I actually played it. Was it one of my all time favorites? Nope. Was is the flat out atrocity so many people claimed it to be? Again, nope. While it wasn't the greatest game I also had enough fun playing it that I never felt I was wasting my time. I also never felt I wasted my $$$ paying full price for it.

In what world is $400 "virtually giving it away"? Anyway, $150 is a great price drop but I'll wait for an even lower price during Black Friday/Cyber Monday before grabbing one. Didn't answer the poll because none of the choices fit that scenario.

Just bought Veilguard not all that long ago for full price, but the entire "Game arrives for PS+ after I bought it" thing happens to us all at one point or another. Despite the hatewagon, I enjoyed it a lot.

And there are literally statistics out there to prove you wrong about how many people use Widows vs any other OS and how many people use Win11 vs any other version of Windows. Too bad they wont add Dolby Vision support for 4K Blu-rays, because Sony wants you to spend another $500 on one of their dedicated player for that. So dumb that Series X doesn't have that support either, yet already have the DV licensing for games.

The same way you delete them. Top of Steam > Help > Steam Support > Games, Software, Etc. > Search for Deleted Game. Except this time choose "It's not in my library" then "Restore the previously deleted package to my account".

I had to delete it. Temptation to spend $$$ I don't have to MAYBE get the items I want was too high. I spent I think $30 and pretty much ended up with nothing. That was enough. How much money are people spending to get everything available?

You can easily find the number of PS5 games available that were published by Sony, and that list is significantly larger than the number of MS published titles on PS5.

@Dan12836666 As a subscriber of both services, I respectfully disagree. Once I play one of those "Day 1" releases, there's nothing left but old games and shovelware until the next "Day 1" release. At 53 years old I have an extensive backlog of games to play dating back to the NES so a game being old has no bearing on me whatsoever. And I gather it doesn't matter to the majority either or we wouldn't hear people talk so much about backwards compatibility whenever a new console comes out. That said, for me personally, once those "Day 1" games have been played, PS Plus offers me a VERY large and significant amount of games to play in my backlog compared to Game Pass. As you stated, just opinions. Cheers.

Somerville is a great game if you like stuff similar to Inside and Limbo. Not quite as good as those two... but imo was leaps and bounds better than the snooze-fest that was Planet of Lana. Coincidently, most places gave boring Planet of Lethargy a significantly higher rating than the superior Somerville.

@Dan12836666 Complete nonsense. GamePass is littered with shovelware. Meanwhile, PS Plus has a larger catalog of games and also has a quite large amount of PS exclusives not available on Xbox.

"Xbox Publishing More Games on PS5 Than Sony" is not something that is even actually happening.

@danzoEX After playing the demo/prologue I decided to pass on it. I love the boss designs, but I just felt nothing after completing it. No desire to continue playing at all. I tried DQIII HD-2D after that and couldn't even play for more than a half hour. Third time was the charm for me. Finished the Fantasian Neo Dimension demo I loved it. Was hoping it would be on sale but doesn't appear that it will be.

@lazarus11 It's $29.99 in the US right now for Early Access. Should be the same price starting tomorrow for the Holiday Sale. A very overlooked game that didn't get anywhere near the credit it deserved.

Would love for people to show some support to the devs and buy Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden. Fantastic game and it's going to be 50% off.

But what you're saying is that you don't know the difference between a brands flagship model and their lower end models. Sony 55" X77L is $500. Sony 55" X95L is $2500. Both use Mediatek chips. One gets very few updates while the other receives regular updates. Can you guess which is which? No? Didn't think so. Try to keep up. Maybe if you didn't buy low end garbage, you wouldn't have to worry about updates. For the last time, it's not the chipset manufacturer that issues and dictates when or how often a device receives updates. This information is easily available to you, but you refuse to do the research because you don't want to be proven wrong. Mediatek has NOTHING to do with when a device receives updates. Period. End of story. If you wish to argue otherwise, you're just being willfully ignorant and refusing to look up the facts.

All of those tvs are junk, with the exception of the Hisense U8N.

@Flaming_Kaiser Low priced Sony tvs? Sonys flagships use Mediatek. And again, the chipset doesn't dictate when a phone or any other device receives an update. Stop pushing that flat out lie. Low end tvs and low end cheap phones get less updates, but that's not because of Mediatek. There are cheapo phones and tvs that use other chips and also do not receive fast or many updates. It's the device manufacturer that does this, not whatsoever due to the chipset used.

I get they made a mistake when the RE Directors Cut discs were pressed and forgot to include the uncut content, but why after 27 years have they not fixed this with all digital releases? So incredibly lame and lazy.

@sanderson72 What's your opinion on the plain black rectangle that is the Series X? Or the 1980's AM radio looking Series S? I have both PS5 & Series X and to me the PS5 looks pretty darn nice compared to the boring black brick. Especially with Darkplates on.

@Golem25 I have friends that collect the Funko stuff. One of them has them all unboxed and I've never once had any problem identifying who a single one of them are supposed to be.

The thing about this stuff that bothers me is they're all the same height. Kratos is supposed to be like 7 feet tall and Astro Bot is 1 foot tall. Yet the figures are generally the same size. Reminds me of growing up when the Star Wars figures were as tall as the Millenium Falcon. lol
