I never pld the original System Shock, although I'm old enough but since Prey I didn't have so much fun with an immersive sim, so it's pretty clear, that this truly is the source of the genre.

Have been playing the thing for the last 2.5 hrs and it's pretty awesome. Great presentation and sound design (as you can imagine if you know Pt. 1), gameplay is more of the same but well that mustn't be a bad thing for a sequel. So far I'm looking forward to continue playing and also would play and crave a PS5 port. Since I'm playing on a Series S I'd expect clearer resolution and higher FPS but it's no real prob on Series S as well at how the game is paced.

I booked gamepass on my series s again in preparation for Hellblade 2. So I went back into the original Senuas Sacrifice and also Max Payne 3... On PS5 I started Banishers and I'm pretty amazed by it's great presentation and bleak atmosphere.

After platinuming Dragons Dogma 2 (which is my GOTY so far) I'm onto Stellar Blade and RE7 PS5 version... Just want to play something familiar again

It's waiting on my PS5 now... Since I've had some afterwork drinks it might not be the most productive session, but I'll give it a try. Looking forward to it. What kind of censorship are we talking about except for that one graffiti oder sign that was censored?

This game feels exactly like its predecessor, awesome world, great graphics, janky gameplay and somehow esoteric systems. I feel a little bit lost when playing it but it's fun anyways and I'm intrigued how the story plays out. I think its way overrated though but I'm roughly 10hours in. Currently I'd give it a very good 7/10.

Beat demo and boss mode and it's pretty awesome. More the likes of DMC or Bayonetta. Already preordered the deluxe edition.

So Borderlands 4 will finally be funded by Take2 and not another publisher again? xD

Immortal is way better then some reviews make it out to be, af least it's a fresh setting and genuine title. Also the shooting feels good. I didn't regret buying it some time ago.
Looking forward to Skul. Decent month I'd say.

I loved the first game but it was tough love, completed it two times for the platinum and never could bring myself to play it again ever since, although I bought the remastered version some years later 😅 I'll get Rise of Ronin on 22nd and save DD2 for another time... After Stellar Blade... 😁

Played this on GP but tbh didn't understand the fuzz about it. But to each his own

Finally convinced two buddies to get it, so we could play together. Turned out both of them would've loved to play it but didn't want to make the first step 😅 game is pretty cool will sink some hours into it for sure.

Tbh Ninja Theory and Bethesda hurt the most when aquired by MS. I voted for Hellblade, Dishonored and Elder Scrolls. Also Quantum Break and Gears of War since I'd love to play those with trophy support again
If somehow this rumor is true and they even somehow make backwards compat a reality on PS5 it would be awesome

"Rocksteady's Big Gamble Just About Pays Off" uhm... no? The game sucks. Just seeing any videos of it makes me recall the horrible beta. The floating numbers and flashy stuff flying all around, the horrible traversal and the boring gameplay. No thanks, ok it's just not for me, if you have fun with it, go for it. But this is never ever a 7/10. Just started Arkham Origins via PS Plus streaming yesterday, that was a PS3 game and still looked and played better, than this mess.

Will be split between Cyberpunk and Rogue Trader.

Pretty cool. I recently (40hrs playtime xD) started my 2nd run on PS5, after finally platinuming it on PS4 backcompat. The changes that were made since 1.6 are fantastic. I love the whole focused approach.to the loot, the populated city and streets. I'm virtually not using the quicktravel since it's so much fun to drive around now. And the changes to the skill system are very welcome. Really love the game now oh and Phantom Liberty is just awesome as a fan of Escape from New York

Rise of Ronin and Stellar Blade are the only titles I'm looking forward atm. Hope the System Shock Remake will have a release this year.

I pld the original PoP on an 286 with monochrome display and enjoyed most of the newer PS2 titles. The demo was pretty cool on this one, unfortunatly I think it's too expensive atm and I'm just on my 2nd Cyberpunk run But will play it in the future

This was surprisingly good? Fun gameplay, tight platforming. Price of admission is too high atm, but I'll get this sometimes in the future.
You don't play the prince btw but an Immortal (of the persian emperor).

Also was part of the beta and tbh this thing was a mess. Boring world, boring gameplay, uninspired shooting and horrible traversal. The controls didn't make any sense and the melee attacks felt implemented in the last second. How this tranformed from a solid and fun fighting and stealth game (which at least I'd expect from Rocksteady) to this is beyond me and I solely believe the suits were responsible. One thing was cool though, the FMVs but I don't think any good story will save this.

Ah c'mon guys,.don't take this list so serious... It's just a game after all .Let's celebrate an awesome year of great titles. My no. 1 will be BG3 for sure but besides the usual suspects there is also Avatar (which totally flew below the radar I guess) Robocop or some of the great shooter remasters (Quake 2, Rise of Triad). Oh and one release from 2021 but which was/is recently on sale "In Sound Mind" my personal gem this year. Even feel bad just to have spent 4 bucks on it. Truly recommended.

I think AW2 should be rated higher for its presentation alone. Although I had my gripes with the game, I really enjoyed NG+.

Ah ffs already own both main titles, but hey, I'm very pleased that more people will have the chance to enioy Plage Tale now.

Will only play some boring real life... Next two days are still holidays in my country, so I'll continue playing Immortals of Aveum, also bought Telltales Expanse.

This one's really a hidden gem. It's not your typical horror walking simulator or stealth game but more the likes of Resident Evil 7. Although the shooting is a little bit clunky it has a great atmosphere and constantly messes with your perception. I give it an 8 and highly recommend it.

Teyon's Rambo is still a guilty pleasure of mine ("He's just a man, not a god!"). Robocops sales are rightly deserved as well, the game was awesome as was Terminator:Resistance before. Hoping for a fun DLC the likes of Annihilation Line.

I found the bosses difficulty reasonable in contrast the overwhelming mobs, if they made the bosses more difficult as well I think I'll hold out until the next patch. Will continue playing Lies of P and Steel Rising in the meantime to satisfy my soulslike itch.

This was the old Sony, bringing us a huge diverse range of exclusive stuff. I think there was something for everyone. Three titles are way too hard to chose bit if I'd had too for a lonely island, it would be:
1.) Bloodborne
2.) Resogun
3.) Ghost of Tsushima

I just wrapped up Alan Wake II and will now go for the platinum on the EU version of Control Ultimate Edition. Also got Lies of P for PS5 (already finished it on Series S via GP) and I'm looking forward to finish another run.

I'll get Cult of the Lamb. Played the trial and it was lots of fun.

Couldn't agree more. Although I have my gripes with Alan Wake 2 I utterly love their artistic vision. The amalgamation of new weird, cinematics, awesome music and good gameplay is exactly what scratches my itch. And they gave me my favorite band for 20 years now (Poets of the Fall aka Old Gods of Asgard in AW2) which I had the pleausure seeing live just last septembre again.

I'll most likely finish up Alan Wake 2 and then go for my 2nd Control Plat with the EU version of the ultimate edition (which has a seperate trophy set from the US version).

DUSK has been shadow released recently on PS Store, it's 20 bucks and I bet the campaign is 10 times more fun

I play CoD for the campaigns only, enjoyed Black Ops from two years ago but last years Modern Warfare was a slog trough and through...

Robocop: Rogue City (absolute blast this far) and/or Control/Alan Wake 2.

Didn't have bugs per se but two instances in which items didn't properly appear or an event was not triggered, cost me around 1.5 hrs. I don't like the unbalanced difficulty, I find medium too hard and easy way to easy and well the puzzles on Alans side are kinda meh. But all in all I'm a Remedy enthusiast and I really like the atmosphere, graphics and the awesome Old Gods of Asgard (POTF).

Cease and desist coming up I presume. Hope they have some replacement textures in place so that we enjoy the game anyways Or call it Nightmare Creatures Kart I think that license might be rather cheap xD
