Personally I'm 50/50 on the VR2. Not being wireless and backwards compatible is a bit of an own goal imo.

The times do seem to vary ... I was able to add Deep Rock Galactic to the library at around 2am (UK) this morning.

I think there just aren't enough fps games on Sony platforms of late ... think they've got a bit of an obsession with making 3rd person games. Variety is good and honestly I'd be more keen to see a new Killzone or Resistance game than Horizon.

I enjoyed all three and am looking forward to this new one ... imo the first one is a bona fide classic.

I'm curious about First Class Trouble... might be a great and different multiplayer game everyone actually has.

@lolwhatno They should certainly work on and refine what they have in the game to date, such as the combat/multi-tool experience imo. The variety of ships and exocraft don't seem to have particular relevance, and the building in it became over fussy since the Beyond update, but some will disagree.

Hope it's a proper redo and not just a lick of paint ... the fact it didn't sell well makes me think the latter.

Just been finishing off Judgement and while I think some aspects of the game are a bit dated, on the whole I've had a really good time with it. Looking forward to the new one.

Think it's high time that all the games become 60 fps by default, and don't have the need to use a 'performance' setting. Still I haven't played the remake and will probably give it a go.

@PCPS4XB I do enjoy the fast and slick nature of it, and the shoot em up combat is really good. Returnal has made me think why I haven't got on with SoulsBourne games, and those games just aren't as 'fun' to play for me, hence why I haven't made progress with them ... not because they are too difficult.

Maybe the question should be ... who has actually finished it lol. 20 + hours in and I've reached the second boss, so even though I think it's great from what I've played, I can't give it an overall rating.

A Way Out and Wolfenstein Young Blood have the option to allow ( not the standard Shareplay ) another player to join your game. On PS5 I found I couldn't do this with someone on PS4, so does anyone know if this new firmware allow for that now?

Personally I enjoyed Days Gone just as much as GoW, Horizon, GoT ( although I'm yet to play the multiplayer) etc apart from TLoU, which is Sony's stand-out title in my eyes.

Think they should focus on TLoU2 onwards. Maybe they should make a new fps game, as the last Killzone was out a long time ago. Please do add me for PS5 multiplayer from time to time. HotstuffFred 👍🏻

I've enjoyed the VR experience with games like Thumper and Astro Boy etc, but I haven't bothered with the PSVR for over a year, because of the same reasons as the writer. No cables are very much preferable, but the next Sony one defo has my interest peaked. Btw if you are up for some PS5 multiplayer from time to time, then please do add me - HotstuffFred 👍🏻

Definitely think there shouldn't be any cables, but it is what it is and Half Life Alyx is indeed a must.

I just finished the story in GoT and gotta say I enjoyed it. Haven't started TLoU 2 due to waiting to see what PS5 upgrades come, although peeved a bit due to silly YouTube spoilers. If folk are keen on hooking up for some multiplayer from time to time then add me - HotstuffFred.

@Olmaz I had that very same problem when I tried it on PS5, but not with other games. Not sure if it's a TV related issue ... I'm using a LG one ( not Oled ).

Each to their own but I've been playing this recently, and don't think it's much of an improvement on TWT1 so far. I'm not the world's greatest gamer but it just doesn't play great to me, compared to the original TopSpin which was out 15 + years ago.

@NOLIMITGHST Good going, but I can't help feel that the bike sliding trophy is bugged ... tried repeatedly to do it and watched several YouTube videos, but it just wouldn't happen for me.

Everyone knows Titanfall 2 is PS4's best FPS 😉

In their blog yesterday Sony stated that using the Dualshock controller's were required for best performance when playing PS4 games on the PS5. One of the big reasons why I pre-ordered a PS5 was so I can play PS4 games with the Dualsense, as I'm not the biggest fan of their existing controller's. Why do you think Sony made that statement?
