@KoopaTheGamer It is incredibly unlikely. People just don't go to a remote location with at least no cell service for over 30 days with zero way to even contact anyone in case of emergency. And if they are doing that, the likelyhood that they're even remotely interested in playing their video games is slim to absolute zero. About not having access to games in the future, that's also incredibly unlikely. You can still download and play purchased games on a 360, XB1, PS3, PS4, 3DS, Wii, Wii U, etc.

@Skinny-Pete You CAN play them offline. You just need to "check-in". There's also zero proof thus far that this is even actually a thing. The images shared were PS+ titles and VERY few people are even reporting this as actually happening to them. There's also no evidence whatsoever that the consoles weren't game sharing and set to secondary console.

@sanderson72 That's such an incredibly easy thing to do on your own. Could have saved yourself a bit of moola. Only thing needed is two different screwdrivers. No soldering or anything like that at all.

People acting like those who buy digital games don't have any means to access the internet. lol. Non issue, if it's not just a glitch to begin with. There's been zero proof that it's not been related to being a secondary console, doing game sharing, a PS+ title, etc. From what I've seen it's only on PS4 and the majority of comments elsewhere are calling bs on the accuracy of the claims being made.

For the record, Game Pass still a rip off at around double the price for an annual subscription of Ultimate vs a year of PS+ Premium. They need to offer a decent discount for subscribing for an entire year like Sony does. Until then, or until there's a REALLY good sale, no more Game Pass for me when my final few months are over. I had three years stacked from 2023 before they removed the 1:1 conversion loophole.

But be my guest, get a set of dark plates for your PS5 to fugly-fy it. The plain, boring, black squares/rectangles have been done to death in consoles. BORING and UGLY AF. PS5 looks nice and sleek. Especially the Pro and the slimmed down base model. Love my Series X too, but it's ugly af. Big black brick of boredom in the aesthetics division.

@Krlozgod No. I believe PS+ has 10-15 million more subscribers. Two reasons. More people with a PlayStation and PS+ Premium being nearly half the price for an annual subscription than Game Pass Ultimate even after the price drop.

@Orochilocka I could be mistaken but I think standard edition is currently included with PS+? Either way, you're 100% correct. The ultimate edition for sure is a great price right now for those that want all of the dlc. Edit: Definitive Edition of the first game is also on sale for $2.99 for those who haven't played the first and might want to. Or, the Definitive Collection that includes the first game, all DLC, and Riptide for $4.49.

Never really much for me in these sales. Once in a while, but not often. Most of it is stuff that people that have been in the PS ecosystem for at least a semi-decent amount of time already have and/or a lot of the same things that were in the last sale, and the sale before that, and the sale before that, and...
