Isn’t this common for Xbox games for a while now. They needing a download to install the rest of the game. Think one of the last games to actually have the 1.0 version on disc was like Horizon 2.

Game might be very meh but at least they’re making it offline. That’s more than most companies do when it comes to a game that requires internet

I enjoy me some 7/10 games. I don’t need every game to 10/10 masterpiece to be enjoyable. 7/10s are the games you could just turn off your brain and fool around

Ubisoft as a publisher is always going to be whacky. Charging this kind of price so you could play on its official release date, charging a premium season pass price for dlc content and also requiring internet for a single player game. Truly wants you to pay a premium to license a game

End of an era but at least one thing Capcom does do consistently is that their games are actually working playable games and not bug ridden messes. So if they keep that up, I’ll be more willing to pay the higher price for their games then other games that charge the same and is busted on day 1

These execs are so out of touch of what people want, live services and that short lived time they wanted to have NFTs in their games isn’t the play. If they make a good single player game which Rockstar should be able to do, make dlc stories or costumes and people will buy it for a game they enjoy. But guess the execs love to see a live service game be played for like a week, have 100-200 people play it a month later and ask themselves “what went wrong”

@sword_9mm sometimes the greed is real. For example MK1, released not for last gen but randomly ported to the switch. With the amount of switches that are out there and how much hype is behind GTA6, an half ass port of to the switch isn’t beyond reason for Take Two to try to take advantage of to make easy money.

It’s only a week away from being 10yo at this point. Devs should stop or at least slow down doing production on last gen consoles but knowing Take Two as a company, they definitely want PS4 versions of the game. Hell I bet Take Two would try to have a super scuff version for the Switch too. So wouldn’t be surprised if we see last gen and switch versions of GTA6

If I recall Phil did say he just wanted people to be part of the ecosystem of Xbox. So just buy big studios, share them with other platforms and guess that could inflate the number of users playing MS properties then show the investors how much people are playing our game

What? Are you telling me people don’t like doing DMZ for the campaign…but I thought using the warzone map for most of the campaign was the best idea EVER made!! Side note it’s a joke, just playing DMZ warzone with cutscenes in between is some super lazy ***** and I’ve seen some lazy ***** from Activision already

@Nepp67 I don’t know about that man. This game campaign uses the warzone map for missions and like 4 hours long. It’s like they wrote half a script and forgot to finish it.

Haha watching people beat the campaign in sub 3 hours make it seem like it’s a DLC

With how unprofessional the letter is, not elaborating why the takedown has happened and having people request their money from the IP Owners and not offer refunds themselves make it red flag city. Definitely some shady stuff on their end and because it’s against a big corp, it’s easy for them to push blame on them.
