It has to be a case by case basis. Any sports or racing game should be, but that makes too much sense. Could you imagine the jump in quality if Fifa was a new game every 4 years (it could coincide with the world cup) and was just iterated on in between by a smaller team.

I'd like Codemasters to take some extra time for the next one, go for glory, add all the features. I want warm up laps, safety cars, commentary, co-op and a release at the beginning of a season so I can live my virtual F1 fantasies on the off weekends (the missus would love that). All I want to know is what happened to the damage model. I used to be able to take a car to the top of a mountain, then kick the ever loving crap out of it until it was a complete wreck. Now i can't even bend a bumper with a 140 mph head-on crash. Just a "we know and we are working on it" would do, but R* are too busy swimming in all them moneys.

@adf86 Canada could be too much like the first and after consideration South America could be too much like Uncharted. Britain or Australia would be an awesome setting and it would make sense in the TLOU universe to be on an island... oo Ireland!?
