Not my usual type of game but I’m enjoying it a lot so far. Can see myself spending 100’s of hours in this world.

It’s not ideal but most games launch with a few kinks and receive patches in the days/weeks after release. It’s kind of expected at this point sadly. The review for Marathon was delayed because the game was expected to evolve over the coming weeks and I think maybe the same grace period should be given to all games and be taken into consideration in the review. Or perhaps a review update to the current state of the game? Because the version of the game that was reviewed no longer exists.

It’s definitely not a 6/10 game by a long shot.

I feel like PS5 could be my last console.

I quite liked Rocket Racing but I haven’t played Fortnite since early December and Rocket Racing was dead for months before that. Shame.

I enjoyed it tbh. Got the platinum. I’ve played way worse games than this.

This is the future for all of us sadly, once physical media dies out. They will have absolute control over pricing and we won’t be able to do anything about it.

I stopped playing during this current season, after playing and completing every battle pass since C2S4. I just hated how they nerfed xp in creative and it became too much of a grind. They made it not fun anymore.

I always thought it was one of the best AC games. Far better than any of the modern ones. Played it at launch and never had any issues. Looks stunning. Has the best parkour in the franchise. The MP was fun too.

Definitely buying any story dlc for this masterpiece. Currently 75% through my first playthrough (13 hours so far) and it’s SO good. I’ll be replaying it immediately after the credits roll.

I hated the sex mini-game. So cringe.

If the perspective was changed and the player had to give Kratos a HJ by mashing the X button, fewer people would be upset over its removal 😂

Started playing Requiem over the weekend and it’s easily my favourite RE game. I don’t want it to end.

Hope they remake RE1 next, so we have all the mainline entries with the modern controls.

Digital prices are always ridiculous. I’ll never pay full price for a digital game.

Great news. Hopefully it’s a major success and will help to curtail some of the shi*ty practices Sony have adopted in recent years.

MS should start by snapping up the talented Bluepoint staff that Sony tossed aside and put them to work.

Well that’s just killed any hype I had for this game. This is a huge step backwards imo. Even worse than removing character creation the last LEGO Star Wars game.

At the very least they could allow players to use a huge roster of characters in free roam. But I wouldn’t be surprised if Tt have taken this approach so they can sell additional characters as dlc.

This has just gone from ‘must buy’ to ‘buy in a sale next year’.

When you said there was an imbalance between playable characters, I was worried you were going to say it’s in Grace’s favour. I was relieved when it was confirmed to be in Leon’s favour. That’s a positive thing for me. Can’t wait to play it this weekend.

I hope MS have been quietly cooking in the background and they have a major come back next gen. Sony really don’t deserve our support at this point. Everything Sony had going for them has been gradually eroded away over the last 5-10 years. I don’t like to see games fail but if Marathon flops, it would send a strong message that we’re done with Sony’s BS decisions.

So many bad decisions from Sony lately. I hate that there’s no competition this gen. Sony was only a decent/innovative company when they were being trounced by MS and on the verge of bankruptcy.

PS6 will just be remasters of games we already played this gen and last (like PS5 was). Probably disc-less, unless you pay more for an add-on. Probably without a stand in the box, unless you buy one separately. Will it even come with a Dualsense, or will that be sold separately too? Who knows? Sony have no competition, so they can do whatever they want.

PS6 just isn’t appealing right now, when PS5 is good enough for the quality of content we’ve been getting.
