they’re other live service developers the time to try to make the best game possible.

@Ralizah ps5 mostly dominate third party games sales, pc will never catch up to it because the cost of entry for high end pc gaming is still way to high for your average consumer.

But the exclusive deals hurt the industry they say.
