Re: Xbox Head Targets Sony for Not Launching Games Day and Date on PC

vapidwolf

Shush now Phil, the only reason xbox is doing what they do is because the platform was dying,a console releasing an exclusive title day of release takes away what makes that platform special, and Phil knows that,I think he should be more worried that xbox haven't released a decent exclusive for over a decade.

Re: Cyberpunk 2077 Crash Rates Charted in Official CDPR Graph

vapidwolf

I watched the god of war documentary recently, they had 3048 bugs ,including floating trees ,morphing faces and dragons disappearing into the ground and didn't stop until all where gone, shameful that cdpr released a game with about 60k bugs, not suprised Sony pulled it from the store ,they probably felt insulted.

Re: Poll: Are You Sold on Horizon Forbidden West?

@reek it was the ps5 version ,there are many aspects of the game that won't be available in the ps4 version ,granted a standalone ps5 version would have better features if they implemented the ssd in gameplay, but the textures ,draw distance where pure ps5.

Well this is worse than I thought it would be i was expecting a 6 ,with regards to the debate about do reviews matter, reviews have always mattered to a degree ,even in the 80s and 90s I use to buy crash and zzapp 64 magazines, and even then I wouldn't touch a 4 with a ***** stick.

@StrickenBiged yeah I knackered my move controller playing blood and truth, just won't track anymore my left hand was always deformed ,it wasn't that good in the first place, beat saber is excellent on the quest ,its like a different game compared to the psvr version with regards to control.

@NeonPizza the pass through mode on the quest is great for any burglar related needs, two quick taps on the headset and your back in the room 😁 how would you turn 360 with a wire attached to your head ? Unless they designed a miniature slip ring to allow full rotation.

Re: Soapbox: I'm Beyond Excited for PS5's Next-Gen PSVR

Seems that most peoples problems including myself, stems from those god damn wires, eliminate those and add great precise controls,a crystal clear image (the psvr is like looking through a dirty window a lot of the time) and of course some first party bangers from Sony and I'm day one.

Re: Next-Gen PSVR for PS5 Sounds Mind Blowing

vapidwolf

@thefourfoldroot I dont think anyone would think that it'll have the power equivalent of a ps5 whether its attached or wireless ,and streaming is fine for those with good Internet so why not have the option ,options are good, having a wired headset just takes so much away from the experience in my opinion, imagine taking it outside to a park and have a scaled open area within vr where you physically have to walk to move and with some great hand tracking no controller needed, now that's the way vr should be going ,don't tether us ,set us free.

Re: Next-Gen PSVR for PS5 Sounds Mind Blowing

vapidwolf

@theheadofabroom depends on how graphically intensive a game is ,the option for both would be a much better solution, let's hope they're new vr gets rid of that screen door effect on psvr as its dreadful, ill take clarity over textures all day.
