I tried the beta for a bit, but lost interest. It didn’t do much to stand out from any other soulsborne like games

I started it and am not sure sure I’ll finish. It deals with sensitive themes in a very basic way. It feels like the writers have a surface level understanding of what they’re talking about, delivered in a trite and unoriginal way. It offers nothing new to the conversation, especially when there are so many better games dealing with mental health. Maybe it would be better without the Silent Hill name and could stand alone without any extra baggage

I do appreciate Square Enix for at least being upfront about it. It does feel like this is an inevitability though. Even if people complain, companies will just try harder to hide it

These sprites don’t look so good. Reminds me of the Final Fantasy VI mobile art style

@Melucine I thought it was an easier one too. It’s easier to dodge the bigger bosses, or get in a blind spot where they have trouble hitting you

I can’t say I’m not interested in trying the game, but I don’t know if I’m comfortable giving Konami my money after the reports came out on how they treat their employees

I think it’s a good idea to have a European show, but I feel PSX should really be PlayStation’s time to shine.

I think the reveal could have been better. I don’t have a problem with the content but slapping it right at the end of the conference didn’t leave much room for hype or excitement.
I think people may have reacted better if they knew this was TLOU going into the trailer, instead of just being thrust into that brutal world unexpectedly.

I kind of feel like they should have waited another year or two between this game and syndicate. I’m not really excited about this one, and feel like it’s just another Assassin’s Creed game, as if it came out a year after the last

I haven't played in a while, but how hard is it to get new characters and costumes without buying them with real money?

Was this originally a DLC? That's what I thought it was until relatively recently. I don't know if that's a problem with the marketing or with me...

I just recently played this on PS3, and while I did enjoy most of it, I agree there are changes and improvements that could be made

Is this a game that people really wanted a sequel to? It was probably inevitable either way, but all the people I've ever talked to say it's just alright

I think if she had the longer, redder hair, it would be easier to tell

@Ralizah I was thinking the same thing. It seems like a better option to get into VR, with a with a much easier entry point than the other big names.

I tried playing through the first one three times. I kept running into a problem or glitch each time and had to restart. Hopefully it goes better if I try again, but I'm not exactly eager to

I haven't had a chance to play seven yet, but from playing the demo, I do sort of miss the over the shoulder stuff. I did enjoy the demo, so I'm sure I'll get used to it

I was really pleased with uncharted 4. I hadn't played a lot of PS4 games up to that point, but it was the only one that didn't disappoint me in some way

I might see it at some point, just to have something to talk with others about, but I really have little desire to do so.

I preordered it, and have been trying to avoiding news about it. From what I have seen and played with the platinum demo, I'm a little nervous about it though

What's a good place to start with this series?

I'm interested in hearing more about the specs, but I'll end up getting one anyways

I'm not seeing a lot of games developed just for the VR that interest me, just some games that offer the option to play with it.
I think I'd have to wait and see what else comes out before buying.

This doesn't look promising, but at least they aren't trying to scrape together a main series game

@FullbringIchigo I feel the same way about it. It's fine gameplay wise, but misses a lot of the elements I and others loved about the series

I've had a great deal of fun with this game. It is a little overwhelming at first, but like was said, when you get that perfect moment, it's all worth it

@AFCC I felt it was boring too. I'm hoping if they don't change anything, combat and stuff may be more fun when you have the other characters with you

I'm not familiar with this game. Even though it doesn't have a release date, is it something they are shooting to have out this year or next?

Resident evil 7 looks great, and I was surprisingly intrigued by God of war. I think the game I'm looking forward to most though is persona 5

Unless there is going to be two different stories, this is very different from what it originally was

Death stranding, resident evil, and crash bandicoot really got me excited. I wish they spent a little more time talking about the games after the reveals, but at least we got through a lot

I have the pic version, but I think I might pick this up anyway.

@sub12 It's quite amazing how hard they really are trying, to the point where it gets goofy

It definitely is a little strange but I think that may help give it a better personality and at least be remembered better, for better or worse

I like the cover art better on the standard edition. I wonder if this one come with a normal case too. Most collectors editions that I've gotten with steel books don't, but a few have so I'm curious to see.

I thought the episode duscae combat was pretty good. It was a little unruly, and did get repetitive, but I still enjoyed it for the most part. I hated the changes made for platinum demo and didn't really enjoy the demo too much
