The leaderboard always seems broken to me. I got 10/10 and guarantee I beat the top time, yet I'm nowhere on the board. Last place is almost 11 minutes and there's zero chance it took me that long. More like 20-30 seconds as this was the easiest quiz I've ever taken here.

@Fishnpeas I never said the game is on PC. Reading comprehension helps. It's UE. Stop pretending it wouldn't happen on PC.

Visuals look 2 gens behind and gameplay is boring and repetitive af. So, the same as all other MH games.

Doesn't even make sense. If it can't read the disc and giving a disc read error, there's already a disc in it. "Insert disc" makes no sense.

Annnnnnnnd the screen tearing has already been taken care of with hotfix patch 1.3.1.

Ya'll jumping the gun much to quick. Just like when an extremely small handful of people experienced the bug with "ads" on the home screen (that weren't even ads to begin with). It's a bug, period, or TONS of other people wouldn't still have options for cash rewards.

8/10 for me due to glaring inconsistencies in black levels between different areas of the game.

This thing about "charged $130 for early access" is nonsense. The $130 was for season pass, skins for Kay, Nix, speeder, the Trailblazer spaceship, instant unlock of a bonus mission, and a digital art book. If they took all of that away I VERY highly doubt they would charge $60 more than the base game just for three days early access.

A lot of people could have gotten it earlier by using the "System Feature Updates" in the system settings. It's a separate setting from the system update.

If a person is going to buy the older version, do it from the EU PSN store. There was a bonus section of the game that was available with pre-orders and was never made available for dl outside of that in the US. The EU store has it as a free dlc download.

@Steel76 It was a bug. How many people did you see that this happened to? If it was intentional it would have been FAR more than an incredibly small handful that it was.. There are nearly 120 MILLION users monthly on PSN, yet like 5 of those people posted pictures of it happening. Yeah. Big Sony conspiracy!!! lol

Price is fine. Bugs will be patched. Loved the original and this remake is a very easy 8/10 for me. Pre-ordered and don't regret it whatsoever.

@MrPeanutbutterz Steam has ads all over the place. TONS. Far more than any console has ever had. Yes, your phone and tv also both have ads unless you have an old flip phone and a non smart tv. And because you use an ad blocker, doesn't mean browser ads don't exist. Kicking back...against a BUG? LOLOL! HOW DARE THEY HAVE A BUG!!! SHAMEFUL!!!

There are a few things all of the "$700 to play old PS4 games you've already played before, but better" people are forgetting. The first is that there are people who haven't had a PS4 or PS5, so the PS5 Pro would be the best choice for them. Secondly, plenty of people have a good sized backlog of PS4 and PS5 games and feel it's worth the jump to the Pro to play them. Lastly, pretty certain nearly every NEW AA and AAA game that releases after the Pro will have Pro features/upgrades. It's not just old titles.

@MrPeanutbutterz People pay for cable tv and it still has ads. People pay thousands for a tv and it still has ads. People pay for streaming services that still have ads. People pay for games and Game Pass on Series X and that still has ads. People pay for games on Steam that also has ads. People pay $1k+ for a phone and it still has ads. People pay for internet service and there are still ads. Etc. etc.

I'm not saying ads are okay. I'm saying it's pathetic how people jumped on a "SONY SUCKS!" bandwagon (because of fake news that ended up being a glitch) yet were crickets about any other device they use that has ads.

@DDDD I'm sorry but it has nothing to do with the latest firmware. Millions of people are on the latest firmware with the Explore tab and did not get the ads. They weren't even ads to begin with. They were news feeds, some of which were outdated, showing up in the wrong place. Ads would be like what I see on my Series X. For things like Fox News, Pizza Hut, Doritos, and Mountain Dew.

Just checked on my PS5 and I'll have to agree with others that said it had to be some kind of bug or glitch. None of the 14 games I have installed show ads when hovering over the game icon. Not even Space Marine 2.

100% getting one. Even Digital Foundry was impressed. However, I'm waiting until the 2nd or 3rd hardware revision comes out.

I haven't played Jusant, but Banishers is an absolutely fantastic game and was well worth the full price I paid at release. It deserved FAR more marketing and respect that it received.

I agree 100% with the review. I played it for a while on Switch and quit due to boredom.

Will buy one of the standard DualSense controllers for myself. Will try to get one of the Pro bundles to scalp. I bet they'll be gone in under a minute. Sony Direct site is going to have all kinds of problems. Site crashing, not letting people enter their payment information, error messages, etc. etc. When it starts working normally.... sold out. LOL! I'd get one of the Anniversary Pros for myself if they were available outside of the bundle.

That was an accurate statement and I feel you're spinning their "up to 8000" to what YOU are wanting it to mean. Anyway... nothing left to say about it.

@Oprahs_cellulite So people are going to just ignore every other game that features Pro enhancements and make their decision based on GTA VI? LOL! Just. No. I personally can't stand the GTA series and am purchasing a Pro for my backlog of titles, many already confirmed to have Pro support, along with the 8000+ titles said to be compatible with the Game Boost mode for games that don't specifically have official Pro support. I assume most making the purchase are similar to myself, and not using GTA VI as their sole motivation for purchase.

@AhmadSumadi Of course I know, and I specifically stated they changed some of the ToS. The point expiration is changing from 24 months to 12 months. A year is not a short while. And let's say you pay monthly for PS+ Premium. Along with your ESO points, that's 3,960 points annually. You're only missing out on less than $16 worth of points for an entire year, or a whopping $1.33 per month. I think if you're able to spend almost $400 a year on subscriptions.... that $16 worth of coins shouldn't be bothering you and really isn't a big deal whatsoever. "they effed up stars" is quite a stretch imo.

@HRdepartment You "no games" people are absolutely ridiculous. You must have bought the PEE-ES FYVE from Temu or Wish because there are over 700 games on PS Plus alone. Not Sony's fault you bought some generic knock off that plays flip phone mobile game roms like 20 versions of Snake and Tetris.

Nothing wrong with the $700 price tag (although £700 is too much). You can't build a new PC with the same specs for $700 that will perform as good as the PS5 Pro. This was even the case with the base PS5.

@Northlander What? Turn it off? It's not an extra icon, it's replacing the Explore section, which is the main page when you turn on your PS5. Everyone begged for themes and customization on the home page, you get it, and you want to shut it off? LOLOL!

@AhmadSumadi How so? It was down for a while then they changed some of the ToS. but it's still basically the same thing it's always been since it started. About the only thing they have left to do is integration with the PS5 instead of just with the app, which should have been included with this update, at least as a widget.

@NEStalgia Sure, Xbox only 130 or so titles that used fps boost. Sony says their game boost mode will support 8000+ titles.
